I'm not the biggest fan of Dutch Bros. Everytime I've ever had it it's coffee flavored milk, they are usually too sweet. So I don't want to spend my money. I have gotten better at ordering though, where I have to ask for less pumps of syrup and more shots of espresso. Usually they get it right. My sister just happened to want to buy us all medium drinks so she could get the free ornaments. So i had to order something. It wasn't amazing and nothing to write home about. We have a vacation home in St. George that our late mom lived in ..so when we visit from Los Angeles, (we don't have them there) this is our go to coffee spot. The friendliest staff (primarily a young girl named Dylan) was there to greet us in the drive through and asked what we were in town for, (our moms funeral) and I could tell how sincerely sorry she was and bought my coffee. However, what's with the change in menu to to EXCLUDE the Cranberry Orange Muffin Top? Worst matcha latte I've ever had. I do admit I'm a tough customer when it comes to matcha. This was the first time trying out Dutch bros. I was confused how to order because matcha usually comes in its ground up powder form. If you want to sweeten it then you can, but some places have some kind of sweetener already mixed into the matcha powder. I tried to determine how they do their matcha but got confused with how the gentleman, bless his kind heart, tried to describe it to me. Now, after tasting it, I understand that their matcha is a sweetened matcha liquid mixture. Then you can customize your milk and any additional flavor. I made the mistake of adding liquid sugar that made it WAY too sweet. But that wouldn't have been so bad if there was actually a decent amount of matcha in the drink, and after paying nearly $10 for a large---with an up-charge of $2 for requesting no ice--this was a MAJOR disappointment. If I ever go back I'll only get lemonade or lightly sweetened green tea. read more

If there is a Dutch Bros location near me, then I have to go and get my fix! After hiking at the nearby Aspiration Trail, my mom and I visited Dutch Bros. to get my usual drink before hitting the road back home to Las Vegas. We have plenty of Dutch Bros. locations at home, but I needed my fix now. I was worried they were going to be closed (on Sunday's nearly every place in Utah is closed), but they were open! Woohoo! We went through the drive thru, which was not too crowded, and were greeted by a nice young man outside taking orders. My mom had her coffee fix from another coffee place so she passed, I had my usual, the iced Golden Eagle. I would say that we were in and out in less than 5 or so minutes. I got my drink and we were on our way. I've posted pictures of my Golden Eagle drinks before (at different locations), but I will post them again. Hehe. read more

Dutch Bros is consistently great. If you need a latte or an energy drink, this chain has what you need. Their customer service is always top notch, and they make you feel like they're genuinely interested in serving you. I can't say enough great things about their business model. How can you NOT like Dutch Brothers? Everything is soo good here, and they have runners which keeps the line moving! I have never received such great customer service from a place in my life. I was visiting here from LA and just picked up my friend from the airport (she was meeting us from a later flight) and we stopped by this Dutch Bros location. It was Sunday so everywhere was closed and I was dying for some caffeine. I pull up to the drive through and before I even get to the menu thing a teenage-ish dude comes out with a tablet. I was very confused, bc he looked like a surfer, out of place from what I expected in Utah. This was our conversation: Me: ... Are you taking my order? Him, extremely enthusiastally: Yeah! It's pretty slow right now so I'll help you! Thank you from coming to Dutch Bros! What can I get for you today!? Me: ... I've never been here before. I don't know. Him: oh wow it's your first time! Thanks so much for trying out Dutch Bros. I can definitely help you, would you like some reccomendations? Me: yes please. I don't like super sweet coffee, I like Carmel flavors though. Him: if you don't like sweet things I think you'll definitely love our caramelizer with half sweetener! It has both mocha and Carmel flavors if you're into that! Me: is there espresso in it? And if so, can I have that iced? Him: There is espresso in it, and Absolutely! And how can I help your friend?! My friend: I love sweet things, like the sweeter the better. Him: Awesome! I'd definitely reccomend the golden eagle with extra Carmel drizzle on top. Friend: sounds good. We payed with the dudes tablet and my friend and I were in shock from the sheer amount of positive energy radiating from this man. We pulled up to the next window and were greeted by a woman with a "Hi! Thanks for coming to Dutch bros." and it was followed by more extremely enthusiastic banter. In the background, music played and the employees were singing along. I want to say it was Sweet Caroline? Not sure on that though. A moment later a different woman came over and gave us our drinks. It occurred to us at that moment the first woman was talking to us just to be nice?? As we drove away we could hear the workers singing the chorus of the song over the radio. It was like a dream sequence, my friend and I had to stop and think for a second to make sure we weren't dead and this was just some sort of hallucination. The sheer amount of good vibes were just so unexpected, but it was quite pleasant. In LA if someone in the drive thru smiles at us we assume they must've done something to our food. But that wasn't the case here, they were just extremely happy for some reason. So 10/10. They surfer dude's drink reccomendations were perfect for our tastes. We frequent this Dutch Bros almost every Friday after school to get my daughters fav drink, the kids White Frost. It's her treat after having a great week at school. (Mom happens to love Dutch Bros also!) Alex helped us today (& many other times too!) and he was so friendly, and no matter how busy they are they are always fast and on it. Last month, we came for our tradition Friday afternoon and it happened to be my daughter's birthday the next day. Briggs told her to come back on her birthday to get her free drink and he would even give her a big one! She came back with her grandma the next day and he totally remembered her, got her a big birthday drink & made her day! Thanks for going above and beyond every time we come through! read more

This location has the same formula as practically every other Dutch Bros I've ever been to I was so happy to see Dutch Bros as an option instead of the usual green straw place that I'm not a fan of. I've heard so I much about this coffee so I was glad to finally be able to try it. It is as good as advertised. I tried the carmelizer, annihilator, and the cocomo over a three day period. I ordered them all sugar free which was a nice option to have. I ordered some iced and some hot and I think I preferred the hot version. I also ordered some smoothies for the kids and they loved them as well. The broistas were all really nice and the line moved fairly quickly considering how busy they were. There is one opening close to me this spring so I'd also like to try their cold brew and nitro cold brew. read more

Ok keep in mind that this review narrowly reflects only one product, hot chocolate. The service was friendly, as I've been told, but yheir attempts at making my hot cocoa dark, dark and not sweet was an epic failure. To be fair they likely are Revved up for the coffee items I don't really know how to customize their chocolate. read more

Decided to give Dutch bros another try after not loving it in Portland, but I'm hooked ! My boyfriend got the hazelnut truffle hot chocolate and it was BOMB. I had the oat milk cinnamon latte which was also good! The hazelnut truffle mocha (which had coffee) is also amazing. I got it 1/2 sweet and it was perfect. Great service also! read more

Can I say, just beyond the taste and consistency of the drinks etc, the service here is just fantastic. you pull up and see a ton of cars and think to yourself it's going to take forever. they are so extremely efficient with taking your orders and getting the drinks out it's amazing! I'm a regular at this location and I adore many of the employees here and the drinks are always amazing. However the other night I witnessed a few employees sitting in their car blaring music meanwhile two of their co workers were inside busting ass to get through the drive thru line that was forming as well as taking walk up orders. I asked and was told the workers sitting in the car were Afton, Emma, and Macey. One of them is even a shift leader. That is not okay behavior for a shift leader, especially when it's busy.
