We ordered the Kouign-amman (fantastic), chocolate chip cookie (soft and gooey goodness), frosted cinnamon roll (extremely rich and decadent), coconut doughnut (rich and flavorful), and a chocolate croissant (amazing). There's street parking, I went about an hour before closing, and didn't have any issues finding a spot. They sell baked goods, sandwiches, and coffee/tea. We ordered a couple baked goods and a sandwich. Once we ordered, our food and drinks came out pretty quickly. There's plenty of shaded seating outside and some seating inside. Pros: lots of baked goods to select from. We ordered a turkey and cheese croissant, which was decent. I really enjoyed the blackberry crème brûlée. Cons: none

Really hope the owner sees this and retrains their employees accordingly…read more I placed my order for a curbside pick up. However my husband didn't realize and walked in to pick it up. He gave them my name and they handed him my two drinks. When he returned. I realized they handed him a DoorDash order for someone else and not my intended drink. I called and the girl who answered phone offered a refund and to remake drink but that they were busy so it would "be awhile" before i could get it. When mistakes happen, it's understandable. But you don't make the customer wait until you Finnish serving other guests. You fix it immediately. And when i said I'm not willing to wait for them to service their other customers first and that id like my refund. She said okay, and hung up. Absolutely unacceptable Customer service. I'm dairy free so i cannot drink this and i wanted what i ordered. I live in Las Vegas so this drink is something i look forward to and get each time I'm in town.

A lot has changed in a year…read more The candy aisles are gone. They used to have bags of mints, fudge, nuts, none of that was there today. No cheese. None of the dolls that used to be there, by dolls I mean like Raggedy Ann and sock puppets and such. No sourdough bread. I did get some bread to try and some Jellies and of course apple cider but that was about it. My brother said we will go back for the apple cider and of course that is true, we will but the store seems to have shrunk quite a bit since last year when we visited. I did get some jams and jellies and some salsa as gifts for a party I am having in a few weeks and the cashier was nice (same guy as last year, I remember)

We rated this bakery a 18/20 ( 4 people: 5 stars possible)…read more The location is unassuming (located next to a subway) and quite simple inside. The tables are kind of rustic and the decor is French and American but not in the sticky pastel sort of way. It was nice that there were no gimmicks... they didn't need them. We ordered a small mocha, latte, 2 pain au chocolates, and a ham&cheese croissant. The coffee is brewed perfectly and it's incredibly fresh. It left a clean mouth feel that was a dramatic departure from big box coffee. The food is made in-house. The bread is crisp and flakey on the outside and chewy inside. The flavors were very pronounced. It was amazing! The only holdbacks were that some in our group didn't try food and so could not give a full 5 stars. Super plus that the person behind the counter was in fact, European. I cannot recommend this place enough. "Let's eat cake!"
