We ordered the Super Parm, Deluxe, Cheesy BBQ, and Bacavo Ranch sandwiches and a large side of loaded fries (queso blanco, bacon, green onions) The sandwiches were great: super soft potato bun and large hand breaded chicken filet. It's balanced and the integrity of the sandwich remains intact. The fried chicken is crispy and not oily and the inside is juicy and tender. And the pickles were crisp--yum! Everyone loved their sandwiches:) We sampled all of the sauces except for ketchup:P Here's the consensus: Nashville: not hot but extremely vinegary Buffalo: alright, very tangy Buttermilk Ranch: standard Honey Mustard: balanced between sweet and tangy. My favorite!! Signature: like Chick-Fil-A sauce, but more vinegary. A close second in terms of accompanying our fried chicken Korean BBQ: terrible--extremely sweet and heavy Fry Sauce: decent, but not for me (ketchup + mayo =) Personally felt a lot of the sauces were overpowering or heavy on the vinegar. I don't have much to say as we just ordered to-go. We arrived ~5 mins after opening and the doors were still locked. The man who opened it seemed like a manager who was very upset there were people already there. We just got some tenders and fries to-go as a snack. I love the sauce bar options. Food came out very quickly. One thing I will remember about this place is they have some of the best chicken tenders I personally have ever had. Walking in, the cashier immediately acknowledged us and was friendly. She even tried to upsell, kudos. She even explained they might be a little behind due to a lack of staffing, kudos. We got the Parm sandwich and the Nashville and large fries. As we waited for the food, we perused the aisle of sauces. I like this idea and concept. Raisin' Canes, take note! Shortly after, we got our food. The cajun large fry was big enough for 4 people, very well seasoned. The sandwich was hot, fresh and moist. It was a good sandwich. Ok think 5 guys but with chicken! Absolutely reminds us of a 5 guys restaurant. The potato sacks stacked around and all. That being said we liked it a lot. The fries are great they were thin and well done. Chicken tenders were large and best of all moist not dry like so many places. The fried pickles were good also. Stopped to try this place while passing through UT to CA. I ordered the chicken Deluxe sandwich, the mini sandwich, the 6 piece chicken strips and a large fries, it came up to $40. Besides the tenders being a little greasy and the fries weren't crispy/well done as I requested, not too bad of a fast food joint. They did give us an extra tender and a shit load of fries, so that was a plus. Lots of sauces to choose from. I did think the tenders were really pricy though, $16 for 6 tenders. We love Super Chix!!! They have a location in American Fork, Utah and this location in St. George is just as good. We love their chicken sandwiches, fingers, and rosemary pepper fries. Their chicken is juicy, buns are soft, and so many sauces you're sure to find one to fall in love with. The fry portion sizes are massive and good thing, they are crispy and perfectly seasoned. The custard is also great (which is saying a lot considering Nielsen's Frozen Custard is down the street). Our personal favorite is the mint Oreo! So creamy and the best mint flavor. Awesome find in St. George, Utah and the best thing is they are bringing one to Las Vegas:):). I know the secret, the use peanut oil!!!! They offered fried chicken tenders and french fries, they were so good. They use fresh potatoes cut there! They also offer grilled chicken breast which was amazing such a good alternative for those who are gluten free (my daughter). They have a great menu with salads and to top it off they have ice cream. The floor was gross, with straw wrappers and pieces of food/sauce scattered all over. Even the sauce station was a mess--sticky and unkempt. Trash was filled to the top. It's unfortunate because the food was actually enjoyable, but the lack of cleanliness really detracted from the overall experience. I got the bacavo ranch but it was a tough choice cuz the menu options are so good. All the ingredients were fresh which isn't always the case when it comes to avocado and bacon. Lots of other places struggle there. The regular fries were yummy and the fry sauce is really good. Some of my preferred fries. The restaurant was clean and has a good feel. While my wife, myself and several friends frequent Super Chix, the last two(2) visits weren't up to their regular standards. First there were about 5 or 6 employees standing towards the back talking and a couple of them noticed us when we walked in but did nothing but stand back where they were all gathered. It took about 2 minutes for one of them to finally come to the register. At least he smiled , but that was it. Didn't even say boo...took the order & that was it. Maybe he was having a bad day. Doesn't matter though. Today's visit there were two tables when we walked in & placed our order, kids meal & extra strips. We noticed the fries & custard (ice cream) were the first items on the tray which sat on the counter for approximately 15 minutes before the chicken was added. First problem: custard should be last as not to melt. Cashier didn't ask when we wanted it. (maybe that was our fault), though they always ask. Second problem: when they delivered the meal the fries were cold . No surprise there. I did get fresh ones after asking for them. Kids need to pay closer attention to the detail. Before we received our order about another 6 tables filed in the restaurant. This won't deter us from coming back as we like their chicken Meals and prices. I'm leaving this review as a former restaurant owner in my mid 20's in the 1970's and GM & a manager of both fast food restaurants and 5 Star ones too in the past 40 years. I pay attention to detail. It appears either these kids weren't trained well enough or they were but don't care that much or both. It is the responsibility of both the GM & manager to teach and keep them progressing and learning and doing their job. Especially nowadays when the hourly rate is soooo high. My first job, washing dishes, I made $1.25/hour. I received a raise to $1.35/hr when I was promoted to fry cook. read more

I am really burned out on eating bad and overpriced food in this city. 12.99 for iceberg lettuce with a few strips of chicken is bad enough but to actually hand out hidden Valley ranch.. inexcusable. the fries were so terrible i didn't even attempt to eat them after tasting one. My kids refused to eat the oily oddly sweet chicken strips. We spent 50$ on barely and food and it was just a genuine regrettable meal.
