This is the definitely the Culver's branch to visit when in St. George. The second we walked in, we were greeted and genuinely welcomed, and that sets the tone right away. The cashier even double-checked our order to make sure everything was correct, which I always appreciate. We ordered Swiss Mushroom Butter burgers, cheese curds, pork tenderloin sandwich, plus a concrete mixer and custard and everything came out perfectly and were delivered to our table with care. Fresh, delicious, and served at the right temperature. It tasted like the Culver's we remember so fondly. In contrast to the other St. George Culver's at 2134 Sunset Blvd, the dining room here was clean and well-kept, with tables that didn't look like they'd been ignored throughout the day. First time trying Culver's and it does in fact live up to the hype. The butter burger was so flavorful and balanced with all the components in it. You really can taste the quality in the ingredients. The patty is smashed and has just the right amount of crust. It could've been cooked a bit longer but it was still tasty. Their spicy chicken sandwich was actually spicy! The vibrant crusty coating was a telling giveaway that this would be good. The kick really amped up the whole sandwich. Lastly, the fish. Everyone raves about this and I see why. It's so flaky and not too heavy on the batter. I dressed mine with the fresh lemon wedges provided and malt vinegar. A sprinkle of salt or a kind of seasoning would have made this better. Good old Culver's! My first job as a kid in Florida. Love to see one here, one of the closest ones to my current home in Vegas. My burgers always turn out great. My husband said his came out salty the first time so he hasn't gotten a burger from this location since then. The new spicy chicken sandwich is great. Curds and onion rings are always a well worth it upgrade for a basket side. The devils food cake flavor of the day was absolutely amazing. Love that the kids meals come with a scoop of custard. This was my 1st time trying Culver's and I had heard wonderful things about their fish sandwich and while on a day trip from Vegas decided to stop in and try it. We were greeted by the sweetest worker (I believe her name is Caryn) she was so patient with explaining things and no attitude whatsoever which is appreciated these days. More workers could learn from her. My choice was a fish sandwich, I upgraded to chili cheese fries and a lemon ice (which was very sour) with peaches and mango (it was quite refreshing though) the fish sandwich was fresh and crunchy and my only complaint was it needed sauce, there was absolutely no tarter sauce on my sandwich so, if I eat here again, I will add a side to my order. My friend's daughter had a cheeseburger and said it was nothing special, just average. My friend ordered the fish plate which she said was delicious and fish was flaky and cooked perfectly, since we ordered everything to go, I only got menu photos. We had to stop by Culver's on our way back from Utah back to Vegas. You have to get the butter burger and cheese curds if you never had them. It's more of a smash burger and the cheese curds must be dipped in fry sauce. The food vane out hot and fresh. Prices are very affordable and it reminds me of the Midwest. Our cashier Ty was so friendly and made sure we got the sweet tea. The inside still has that home like feel and not the sterile minimalist style many fast food restaurants have adopted. I live in Las Vegas and was driving through St. George on my way to a wedding in northern Utah last Thursday night. Several people at work told me to try Culvers, as my goal was to get a yummy burger and fries and fry sauce. There is no fry sauce in LV, so I looked forward to going all week. As I was driving, I was talking to my sister. I told her how excited I was to eat there. She said, "UMM.. Last time I ate at a Culvers, I was not happy. The bun and burger was cold, and the cheese was not melted. You better tell them you want your burger HOT, not one that was sitting in the warmer." I forgot to tell them anything because I was so shocked by my encounter with the girl who "Helped" me. Also, why should you have to tell a burger establishment you want you burger hot. Should that not be a given??!! Katelyn needs to be retrained, in my humble opinion. I walked up to her and said, "HI! This is my first time here, and I'm really looking forward to it. What can you recommend?" Katelyn did not say hi back, just stared at me, and after a few seconds, said. "I don't know. I don't eat here." WOW. I was not expecting that. She was VERY hard to hear and spoke very quietly and mumbled and I had to ask her to repeat every question I asked her. I was not impressed with the "Service" I got from Katelyn. My burger was cold, my bun was cold, and the cheese was not melted. The fried cheese curds, which I had never tasted before were also cold and greasy. I ate 2, and 3 bites of my burger and I was done. I was hoping my butterfinger shake would at least be tasty, but there was hardly any candy bar in it. I had to hunt to find the pieces. I will not be eating at Culvers again. I was finally able to get a DELICIOUS burger and fries and fry sauce at CROWN BURGER in SLC. The coating was thin so unfortunately by the time it got to the table it had lost some crispiness, but the fish was thick. I appreciated that it came with lemon without having to be requested since I forgot to ask. The tartar sauce was good but not made fresh. It was a dark starry night when I randomly had the craving for something that had soup, sandwiches, tenders, fries and of course ice cream. I thought to myself, what place could possibly have all those things....and then it struck me... CULVERS! I decided to mention it slyly to my partner and hint at going by saying "hey you know what sounds good but is a little bit of a drive??" He proceeded to ask how much of a drive and I respond with oh you know it's only 6 hours away . I must not have been the only one craving it because he agreed and thus started our trek to the infamous culvers. We turned it into a pre- birthday trip and decided to do Narrows FINALLY ( see review for that on Zion gurus business). We finally arrived to Culver's and man was it glorious! It was everything I had wanted for the past not sure how long but it satisfied every craving I had. The concrete mixer was something I might have had too much of (according to my bf -_-) but it was worth every bite ...and stomach ache (lactose). If you don't know which you should know, everyone there is very friendly and helpful. You can build your own concrete mixer and get a little bit of everything food wise as well. The chicken noodle soup is usually go to there as well as the vegetable! Everything tastes great and they change up their soup menu daily, so once something is gone, it's gone. As soon as we walked in, the cashier was so welcoming and friendly! She was patient and helpful as we had a tough decision figuring out what to order. The burgers were a little smaller than other places but that's definitely a plus for me - I hate feeling overly stuffed especially during a road trip. I had never been in a Culver's before. I expected a Denny's-style place, but it was set up like every other fast-food chain: Giant counter with people taking orders and customers standing in lines. The experience improved after I ordered, paid, and left the counter in search of table. I liked the inside of the restaurant. It seemed pretty up to date and had nooks and the tables were situated in a way that gave the customers some privacy, or at least separation. I felt comfortable. A sullen teenager brought my food fairly quickly, which was nice. I remember being that age and needing to learn customer service skills. Everyone has to start somewhere. The burger and fries were delicious! I was blown away by the yummy cheeseburger and crispy fries. A simple meal yet so satisfying. Broiled and tasty. (I believe it was just a butter burger with cheese and regular fries.) I thought it was a little odd that they don't melt the cheese atop the hamburger patty - they just slap a cold slice of cheese on top and serve the burger. But it tasted great like that! It reminded me of growing up, my dad, and family barbecues. I got all that for $8! You can hardly find a drive-thru anywhere that will sell a half decent burger and some so-so fries for less than $10 these days, and usually more like $12 at a drive-thru and $18 - $20 at a sit-down restaurant, and we're just talking burgers, fries, and a drink. What a great Culver's! We walked in and were immediately helped by Will who happens to be the owner! Will and his crew were extremely helpful and friendly. Our food was brought to our table quickly. My family loved CULVERS when we leave Vegas. The food was great and they are very affordable. The service at the register was not the best. The young kid that helped us just seemed annoyed and when we were done ordering and shooed away my son from the register. I really love Culver's! I wish they'd get one in Vegas! I was looking at some ghost towns in Washington County, yesterday and knew I had to stop at Culver's! They really do have the best fast food burgers! I've only done drive thrus this was my first time inside. The girl working the counter was this adorable Asian with a mouthful of braces. I didn't get her name, she was new and very patient. I had some modifiers in my order and she didn't get flustered. The manager came over to help her and he was very pleasant to her when guiding her. I loved that! I hate American cheese so much. I asked if they had other cheeses, she said Swiss and I was like say no more!! I got my cheeseburger with Swiss and nothing else. Butter burgers-mmmm. I got cheese curds and a drink. I got my number and sat at my table they bring you the food. My drink cup was forgotten so I asked for a cup, the girl brought over to me and offered to fill it for me. I told her I could do it, she didn't have to wait on me!
