My favorite brunch spot ever! I love the aesthetic of the place. I'm not a huge fan of the iced coffee but my friends will drink 2-3 of them in one sitting. The purple haze is refreshing, the lavender is not overpowering. Cannot go wrong with the traditional which has the best pork sausage. The farm stand tacos have me daydreaming of them! Same with the waffles and the pumpkin pancake. The portions are great for what you pay. Staff is always friendly, helpful and quick. I put my name on the list from the car and this was the longest wait I have ever had with that method. As always, food is on point. I love First Watch so much and was happy to have the chance to take a few of my kids with me to this location this week. We love the breakfast they offer and I try and go to all the new locations when i can. I tend to stay away from the Stadium on the weekends, but mid week it's not too bad traffic wise during the day. Parking was easy and we lucked out with being seated right away when we walked in. The location is clean, nice lighting with the large windows and great size booths. There is a bar to sit at if alone or don't want to wait for a table. Our server June greeted us soon after seating, brought us some water, take our drink order and gave us a few moments to look over the menu. I love the eggs Benedict options, but decided to have the elevated egg sandwich which I also enjoy. My kids had the traditional breakfast and the farmhouse hash. We are staying near State Farm Stadium for spring training and stopped by First Watch for breakfast. We enjoyed the free refill fresh coffee, the Trifecta (eggs, bacon with your choice of pancake - I got the banana almond granola one - delicious!), the Power bowl and the kids French toast with bacon (and an added egg). Everything tasted good! My only bit of feedback was that the Kale tonic juice which I was really excited about was way too sweet and it's not fresh pressed, despite taking awhile to come out. Our waitress was willing to remove it from the bill which was kind of her but I was hoping for more heavy kale flavor and not so much apple; it was like green apple juice. Fair warning though....this place is BUSY so just a tip, join the waiting list online from their website which is what we did and was seated within 10 mins of getting there at our allotted time. First visit, and likely last... Quickly seated and she was ready to take our order. Picked up the menu, ordered drinks and when Esther returned I asked what she recommended for gluten free. She pointed to two quinoa bowls and also told me the potatoes are gluten free as well. Wanting a more traditional breakfast I went with The Works Omelet. (Generally an Omelet should be safe from gluten and she made no remarks otherwise) Breakfast was brought and I realized I wanted to try the millionaire bacon and ordered that a well. These were photo's from our first morning of eating here, my daughter loved the breakfast sandwich and I loved my eggs benedict and purple Haze drink. The pineapple express but they were out of the sugar rim mint and the drink just fell short gin general tasted a bit like watered down orange juice. My daughter had a waffle and said it was probably the best waffle she had ever had and I had the Frittata Rustica, it was fair but not as good as the benedict so I did not even bother taking a photo.
