Searched for a breakfast place while up in the west Phoenix area and this cute homestyle place came up and we are so glad it did! It is home cooking with the friendliest service, real families and truckers in the country style decorated dining rooms, and huge portions of deliciousness. The blueberry muffin was especially tasty loaded with blueberries. My husband and I shared the big breakfast which could easily have fed 3! Plenty of parking and very affordable. We will be back!

Good food. Homestyle cooking. There is something for every one. We were a little disappointed that the eggs Benedict used what tasted like canned spinach. Service is hit or miss. Casual diner environment.

Food was delicious. Service was well it just say there was one lady working waiting on five tables big big groups. It is what it is. She did as good as she could ambience . It's just a 50-year-old restaurant cool as hell check it out you'll love it.

We arrived as a party of 3 and were welcomed with a wait of over 30 minutes due to kid's soccer teams, PIR event, MADD walk, We Walk for Hope Walk.... The wait was worth it. The soup of the day was albondigas hands down the best I have ever eaten. Compliments to the chef- the broth was full of veggies and the meatballs (yes, two) were flavored and spiced perfectly. I also ordered the green chili omelette- the green chili was very good. My dining partner tried the cinnamon roll French toast topped with butter and syrup. It was a very good combination . My other diner has the chorizo omelette and a strawberry shake. All of the food was very good. As a plus the staff was efficient and kept the coffee full. This is a hometown diner clear on the opposite side of town.. a mom and pop shop .. we will drive for the service and the good down home style cooking !

The food was delicious, and there was a great country style atmosphere, with a really friendly staff. Definitely worth the trip.

Amazing customer service and delicious food. When you go be sure to order a pistachio shake. It is my favorite item there.

Oh--and a kale tonic drink to feel responsible, plus iced coffee because balance. Everything? Absolutely delicious. Not one weak link. We ended up sharing everything and still had more than enough food for two people--which is rare unless you accidentally order for a family of four like we did. The real problem now is we've seen the rest of the menu... and we want all of it. So yeah, we're definitely coming back with a better strategy (and probably more stomach capacity). Staff was super attentive, our waiter was phenomenal, and the whole modern farmhouse vibe is actually really well done--clean, bright, and "Instagram-but-not-trying-too-hard." Also, underrated detail: the bathrooms. Four individual private units instead of the usual awkward stall situation. Huge win. Final verdict: great food, great service, great vibe. Come hungry... and maybe bring a game plan.

A little disappointed in the iced coffee at this location however, as it had a strong syrup flavor unlike other locations. I went to grab a cup of water and a woman with a backpack on asked if I needed help. I initially thought she was another customer, but she actually worked there and was still willing to help even though she was clearly heading out. It was such a small interaction, but genuinely so thoughtful. Then after I left, I realized I had forgotten my retainers at the table. I rushed back, embarrassed, and another waitress had carefully placed them in a cup for me instead of throwing them away. You can really tell the staff care about people. Exceptional service and such a kind atmosphere.

Bright open space, cute local goods everywhere, and the funniest little gift section that had us literally rolling. It feels casual but still thoughtfully curated, which I loved. Food hit too -- my absolute favorite was the coconut (açaí-inspired) bowl. The texture was divine -- creamy, refreshing, and super satisfying. My friend had the elote avo toast and it looked just as good as my friend said it tasted -- stacked, flavorful, and definitely a standout. Great brunch spot, fun browsing, chill energy -- I'd absolutely swing back when I'm in the area.

We waited for about 10 minutes for our table on a Saturday morning and it was absolutely worth the wait. First of the, the coffee was soo good!! I ordered a Lady Litchfield omelette no cheese and my friend got the nacho fries. Both are delicious and not filling at all. Looking at the dish with all the colors made me so happy and I could taste the freshness of the ingredients! The flow of service was spot on. We got refills of coffee without even asking - attention-to-detail point increased!! Last point, there's only one gender neutral bathroom. Sooo don't be like me to wait till you really have to go to wait in line...if you know what I mean *wink*.

Being a resident I drop in here about every five years and while consistent in their offerings, it also consistently "meh". We brought our pup and the service from Miguel was attentive and helpful even bringing a bowl of water for our pup. The location and ambiance is quiet and intimate (I suggest sitting outside when it's nice) and is much bugger than it looks. Coffee taste like Folgers and while each plate has a lot of ingredients, it doesn't have a lot of taste. We ordered the Lady Litchfield Omelette and breakfast burrito and while generous in portion the irony of the dishes was interesting. The omelette was chock full of veggies and minimal egg to wrap them, the burrito had a ton of egg and tortilla but minimal ingredients to taste. At the End of the Day I just don't feel like the experience warranted the $16+ price tag per meal. I'll come back in five more years and see if anything has changed.

Coldwater grows, bakes, and serves its own food using local produce from its urban garden and ingredients sourced from small-scale farmers and producers to craft scratch-made meals, hand-shaped breads, and brewed drinks. In addition to coffee, breakfast, pastries, and more, they also sell produce and baked goods. I was greeted right away. The staff was friendly and helpful. I ordered an oat milk latte with honey and cinnamon powder as well as an eggs, herbs, and cheese bollo. I learned that a bollo is a hand-stuffed soft brioche dough filled with eggs, local meats, and seasonal ingredients. It was served warm and was delicious! My latte was also wonderful.
