I don't. Sorry but not sorry! Waiting in line to get in forever, should have told me to just leave. The lady at the front desk to greets people, didn't say hi. Ok I get that, don't greet the customers. The manager told us it will be 10 minutes after standing there for about 3 minutes looking around without saying anything to anyone as the line starts to get very long. We get seated to sit in the patio, it's very dusty, at least wipe it down a bit. Then we ordered our food. About 6 other tables and we are number 8. We ordered everything we wanted. We got our drinks pretty fast but our food came after 4 tables and a very large party of 8 people sat down. Food was coming out but not ours. Ours came out right before the large table did. Now we ordered an appetizer with a cheeseburger and fries. The mozzarella cheese sticks were not done as the cheese wasn't able to pull apart. The fries were very cold. Too start with, they are very slow in getting people seated, hostess appears to be the one cleaning tables. You would think being close to a couple of stadiums they would be able to get people checked in faster. They can't even give anyone a wait time. People after us were receiving their food first. However after being sat for about 10 minutes not only do the hosts at front stare at us, even the server walks by many times, and both blatantly ignoring us. 15 minutes later I get up and ask what's wrong and I am told my the host, "Yeah sorry i'm not sure why you were sat there there isn't a server in this section." So why did you just stare for 15 minutes and not do anything?!! So we end up getting moved to an actual table and are finally "Greeted" by our server. We never received an apology of any sort. After placing our food and drink orders our server never even ran either our food or drinks and when the food arrived LITERALLY 3 MINUTES after ordering you could have blindfolded me and i would have guessed it was cardboard. When the cheese curds were delivered this guy (not out server) slams them on the table so hard they decide to just bounce onto the table. We asked for blue cheese, never got it. Had to flag down another server just to get the check and I still tipped her well. Stopped in before a concert and ordered two drinks, one water and the appetizer sampler. The sampler was cold as ice. Everything was overly spicy. The onion rings were so full of grease they were inedible. The mozzarella sticks were so cold we almost choked. The nachos were ice cold that the cheese congealed. Definitely wasn't worth $27. The ambience was great inside the restaurant when I went to pick up my order the food, and the service was so amazing from Ashlyn she ensured I had all my condiments and silverware and napkins. Parking was super easy even though it was a busy night at Westgate. I was still able to pull right up and my order was ready to go within minutes. Several couples arrived 30+ minutes after I did received their food, and I was still waiting. The bartender made some excuse that the kitchen was backed up. Well, how are late comers receiving their wing order?? It was after 10p when I received my food. They gave me all flats (arrrgh!) So pathetic. I asked for a to-go box and my check. Not sweeping makes the establishment not look inviting or clean. The service was the second let down. A hostess walked past the stand three times before asking us how many. No "I'll be with you soon" or anything. She sat us down and said we had to use the QR code on the table to order and pay. So we are thinking no server is coming to the table. I start filling out the information to order food on my phone and a server walks up and says sorry for the wait and I was like oh you're going to help us? We were told we had to order through the QR code. She looked over to the hostess stand and rolled her eyes and said she could help us. Other than that, our server was very nice. I got a gift card for BW & decided to come to this location since there's so much to do over here. Thankfully this location had a hostess waiting in view of the entrance & it was moderately busy. They have a QR code on the table for the menu & you can ask the server for a hard copy. So, the menu has changed a lot & there's some options they took away. Lower star rating: The server was really nice, but only brought the soda & not any water glasses. My food was not ready, I was waiting for 10 to 15 mins more before my food was ready. Meantime, I was eating the appetizers and noticed the tray that they used had straw paper (not ours), wet and stuck. I was surprised they were open on January 1st and for as busy as they were, our waitress was efficient and the kitchen staff was prompt! Our waitress was very friendly, fast, and knowledgeable of the menu. The food is as you'd expect for bdubs. Tasty sauces (which they have a variety of options to choose from), great wings, and fresh veggie spread. The French fries were surprisingly well seasoned! The Mac and Cheese was however mediocre, but luckily I had sauce I could throw leftover from wings/chicken wrap in there to enhance it.
