It's two eggs on a toasted ciabatta layered with smoked sockeye salmon from Alaska, red onion and sliced tomatoes covered with Hollandaise. This was served with some mixed greens and some seasoned potatoes. While the hollandaise sauce was tasty, it wasn't very warm, which was disappointing. The eggs were cooked perfectly and the salmon was lovely. The potatoes were perfectly cooked and flavorful. I skipped the mixed greens. Service was friendly. I've been here a few times before, and I know I reviewed it- it was after I got on Yelp, and as you can tell I pretty much review every place I go. Weird that some of my reviews are being pulled again. Anyway. Plenty of parking at 11 on a weekday. Not busy when I walked in, a few minutes before, but then people started coming, and coming. I was meeting my friend at 11. And apparently so was everyone else. The host set me up at a table where I could see the door. Great service the whole time. And pretty darn good food. Breakfast, but a bit more healthy than some places. Lots on the menu I wanted to try. I went with a seasonal item, Brussels bacon hash. Plus a seasonal drink, why not? I got the spicy dragon or some such, a mix of dragonfruit juice with other juices. Lots of fresh berries on top. Very good. The hash was pretty good. I'd expected it all to be chopped up small, but it was bigger chunks. Still easy to handle. Plenty of bacon, Brussels sprouts, and much more. All nicely balanced in terms of flavors and textures. And plenty to fill me up. Prices are reasonable for the quantity and quality. The place is bright and open, but still comfy. Even as it got busy, not too crowded or loud. Arriving at 10:20 am Father's Day to a very busy location our wait was about 30 minutes. After seated server Jill greeted us and said she would return but then her colleague Red (aka Courtney) took our order so we had no delay. My wife ordered the banana granola pancake, million dollar bacon, and fresh squeezed orange juice. I went for the Barbacoa Quesadilla special and fresh squeezed orange juice. Pancakes are always preceded by warm syrup. There is no shortage of flavor and goodness with any of the dishes. The food is always well prepared but if you ask me the service here separates them from the competition. While waiting on our food I observed countless times of servers assisting other servers. YES - maximum stars to First Watch for bringing me back to life then lulling me into a peaceful slumber (well, perhaps food coma is a more accurate description) after taking a red eye flight from the West Coast. It was 7am local time, so 4am in my head. Raining and grey outside. I was disoriented and sleep-deprived. Regardless, my brain activated upon entering the clean, bright interior and laying eyes upon the menu. I hope we can agree that there's never a bad time for breakfast. The menu is expansive. Lots of sweet and savory options. While such a selection might normally induce decision fatigue, I wanted a rich, hearty Benedict. It hit the spot. Flavorful and fresh. Plus there was a salad! Hooray for vegetables. Don't forget to order million dollar bacon. What's that? Order it and enjoy some sweet/savory goodness. Everyone else's food and beverages were ok point as well. Their eggs benedict are my favorite and it comes with a side salad. I have tried their pancakes here too off of other people's plates and it's soo good! The service was okay. I think our waiter was lacking in the water refill and checking in portion. The wait for our good was a little long, but I understand they are busy. I also recently placed a togo order. I got my food before the actual pick up time. I didn't realize you just walk in and grab it. We were in the Dublin area of Columbus for a cross country meet for my son. We've learned about Dublin is a higher income upper class area of Columbus and this restaurant pretty much reflected the clientele that they served and rightly so. What I'm used to with breakfast greasy spoons is good service good food good price. Some of that was lacking at this place. It seemed almost forever to get a cup of coffee and they brought a pot so you could refill it yourself either knowing it would take them forever to bring you more coffee or if it was just easier for them but to their credit to coffee was piping hot. I'm more than one occasion we had to physically flag down our server and get her to come back to our table. Ordinarily that's not something that you want to do. I ordered the traditional breakfast scrambled eggs bacon hash browns and no toast. It was okay and the portions were okay. My son ordered the French toast he didn't care for it one bit he just said it tasted weird he kind of picked at it ate the bacon and called it good. price wise it was three or four dollars higher than what I'm used to paying but again I understand the area and I understand the clientele when you have quinoa power bowls and folks coming in asking for antibiotic free-range chicken eggs dealing with a monster pain in the ass clientele like that I guess I understand why the prices are so high. I'm not going to go out on my way to go back to this place again should I ever find myself in Dublin again but it wasn't horrible. read more

We just started coming to first watch and wow what an awesome little brunch spot. We ordered The Farmstand breakfast tacos, Eggs Benedict, and Floridian French toast. My favorite thing on their menu is the breakfast tacos. The chorizo and egg combo topped with seasoned black beans pico and avocado is incredible! Their coffee is great I highly recommend the cold brew and their orange juice is sooo refreshing! This place has a nice size menu so there's plenty to choose from. Having never visited First Watch before yesterday, I wasn't sure what to expect as far as the menu and service go. We had a larger group of girls who trickled in over the course of 30 minutes but our server was easy going and gave us as much time as we needed as we ordered starters and drinks while waiting for others to join us. I wasn't impressed with the bacon starter but the rest of my meal and my boozy breakfast drink made up for that. The ham (sub bacon) and Gruyère omelet was incredible, I added sun dried tomatoes to the omelet making it even more flavorful. It was busy. I recommend arriving before you're actually hungry because there were a lot of people waiting to be sat by the time I left. Fortunately, there is a seating area inside as to not be waiting in the cold or rain, which was a nice perk. Although they do not take reservations, you can put your name down on an app called - "Nowait" which will hold your spot in line until you get there! Never heard of this one before, but I thought that was pretty nifty! We got there and immediately were welcomed with warm smiles and "good mornings!" - loved it! As this was my first day in Ohio (I'm from Jersey), I felt like it was the perfect impression of Ohioans lol. We were seated immediately and our waitress was on top of everything! She was so friendly - I wish I got her name down so I could mention her in this review because she was so kind. We ordered the iced coffee, and she suggested putting a little bit of chocolate into it because that's what she does to her coffee - AMAZING. Quite possibly one of the best iced coffees I've ever had - definitely beats Starbucks/Dunkin Donuts/Wawa/etc (never tried Tim Hortons- sorry guys!) The food came out and my mouth was watering. My wife and I have breakfast here about 2 times a week in the summer. We love the modern health menu and warm attentive service. Emily is one of our favorite servers but everyone is awesome. The coffee is superb and nothing beats that first sip from the bottomless pot left at your table. I highly recommend the lemon ricotta pancakes which are served with strawberries and lemon curd. If you want to add a protein the millionaires bacon with maple syrup and Cayanne pepper is an awesome protein choice. My wife often gets a triathlete which includes and egg white omelette and a bowl fruit.
