Service was great and everyone was kind but the food is the cheapest quality you can find. Yogurt is sugared, water downed kid yogurt. Toast is cheep, very skimpy on sauce and dry sandwiches. Likely everything comes frozen and heated up. Potato's are defiantly a bag of frozen cubes. Just eat at home at that point. "Aoili" or any sauce may just be ketchup with spice. Idk if they even cut their own avocados. America needs to do better. Places like this are a scam. Not the staffs fault just food chains are slacking. read more

Service was good; they were training someone but he had apparently worked in restaurants before, and they weren't crowded. The menu was interesting, and the seasonal offerings even more so. I picked almost at random, the Irish tacos: corned beef hash in shells, with beans, corn, etc. Salsa verde on the side- tasty but zero heat. They brought out Tabasco and Frank's when I asked for hot sauce. The portion looks small, I mean, two tacos. But they come with two eggs and a side. I got over medium and a fruit cup. Both pretty good. Prices were reasonable (considering competitive pricing, in this era.) The place was bright and comfy. I'd come back. Pancakes are average, coffee is surprisingly better than other similar restaurants, the cocktail's menu is pretty good actually if you want a morning drink. The service is quite good and the ambience as a said before nothing new or different. But it worth to try and get your own opinion. I am normally a big fan of scramblers... But today, they really missed the mark. They were not that busy for a Sunday, so I could not blame it on being short staffed. The place was as clean as you would expect. The interior is always pleasant. The hostess was friendly. Our waitress was slow and super inattentive. I ordered eggs Benedict, which took 10 minutes longer to come out than my wife's meal. She enjoyed her breakfast hamburger. My eggs Benedict did not have enough sauce on the and we're cold. Pretty solid brunch option with a really convenient location! I came here after tennis clinic with some friends. We heard her asking employees how much they make do they count tips and more. She never asked us if we needed anything and we waited a while after finishing to get our check. We were never asked if everything was ok. The cocktails We ordered a bloody Mary and pineapple sunrise cocktails. The bloody Mary seemed as if it didn't have any tomato juice in it. Not good. The pineapple sunrise was better. The food Crab Benny and Monte Cristo The crab benny was good. The hollandaise sauce was pretty good. No complaints there Monte Cristo was ok as well not memorable. But ok. I'm giving a 2 star due to service. Even after we completed our meal the staff were around us talking about personal things and watching videos on their phones. Then our server Chandlyr starting talking to others about how on certain days they have groups of old people who come in and they only tip $1. Wow. Then she talked about how she needs more money. We came for Sunday breakfast and had a very good meal with great service. It was so much less crowded than the First Watch down the street, so I think we will come here more often. I never go to breakfast alone, but after deciding to take a day off from work and seeing a picture of the Pumpkin Stuffed French toast on Scramblers website, I decided to make this the day! I don't typically look at Scramblers because of disappointment in the past, but the Pumpkin Suffed French toast drew me in!!! So I went. When they brought me my plate, I was actually embarrassed for them, and I never would have given a customer the plate of food they gave me. I am not a complainer, so I ate it and tipped well. Not my preference- never will I ever be back. I was in Columbus, OH for my father in laws funeral and we came here for breakfast. At first glance it seems ok, we walk in and there was probably around 5 customers only then us a party of 3. The moment you walk in it smells like sewage. The sewage smell is so bad that you can't just simply ignore not. You try but your visit is already ruined by the smell. It's hard to eat food when it smells like . We would have left, if it wasn't for the fact that apparently our father liked this joint (he was sick and couldn't taste well, so that may have been it) We got seated w/menus and waited about 5 mins for the server to approach us. Ordered some waters, Bloody Mary and 2 mimosas. It took our server 15 mins to get us our water along with our drinks. I was about to get up and leave because that was just incredibly insane to have to wait that long, when there were literally no guests and you had 4 servers around the restaurant. They were to busy doing nothing then something. After the drinks she was ready to take our order. I did not even want to bother with food and just wanted to leave at this point, but the party I was with wanted to stay. I ordered their crab Benedict (big mistake). The Bloody Mary was super sweet- it's not supposed to be sweet when i asked for the spicy one - the crab Benedict was super salty and had a weird taste to It. I could not eat it any further. I had no intentions on having breakfast at this location as I was going to another. The name "Scramblers" caught my attention and decided to give it a try. Waiting time was less than 10 minutes. The restaurant is very clean, excellent service and quick turnaround from when you place the order. I ordered coffee which each person gets their individual carafe. Absolutely love this and serves 3 cups. Ordered the Eggs Benedict with hash browns. It was very good. Their menu has an excellent assortment of selections. The portions are huge. My husband and I visited for breakfast yesterday. He isn't a big breakfast person but I am so her indulges me on the weekends. He ordered the Big Country and I got the Eye Opener. He really enjoyed his and then tried mine. We both agreed that they were both delicious. The portions were generous and the ingredients seemed pretty fresh. If I were going to be picky about anything my toast was a little hard and his gravy could have used a bit more pepper. The service was fast and friendly and we ate for $30 including tip. This was our favorite breakfast spot, in fact we have gone here for a decade but we are done. The food has gotten much worse. Every single order for pickup has been wrong/missing food. Don't get me wrong, the staff is nice enough and the manager is nice and they always have some young hard workers. I eat here about once a month. You get decent food for the price. However, i had the avocado toast and it was awful. It was guacamole on toasted bread that did nothing but get soggy from the guac. Came to this location with my family and a friend to redeem my birthday coupon, a free entree when you join the Marie's club. Everything on the menu appears to be about $10 or less. I decided on the Westgate skillet meal. It has chorizo, salsa, onions, cheese, potatoes, egg, and comes with toast, for $9.49. It came out hot and it was very yummy! Super filling, I ate half and took the other half home. You can also get the skillets in a smaller portion for $2 less. Everyone in my party loved their food as well.
