The standard tires for my vehicle are a higher price, but when I was given the quote, I was also told there was no warranty on the tires that it was declined at original service back in 2022. So, I contacted the other location I originally went to who confirmed I did have a warranty, but it was a month expired, and proceeded to quote me $200 less for the same service! I know that's the way car service works. I just didn't appreciate the inaccuracy. He not only ordered it but comped us the extra charge a lesser shop no doubt would've stuck us with. Though it took a while for the special part to get to the shop, we're glad Josh didn't simply send us to the dealer, reschedule the appointment or even charge us extra. They quoted me $350 to send the wheel for a weld/repair or $950 for a refurb oem. After reaching out to several shops a few of them who couldn't do the repair recommended American Factory Wheel. I gave them a call to see if I could do same day even though it was afternoon already. The person who picked up the phone was very nice and told me the soonest would be the next day morning and I could book through their website. As soon as I hung up I immediately received a text with a quote and link. Booking through their website was fast and easy. Came in today for my 9:30am appointment and Darren helped check me in, drove it into the shop and within a few minutes confirmed the crack is repairable with a cash/card quote and about 2 hour turnaround. They installed the wrong tires. They said we needed $1900 worth of bearing and king pins to be replaced to do the alignment. They also put two big dents in our hubcaps when the put them back on. We took the truck to another mechanic for a second opion and was told there was no "play" in the pins or bearings so they did not need to be replaced. We were going to replace 6 tires on our RV but we won't be bringing anything to them now.

I have sort of special tires so I was pleased when she told me they had them available and for half the price of new. I arrived as soon as they opened and was out and on my way to work 30 minutes later. My tires cost $120 each new, but I paid $60 for a practically brand new Pirelli. My husband was proud of me. Tips: * Just pull around to the back and the office is right there. Don't bother parking in the front unless they're really busy and tell you to. *Bring some cash so you can tip the guys putting the tires on. * If you need a tattoo, ask the cashier. She's opening a tattoo shop in El Cajon!
