Showed up, filled out some simple paperwork and was in and out within 2 hours. They explained to me with a break model showing me how bad they were and how my rotars had damage as well. After that conversation I requested to see the breaks and rotars that they had removed and he said yes. They were very low and barely there . When it was time to pay I asked if they had military discount and they do. They apply it to the service fee but the entire thing. Nice 10%. He also provided me a copy of my receipt and explained everything that was on it to me. He was very kind and patient. I wish I had his name, all I know is that he's bald and light skinned.

My wheels and tires had been installed just two days earlier, and I specifically paid extra for those lug nuts, so it was frustrating to see them damaged almost immediately. The suspension work appears to have been done well, but I wish more care had been taken to protect the wheels and hardware during the process.
