I gave them a call to see if I could do same day even though it was afternoon already. The person who picked up the phone was very nice and told me the soonest would be the next day morning and I could book through their website. As soon as I hung up I immediately received a text with a quote and link. Booking through their website was fast and easy. Came in today for my 9:30am appointment and Darren helped check me in, drove it into the shop and within a few minutes confirmed the crack is repairable with a cash/card quote and about 2 hour turnaround. This place sucks. I called and spoke to the main guy and he was giving me attitude over the phone…read morewhen I was asking him about a certain part for my Tacoma. When I showed up and asked him about a leveling kit for the Tacoma, he told me to wait and left and made me wait for 20 minutes and he did not even end up helping me out. Some other guy that was a lot nicer tried helping me and the person that was rude was speaking to him in Spanish and told him to leave me alone and not help me. When we were checking out the part online the first guy once again started cussing in Spanish and told him to stop helping me so that's when I told him this is very bad customer service and ended up leaving. I do not recommend this place to anybody don't waste your time or money for people that do not deserve your business.
