We brought our car in for a routine oil change and rotation. After they got started, Josh, the manager, called to tell us that there was a special canister from the manufacturer for the oil filter required. He not only ordered it but comped us the extra charge a lesser shop no doubt would've stuck us with. Though it took a while for the special part to get to the shop, we're glad Josh didn't simply send us to the dealer, reschedule the appointment or even charge us extra. The location is clean and comfy with ample parking (and a lot to do in the area in case you wait from Panera to Marshalls and a mall across the street). The employees were rude, and the on-site management was even worse. I scheduled an appointment over the phone for 5 PM--perfect timing, since I left work two hours early just to make it. But when I arrived, Josh, who claimed to be the manager, told me he "didn't have enough time" for me. Called over the weekend to make an appointment. The guy I spoke with, really polity, nice, great. Show up to my appointment time on Monday at 10am on 9/18 and the guy at the front desk not only said he couldn't find my appointment, but he was a complete snob, rude, complete all around jerk. I wish I got his name, but I didn't. But I'm sure the service center can find out who he is by the time and date and who was working that shift if they really care. This was very bad experience at Tire choice today as I brought my parents car to get new headlight bulbs replaced, as Victor told me get parts bring them back they would be able to do job for $100, then when I get back they raised the price to $300, then at check out the price was $360. For 1 hour and 15 min of labor. The mechanic and Victor didn't seem like they were pleased with working at Tire choice, they were not very pleasant or when I first came in. And as I was leaving. I believe they ripped me off! They were not over worked as there was no cars being worked on, nor was there any customers in waiting area. I'm glad they got me in, but the environment was toxic. I had a tire that leaked air . I had stopped at multiple Discount Tire stores in a 2 day period, they were all too busy to look at it. So I was online on Sat night looking for a tire store open on Sunday. I scheduled an online appointment for 11:30 Sunday . I ask them to see if the tire could be fixed, and so rotate the tires. At noon they gave me my keys, it was done at no charge. I will definitely be buying my next set of tires from them. read more

On August 30th, 2023 I had the worst experinece with Tire Choice Manager Victor Najera. I took my car in for a tire repair and requested an aligment since I had previously purchase Alligment for life for my Honda Ridgeline with Good year now called Tire Choice. The manager said you don't get free aligment anymore that was only for one year, I said the tire has insurance then he said not with me, I am going to charge you for it and I will make more money for me, then he proceed and asked if I still wanted the aligment I said no, thank you. He was very rude, I told him I had been a customer from Good Year and Tire choice for the past 30 years and advised him that he was going to lose a very good customer since I have taken all 4 of my vehicles there for repairs all the time. He said I have more customers so he basically did not care. I will not comeback ever again, this guys is rude and don't care for the company only himself and looks how to pull money off of you. ZERO STARS!!! Absolutely the worst customer service! The guy was so rude! Hit a pit hole and damaged my rim and tire. Called Tire Choice in EC and the guy said sure bring it in. I brought the rim and tire down yesterday Monday afternoon. The guy behind the counter didn't even acknowledge me when I stood in front of him for about 5 minutes. He goes and checks out my rim and tire says he has the tire but I'll need a new rim. Then his teammate says "nah you can get that fixed. Today at 3pm I bring the FIXED rim to him, he again waits a few minutes to acknowledge me when I walk in. I told him I was there yesterday and I'm back with the fixed rim. He says "ya I don't have the tire" I said "what""You said you had the tire!" He then replied "I sold it" then acts like he's looking for my tire, like checking the computer for about 8-10 minutes, then looks at me and says " so what are you doing? I walked out! I was surprised to find out that Tire Choice was open on Labor Day. I brought my Ford Explore in with The expectation of not getting it back for three days, but Mark came through and got everything done with the car in two days! Mark, understood that my contract through the car dealer was closed on Labor Day, and insisted that I go ahead and leave my car in one of their bays so that it would be safe until the next day. Then, he completely understood that I had work and wasn't going to be able to have the ability to pick it up right away. He went above and beyond what I ever expected a shop to do for me. He kept me fully informed, and a detailed talk about the issues of my car and what they fixed to make sure it doesn't happen again. A few weeks ago I went in for my brakes. Against my better judgment, and the fact that I wanted to go to a location in my area I drove my car here. To begin, yes I was EXTREMELY over do for my brakes. Like it was pretty bad... I actually have mechanics in my family that I could drive to but, let's be honest... sometimes a drive doesn't seem so appealing. So, I came here, they seemed friendly and legit (so I thought) we went to grab a bite to eat, when I came back they did let me know I really had no brakes and should do them now. My quote? $500, being a female...i already had the feeling they were trying to get the most of me. So I said no thanks, I called somewhere else I got a quote for the same work for about 300+ the guy came back and said 450. I said no thank you I appreciate your time but my mechanic quoted me at away better deal. (I just didn't want to drive over there) he came back... and said "I spoke to my manager, he said we can match that price. Its the end of the month...Right now and be done" cool! Awesome... Thank you! Save me a trip. On my way to drop my child off at a football game I get a call " your cars ready, but can you tell me if your abs light was going on and off?" Absolutely not, the only light ever on my car is the tire pressure... I immediately called my mechanic told him what they said. After 10 min of "I told you so" he explained they obviously did something wrong. I went in to pick up my car... they insisted they did nothing wrong. "We don't touch any part to where the wiring is for that" but how are you going to tell me that you only touch one part of the brakes? And everything you said you'd clean around it. (AND, SENSORS are in and around that area) When the manager came this is what he said (no lie) it was my fault for driving my car like that, yet... the brakes had nothing to do with the abs sensor. And it's like going to the ER,you go in with one problem and come out with another. ( I swear I'm not lying) if I do take it to another mechanic, and they say "yes did break something" I buy the part, bring it back and they would fix it for free!! I BUY WHAT THEY BROKE, AND THEY FIX FOR FREE?!! Or I could bring my car back in the next day when they have their "specialist" there to figure out the problem. The way I can explain the brakes and the whole "works" on them, is this (especially for the ladies) so when you get your nails done... let's say, fix a broken nail. Your nail broke at the tip... we need it fixed. The nail tech. Has to remove everything off that single nail (if not the whole nail) to apply either the tiny piece missing or the whole nail... a nail tech has to actually PHYSICALLY TOUCH your whole hand! She has to grab your hand, bring up your finger..etc. if they are trying to fix your middle finger and happen to crack or cut your pinky finger, imagine them saying "oops, was that like that too? Well we can fix it but you have to pay" definitely not! I may have gone in there looking like I don't know what's going on... but my only actual mistake was not going to someone who does honest and trustworthy work. Just to save 10 15 min of a drive, I ended up paying 100 more just to go and find out what the problem was. I know better, I have better, but my mistake was trying to find a local place. Worse decision, I say this because I have 3 members of my family who are mechanics. So when I say i was dumb for not wanting to take the extra driving time. I really mean... I was dumb for not taking the driving time. Please, be wise as a female... some people seem charming or like they are doing you a favor, trust me... don't fall for it. Do your research. read more

I scheduled an appointment for 1:00 pm today due to loud grinding noises when braking. I arrived at approximately 12:13 pm and met with Mark. Mark got my car in their bays to get checked out immediately and did not pressure me for any services and was very helpful, explaining every service recommended and walked me through it all. Mark even gave me awesome discounts for some of the services provided (which were super helpful due to going through a hard time financially) and had outstanding customer service the entire time, which really helped put me at ease. My rear brake pads were replaced (they were down to the bone), my brake fluid was flushed and they did an alignment, along with replacing the cabin air filter (without cost; after I declined to have it replaced due to financial issues). Mark also helped me after all the services were completed by telling me they would provide me with a future brake fluid flush without cost, after I get the front brake pads replaced. I will definitely return due to how truly helpful and friendly Mark was and due to the mechanics fast service. I strongly recommend anyone to bring their vehicles here! read more

Today was my first time working with Mark, and he has FABULOUS customer service! My dad called in to get all 4 of my tires on my car changed, and unfortunately there was some miscommunication between the both of them, but Mark took care of it because he wanted to earn our trust and customer base. He was very polite and respectful when speaking to me and my parents at the shop, and we had a nice conversation while he filled out the paperwork. Service was excellent and fast! All 4 tires changed, balanced, and aligned in less than an hour.
