Customer Service is one of the most important qualities for businesses but one that has been lacking in todays society. Which is disappointing. Especially since San Diego is the city of hospitality, realty and sales. Brooks, however, build up that expectation. Someone that is willing to listen and communicate thoroughly. Appreciated the help this employee gave to me when changing out my much needed air filter. read more

Like the fact they didn't try to upsell me. My car uses synthetic, I know this isn't the cheapest place but since my car eats up oil, I was recommended this place since they top it off until your next oil change. read more

Great service from the team. I was in and out and the crew was very professional, respectful, and hard working.

Been going to Valvoline for years. The staff here was super nice, not pushy at all. Nacho and Emilio were my techs and they were helpful enough to show my son how to read his dipstick. I didnt know that they use Kendall oil here, which im a fan of. I will be returning here and recommend you give them a try. read more

Poor service. Slow paced with attitude. I don't trust the people working there. I had been a customer for many years but the recent employees seem to be sketchy read more

I was a oil changers customer for 25years at this location, 2 personal vehicles and 2 work trucks. Service was always excellent with someone coming to greet you when you arrived and letting you know about how long the wait would be. 3 months ago, I visited for an oil change and waited 40min in line. No one ever came to greet me. It took another 40min to do the service. There are several items on the checklist that are also supposed to be done, wash windows and check fluid levels that were not performed. I tried to talk to the manager and he was unapologetic and could care less. I wrote an email to the company explaining what had happened. I never received a reply. As a business owner, I thought the owner would want to know. Today I thought I would give it another try. After waiting 30min with no greeting, or acknowledgement, I left. I went down the street to a competitor, Jiffy Lube on second street. Fantastic service, immediate greeting, they got to work right away. Actual washed the windows and aired the tires. It was time for oil, transmission, rear differential, air filter change and wiper blades...all completed with efficiency and a smile. I found my new oil change location! read more

I was super impressed with this company! I typically have to prepare myself to argue with oil change companies who just want to upsell everything and anything, which is why I usually have the family mechanic do my oil changes. I picked this location based off the reviews and that I needed my oil changed asap. I pulled up and within two minuets a technician came out to greet me, I think her name was Letty (I'm bad with names though, but initials on the invoice are LOF), she got me in the system double checked what I wanted done and gave me a verbal estimate. She was quick and efficient with my oil change, and was honest about the minor issues she found with the engine (average wear and tear for my older car). She even said she would put the things she suggested for next time on the invoice so I could reference them. Highly recommend them, and also suggest going online for discount information. I will be back the next time I need an oil change! read more

First time being my car here and I've got to say one of the best places I've taken my car to. Todd was on it and recommended what I should get done! So friendly and that shop has such an amazing vibe! Will be recommending! read more

I've used Oil Changers twice so far and both times Mason was the guy helping me out. The price is reasonable and they are very speedy. Mason is a good guy, thorough, and gets the job done quickly. I've used to do my own oil changes and took my used oil to Oil Changers. Other shops would tell me their tank was full or give some other excuse for not accepting my used oil. Oil Changers was always cool with it and didn't give me a hard time. I still take oil to them occasionally when I change the oil in another vehicle I can't drive to their shop. All around, nice folks and they treat me well. read more

We've always done oil and fluid changes at the BMW dealership. A friend recommended this Oil Changers location so I called them. I spoke with Mike who answered questions patiently and brought it in. Mike did the service and was fantastic. He was thorough and it was a great price, especially for the speed and thoroughness of the service! We will absolutely be back. This is a fantastic service and a great location. read more

My out of town guest needed an oil change on their truck before they got on the road again. I called at 8am and they said they were available with a 30 minute wait. My guest reported that everything was done quick and easy and they got to stay in the car while the oil was being changed. read more

Can't speak for the oil change. Wanted to try this place, so I pulled up in the back vehicle entry area with no cars being serviced. Saw an employee who walked around the corner without acknowledging me. After waiting a couple minutes without seeing anyone and unfamiliar with the business, I drove around to the front. Saw the guy, tried to speak with him, but he just walked away again without acknowledging me. At this point another car pulled in to where I had been waiting. A lady came out to help them. As I turned around in the parking lot, the guy finally approached me. I tried to explain what happened, he seemed uninterested, and just said to line up behind the other car. I instead decided to just go back to Valvoline. read more

After looking around everywhere in the area Oil Changers El Cajon City has the best reviews amongst there other shops . Sat here in my vehicle for at least 13 minutes before even being acknowledged that I was even here. Had only 1 car in a bay so it wasn't busy. I feel they should have at least said "hello and we will be right with you". I understand busy but not ok with just being ignored. read more

I remember coming here for an oil change before I moved out of state. I loved the service here and so when I moved I thought there would be one in IDAHO NEAR ME. Needless to say there wasn't. So, I moved back and this is the first place I hit up for my oil change. They checked my tire and the valve broke out so they apologized and bought and replaced my tire. Mind you the service is as you are sitting in your car. I also changed out my transmission fluid since they do this there. Every single person there was pleasant. They keep you informed of the wait. I don't think I will go anywhere else! Shout out to Emilio Isaiah Mason Todd Daniel for the fast service in spite of the little set back. Also wanted to say my daughter had her oil changed at Walmart in Idaho and so when she said she went back to get an oil change from them again, the worker there said the oil plug was damaged... rather than confessing they were originally at fault, they made her go through hoops to get it eventually fixed... where The Oil Changer, may not have been at fault for my faulty valve, they said they touched it last so they will fix it!!!!
