I was a oil changers customer for 25years at this location, 2 personal vehicles and 2 work trucks. Service was always excellent with someone coming to greet you when you arrived and letting you know about how long the wait would be. 3 months ago, I visited for an oil change and waited 40min in line. No one ever came to greet me. It took another 40min to do the service. There are several items on the checklist that are also supposed to be done, wash windows and check fluid levels that were not performed. I tried to talk to the manager and he was unapologetic and could care less. I wrote an email to the company explaining what had happened. I never received a reply. As a business owner, I thought the owner would want to know. Today I thought I would give it another try. After waiting 30min with no greeting, or acknowledgement, I left. I went down the street to a competitor, Jiffy Lube on second street. Fantastic service, immediate greeting, they got to work right away. Actual washed the windows and aired the tires. I typically have to prepare myself to argue with oil change companies who just want to upsell everything and anything, which is why I usually have the family mechanic do my oil changes. I picked this location based off the reviews and that I needed my oil changed asap. I pulled up and within two minuets a technician came out to greet me, I think her name was Letty (I'm bad with names though, but initials on the invoice are LOF), she got me in the system double checked what I wanted done and gave me a verbal estimate. She was quick and efficient with my oil change, and was honest about the minor issues she found with the engine (average wear and tear for my older car). She even said she would put the things she suggested for next time on the invoice so I could reference them. Highly recommend them, and also suggest going online for discount information. Can't speak for the oil change. Wanted to try this place, so I pulled up in the back vehicle entry area with no cars being serviced. Saw an employee who walked around the corner without acknowledging me. After waiting a couple minutes without seeing anyone and unfamiliar with the business, I drove around to the front. Saw the guy, tried to speak with him, but he just walked away again without acknowledging me. At this point another car pulled in to where I had been waiting. A lady came out to help them. I remember coming here for an oil change before I moved out of state. I loved the service here and so when I moved I thought there would be one in IDAHO NEAR ME. Needless to say there wasn't. So, I moved back and this is the first place I hit up for my oil change. They checked my tire and the valve broke out so they apologized and bought and replaced my tire. Mind you the service is as you are sitting in your car. I also changed out my transmission fluid since they do this there. Every single person there was pleasant. They keep you informed of the wait. They told me that I needed to change my differential,transfer case and transmission fluid but I already had it done a month ago. They told me they pulled the plugs and check them and the fluid was dirty but they were marked with a Paint pin nothing was removed. They just tried to make me pay for the services for nothing too rip off. not to mention that the guy that told me that had rotted out meth teeth.
