I brought my vehicle here at the direction of my warranty company for a squeaking noise in the steering wheel. I dropped the car off at 8:30 a.m. and was told by 2:00 p.m. that the issue was diagnosed as a clock spring and repaired. Upon picking up the vehicle, the squeaking noise was immediately present. I returned to the shop, where the technician sprayed WD-40 into the steering wheel area. The noise subsided for approximately one week and then returned. I contacted the shop again and was instructed to bring the vehicle back. During this visit, I also requested an oil change and tire rotation. I was then informed that my vehicle had an oil leak and that the upper control arms needed to be replaced, which they claimed was the cause of the steering noise. After picking up my vehicle a week later, the squeaking noise was still present. I documented this on video and immediately notified the shop via phone and email. Due to it being Christmas week, I brought the vehicle back the following Monday. Before I was able to do so, while backing out of my garage, I heard severe metal-on-metal grinding, as if the vehicle were coming apart. This noise had never occurred prior to this shop working on my vehicle. I immediately contacted them and was told that other components may need replacement and that they were not responsible. Additionally, after their tire rotation, my custom Range Rover valve stem caps were removed and replaced with mismatched, rusty caps (one was missing entirely). The wheel lock key was left loose in the trunk, and the spare tire cover was not reinstalled. Given the severity of the situation, I filed a formal complaint with my warranty company. They ultimately approved a diagnostic inspection at the Range Rover dealership. The findings were extremely concerning. The dealership documented negligent workmanship by Supreme Auto, including: Bolts not properly tightened Missing fasteners Components left loose As a result, the brake dust shield was dangling and a bolt was rubbing against the rotor, damaging the brake pad and sensors and creating a serious safety hazard. The dealership further confirmed that the original steering wheel noise was caused by a foam component on the steering shaft that required lubrication -- not a clock spring, which Supreme Auto billed and was paid for. To restore my vehicle to a safe operating condition, I am now responsible for $2,967 out of pocket. I provided Supreme Auto with dealership videos, documentation, and reports. Despite this evidence, they offered only $463 to "tighten bolts," while claiming they did not perform brake work. While that is true, the issue was not brake service -- it was improper reassembly and failure to secure critical components affecting steering and braking systems. For the record, my brakes were inspected in August, and this vehicle is not driven daily. Thankfully, my warranty company has since removed Supreme Auto from their approved network. I hope this review prevents others from experiencing a similar situation. All I requested was that they take responsibility and pay the dealership directly to correct the unsafe conditions created by their workmanship. They may deny responsibility, but the evidence -- dealership video, written report, and another independent mechanic review -- clearly documents the cause. We were introduced to this business through a Groupon and we continue to take our cars for necessary work. At first, it was to replace my husband's transmission. They were able to get a barely used one for almost half the cost of a new one. And they guaranteed their work. So when my husband thought there was a problem, they took him in right away and discovered it was something small but covered under the guarantee. Great! Then my brakes had to be replaced. We found a Groupon for them, but the rotors also needed replacement, and then the wheel alignment. They had two Groupons available - brakes and alignment. They allowed us to use both, but we ended up only using one. That said, all of the brake work was covered. Yay! It was still an expensive day, but it could've been much worse. We feel very comfortable recommending this business - with or without a Groupon. read more

It's hard to find honest, hard working mechanics who don't rip you off.From the moment I walked in great customer service from the staff including the mechanics, all so professional. Amanda is a sweetheart! Absolute Joy. She also knows her stuff. Was good at explaining what I was going to be charged for and why. Sam (i believe head mechanic) was great! He took me out to my car to show me everything I was going to need and why. I could tell he cares about service and safety for his customers. Very passionate about what he does. Honestly as a woman its hard to trust a mechanic shop so nice to be able to go into a mechanic shop and not feel like I'm going to get ripped off. Sam's really good at explaining the issues and why i needed/recommends fixing but I never felt pressured to pay for something that I didn't need and told me to bring it back when I was ready for what I couldn't fix that day. I did not pull up in a nice car like some of the review photos posted. I drove up in a Honda civic as a preface to my review. I met the store owner who was quite rude. He blocked in two parking spaces one of which I was waiting for as someone else pulled out of the parking spot. I waited for him to adjust and rather than getting out and communicating his intent to purposely block both spaces he kept waving me on. I had to get out of my car and explain to him that I was planning on parking in the space that was just left vacant. I explained that I could park in the other space instead, and rather than simply communicating that he needed both parking spaces he says, "This is MY shop and these are MY spaces." Like a toddler. Communication is not difficult. That was not professional whatsoever. I thanked him and left to another car repair shop to have my car maintenance done instead. Please work on your communication and attitude. I don't care if the shop owner replies since he answers to himself. I have to start off by saying I've been a customer for 5 years and their excellent service has never changed. I dropped off my car on Wednesday very anxious, very nervous because I heard a lot of squeaking and light grinding. Amanda, at the front desk was there with her smiling face and gave me an estimate on the spot. I had some concerns that she had the guys look at as well. Not only was my car finished in a timely matter but I paid less than what was quoted. The guys checked my car thoroughly and only fixed what was needed. It's difficult to find affordable, reliable and honest repair shops nowadays. I found Supreme Auto care by using Yelp's free quote system. They were one of the shops that responded with a fair price for the repairs on my 2013 VW Golf R. After reading the reviews I decided to give them a shot. I typically work on my cars myself but for certain jobs I don't have the proper equipment or the time, such as the air conditioning system. My car needed a new AC compressor and condenser and also needed a new oil filter housing assembly. As other reviews have stated the communication, honesty, and professionalism of this establishment is top notch quality. They don't haggle you into trying to sell you any unnecessary services, they're to the point, fast, competitive pricing and no BS. I appreciate that they tell you the up front cost, how long it will take, and what parts need to be replaced along with the brand. After the work is done they'll show you what was done and the parts that were replaced. Shortly after my first visit to their shop, I brought in my 2012 Ford Flex Titanium to also get the AC fixed. They found that I needed a new compressor and delivered the work again with a fair price and prompt service. Both cars were in and out within 2 days. Many thanks to Sam and Amanda for their honesty and professionalism. I can't recall the mechanics name that worked on my cars but he's excellent too. They took my car in after the dealership sat on it for way too long and immediately got the car diagnosed and they provided me with an estimate to repair all within a day! Brought in car for shaking when accelerating, quote was initially $150 to balance tires. Quote was changed to $450 a few hours into fixing the car saying that one of the tire rims was damaged and needed replacing even though the tire rim has been that way for 3 years. When I come to pickup the car they then say I have to replace both axles and the right wheel bearing which would be $1800 dollars. Car was driving the same and shaking even though they said it was different. I went to a different auto shop that diagnosed the right cv joint as the problem, replaced it for $500 and now my car is not shaking while driving. Don't think they were intentionally trying to scam me, but they also misdiagnosed the problem twice and they didn't own up to the fact that the one tire rim and balance was not the problem. Would not recommend for more complex diagnoses and repairs. read more

My Toyota Camry needed brakes so I bought a Groupon to get the pads replaced at Supreme Auto Repair. It was a good price. Once I arrived the staff were welcoming and very friendly. They inspected my brakes all around and the car needed brakes front and back. I know about this stuff so once I saw the pads and rotors with the wheels off I realized it really did need them. They were able to replace everything in less than a couple of hours which is quicker than estimated. They now feel great as they should. They gave me a great price too!! It's a real shame to catch "honest" mechanics worl a year after it's done, so besides my rant from a year ago the temp sensor in question failed so this time I did it myself. What I found was very disappointing given the amount of money I paid for their service. I don't believe the part they installed was genuine at all, most likely an aftermarket at your local auto parts because once I took out the temp sensor it had the markings of an aftermarket part. They didn't even bother replacing the O-Ring just threw on some BLACK silicone (meant for oil not water) on the old ring and called it a day. You'd think for over $200 they'd replace a 50 cent O-Ring.. not to mention charging me $35 for "Genuine Audi" parts only for it to fail a year later and find out it's aftermarket.
