This morning I walked out to a flat left rear tire and immediately thought of them. I went over, they took my car to the back, and 20 minutes later I was handed my keys! Big nail in my tire, they patched it at no charge! Ricky Hernandez at the front desk talked me out of just buying a tire and having them put it on, said let us check it out first. We took our RV in for some maintenance and were very satisfied with Wayne's. They inspected our rig and made recommendations on what should be repaired or replaced. They were honest and safety orientated. Super nice folks with excellent customer service. We're full timing and they were very accommodating and helpful. They completed the repairs quickly and when the supplier sent the wrong parts, they worked hard to find the right ones and get them there next day. They even loaned us an extra cooler for our food. So with that in mind, we can say confidently that Rick, and everyone on his team at this shop, were all first class. Rick quoted us a very fair price to install 4 new tires on our 40' motor coach and his team took great care of us and our coach as they installed the new tires. Terrible service. First off I waited for over an hour for a simple patch/plug for my tire(shouldn't take more than 15 minutes) Never got an update within that whole hour. Once I go ask for an update they tell me they are trying a 3rd time to patch/plug the hole but it's not holding. They tried to tell me I might need to buy a new tire. Nope, I told them I know it's patchable, I'll just take it to another shop. Took it to another shop come to find out they sanded down my tire SO MUCH that the steal wiring was showing. In the end this other shop was able to patch/plug it in 10MINUTES!! S/o Garcia's Tire Shop!! TAKE YOUR REPAIR NEEDS TO GARCIAS TIRE SHOP. DONT BRING YOUR REPAIRS OR MONEY TO THIS GOD AWFUL PLACE!! Made an appointment to have the brakes checked on my 2016 Minnie Winnie 22R. Location is close to the Santee Drive In Theatre right off 67 in Santee. These guys are absolutely great! This is my 2nd trip there for this purpose. "Andrew" was the technician who inspected my brakes, he took the time to answer questions and provide great advice how I could monitor my brake wear for when to replace my brake pads in the future. Shop is preparing me an estimate now. There is a dedicated waiting room. I brought my own camp chair and sat in the sun while I waited. My final bill for the brake inspection, checking my steering linkage and lubing my front end virc fittings was way way fair. Looks like the replace RV and Travel Trailer tires too. read more

Have you ever had one of those months where someone serves you with a lawsuit, your sister is diagnosed with terminal cancer, your great Aunt dies, and on the day of the memorial service your truck starts shuddering horribly in the rear and you're stuck on the side of the road knowing there is no way in hell you are going to make it? And, while you are waiting for a tow, you realize that your truck is a mess and you might not get to take that road trip next week that you've been planning for a year? Me neither. Until this month. Thank goodness for Ricky at Wayne Miller's. I've been a tire customer for years. But, they also work on cars and trucks. I called them in a panic. They were slammed with work, but Ricky said if I could get it down there he'd do his best to squeeze me in, get the truck up on the rack and see what was up. He called at the end of the day saying it was a driveshaft problem, they couldn't get to it until next week, but I really should take it to a place that specializes in driveline repairs. Then he recommended a place. Wow. Me: "Thank you SO much. How much do I owe you?" Ricky: "It took us all of 5 minutes to throw it up on the rack and find the problem. No charge." Not sure how they can give such a great price that cannot be beat, but I assume it is the massive tire inventory they can tap into. I took my travel trailer to these folks to repack the axle bearings. They quoted me a price of $300 which was $100 less than where I normally go. When I went to pick up the trailer, they only charged around $100. I thought they made a mistake but when I questioned the bill, they told me I didn't need the new parts that were included in the original estimate. As a consequence, I now take my vehicles in to them for oil changes, etc. They are an honest and reputable firm which I strongly recommend. read more

I couldn't inflate the tires on my motor home and wanted to add extenders to the valves. RV repair shops won't do it, but they recommended Wayne Miller. I called, got an immediate appointment and limped my motor home to Miller's with a blown out, shredded rear tire. Wayne sold me a tire, cleaned up the damaged wheel well and installed sturdy extenders so that I can now fill up my tires easily. It's difficult to find services you can consistently trust, especially with autos and RVs, but Wayne's customer-first approach and integrity has earned my trust and that of many others. Wayne is always hustling to keep things moving, so don't expect to sit down for a lovely chat or small talk. He dedicates his time to getting your work done right and at a fair price, which is where a good business owner's time should be directed. He is a great American and customer interest is his first priority. On one of my service visits, I overheard him call a supplier and absolutely roast them for failing to deliver the correct part after two attempts, which caused them to not meet the promised finish date on a vehicle.
