They quoted me $350 to send the wheel for a weld/repair or $950 for a refurb oem. After reaching out to several shops a few of them who couldn't do the repair recommended American Factory Wheel. I gave them a call to see if I could do same day even though it was afternoon already. The person who picked up the phone was very nice and told me the soonest would be the next day morning and I could book through their website. As soon as I hung up I immediately received a text with a quote and link. Booking through their website was fast and easy. Came in today for my 9:30am appointment and Darren helped check me in, drove it into the shop and within a few minutes confirmed the crack is repairable with a cash/card quote and about 2 hour turnaround. They finished at 11:20 just under 2 hours. Cost was $242 OTD with card. Easy, fast, great service, good price

After a brief consultation at the shop, I went with their 3M Ceramic IR film - 15% for all sides, rear windows & sunroof and 35% front windshield. At first, I wanted to black out my front windshield. However, I occasionally have to place a handicap placard on my rear view mirror when transporting certain family members. Danny strongly recommended that I go with a light enough film to be still able to see the placard when displayed, obviously for legal reasons. Thanks Danny for the recommendation! Danny initially mentioned that it would take about 4 hrs but they got me out very quickly in just a couple. Lastly, at the completion, he made sure to let me know about little details like to not open my windows for the next 2 days to let the film settle and also that I may notice some streaking/air bubble-like appearances on the films which will ultimately disappear. (Putting my trust in Danny since these were quite noticeable as I left the shop. ) Great pricing with Lifetime warranty, too! Overall, I had a great experience from beginning to end. Matt lives in north county and I live in Santee, so he called Sparky's let them know what was up. I was to call to arrange to drop it off. Matt said the gentleman he spoke with, John, I believe, was super cool I called and spoke with John and he was indeed super cool. I made arrangements to drop off the truck the following day. The next day when I arrived I was greeted by John and he was as super cool in person as he was on the phone. I immediately knew why Matt picked Sparky's to take care of his truck. Fast forward about a week. I received a text from Matt. "Please give Sparky's a 5-star Yelp. They were f***n' awesome!" I have gone to a few places around the El Cajon area in search of the right lift kit, arms, wheels, tires, bumpers, fenders and so forth on my Jeep JKU including the big guys like 4wp and this is the ONLY place that I felt they actually listened to what I was looking to do with my jeep, helped me understand my options and absolutely 100% knew their stuff. There wasn't a question I asked that they weren't able to answer and in most cases, I was looking to spend more but they throttled me back and explained why going with a more expensive item wasn't going to get me a better trail experience. Installation prices are very good and for the quality of work they do and care they give to you and your vehicle, I don't think you will find a better place in SD. Well worth the drive if you are coming from downtown, Carlsbad or San Ysidro. I worked with Jared and he spent hours with me going through options to ensure I was going to be happy at the end of the day. I don't write reviews typically unless I have a bad experience or I am simply blown away by the service and in this case, I would absolutely rate them 10 starts of out of 5 if it were an option. This is my go to shop moving forward without a doubt. Go in there, talk to Jared and you will see he is a normal, non salesy, good dude. Best of luck! read more

I took my truck to a couple of other shops and they told me i needed all these parts for the front of my truck, then i took it to street trenz they said i only needed a couple parts and they fixed my truck that day and it drives like new again.
