Won't come back. Brought in a Ford Expedition for alignment with an appointment at 8am. After the inspection I was told it needed tie rods. Thought the quote to repair was expensive but agreed to the work. Was told should be done by 1. Called an hour or so later and asked if while they had the tires off could you rotate them. Was told that's an extra charge of $50. Said no thanks I'll do it myself. Didn't get the car back until 4. The following day went rotate the tires, found a missing lug nut on the passenger side front. Called and asked about it, service writer told me it came in this way (which I don't believe) and they didn't tell me about it because it " happens all the time on customer cars", Doesn't make any sense to me why a shop/mechanic wouldn't bring this to the customers attention if they were really trying to do honest work. I asked him again are you sure he says yeah. I than told him the dealership recommends both front and rear .....again he just blurts out $150 for the service and tell me see you with your tundra on the 16th. I said what? I went recently after I got new tires I wanted all 4 aligned - they took my car back - I only needed the front aligned. So for $90 I was out the door! Usually I hate dealing with mechanics of any kind. They usually have an attitude or don't like answering lots of questions. But Ryan, Anthony and all the techs that I interacted with really gave me the impression that they cared and would take care of my vehicles and that they were happy to answer questions. They even worked with me on the price. I had an axel and bushings replaced on my Honda accord and I had springs, shocks all around, a portion of the tie rods and some bushings replaced on my 1999 Ford F-350. The cost of their alignments is on the more expensive side but they use actual computers and massive wheel sensors to do the alignment vs some of the laser systems I've seen. I see reviews of how bad they are and how they brake their cars but you can't blame them for things you don't take care of ever and you ask for help when your car is on its last one and you think asking for one thing is going to fix everything. It just doesn't work that way. But it does work the other way around if u let one thing go for a long time something else will brake and will cause for another thing to brake etc.... I have been there twice for my Jeep that I have done extensive work on, first time they forgot to tighten the adjustment locks nuts on the steering arm, after calling I took it back so they could recheck it. That was about 6 months ago. Just recently I upgraded the front steering arms, track bar and wheel hubs to I went in to have the alignment checked, I asked if they checked the axle track bar alignment, he said they don't use an alignment machine it's all done with gauges? Being a retired mechanic I was shocked to hear this... vehicle still drives horrible and wanders down the freeway! I'm going to take it somewhere else and have it checked again... Nice people but the tech that worked on my lifted Jeep does not know what he is doing. After spending $1000+ they could make it ride smooth without wandering on the road and couldn't get rid of the Death Wobble. Another shop fixed the issue and all is well. Now it rides down the road with no wandering and no wobble. Now parts were replaced and the specs were bad when I took it to them 2 days after taking it to Trueline the 3rd time. read more

After about an hour Get a call that That I need to replace all my tire rods and everything in the front end for $950. My truck has less than 20,000 miles which made no sense picked it up took it to Ford. Went in about a month ago for an alignment since I just got new tires on my 18 Camaro figured it's a few years old wouldn't hurt to make sure she's good! It cost 300$ left with the steering wheel crooked, note the steering wheel was straight when I brought it in, called and asked what happened? went back in at the request of the manager Matt, who swore on the phone they would fix it. He was really rude in person like I inconvenienced him and refused to take a second look! Wasted my time for nothing! I Took the vehicle to the dealership who says they caused thousands of dollars worth of damage and that the alignment wasn't done properly and they used a pry bar on the steering rod bending it. After leaving the dealership with a proper alignment the cars straight again! Don't waste your money or time with trueline there quality has gone down! A trusted friend referred me to True Line Wheel alignment. I lived about 45 mins away and still drove down, since my truck was getting horrible gas mileage. 2 main issues after getting alignment service: 1) I called ahead of time to confirm that I could use the $75 online coupon. I then mentioned it again while there in person. They didn't honor the coupon, they charged me $90. 2) I was clear with them that I was hearing a sound from the front suspension when driving my truck, and I wanted them to check it out. I was clear that I heard the sound when driving slow and with the windows down. They claimed to drive around to check it out but they couldn't hear the sound... when I got in the truck to drive home, the windows were up and the air conditioning was set to MAX AC - I never use AC - so whoever test drove to listen for the sound, didn't have the windows down + had my loud AC blasting. As I was driving home, I rolled the window down, and immediately heard the sound I was complaining about. I'm going to take my truck to another shop - I wouldn't recommend this place. read more
