This is my second time coming to Stereo Depot, and once again I had a great experience. Adrian took care of me and did an excellent job. This time I had a Viper security/alarm system installed, along with the keyless alarm setup, connection to the horn, and integration with the aftermarket door locks. Adrian was knowledgeable, professional, and took the time to make sure everything was installed correctly and working the way it should. I really appreciate good workmanship and customer service, especially when it comes to protecting my vehicle. After having a good experience here twice now, Stereo Depot has definitely earned my trust. I'll continue coming back for any future car audio or security work. Highly recommend Stereo Depot and Adrian! read more

I had a great experience with Stereo Depot during my visit on 11 July 2026. The infotainment screen in my 2015 Toyota Camry stopped working, so I stopped in on a Saturday morning without an appointment. The owner personally assisted me, taking the time to explain the available multimedia receivers on his computer, including the various price points for the receiver, necessary adapters, and installation. I appreciated his patience and transparency, and there was no pressure to purchase anything. They completed the installation within a couple of hours, and everything worked without any issues. Before I left, the owner even took the time to sit with me and demonstrate how to operate the new receiver and use its features. The product itself was great, and it saved me over $2,000 compared to what the Toyota dealer quoted me for replacing the factory infotainment unit. Overall, I was completely satisfied with the quality of the work and customer service. read more

Adrian was the absolute BEST! I came here for a 2nd quote after dealing with another shop this morning and getting a crazy high quote and rude service. Adrian gave the most humble and positive vibes. Made me feel comfortable and happy to of found this place, did not take advantage, went above and beyond and even helped fix a few extra small issues I had that I wasn't even planning on having done! I am so happy I came here and highly recommend getting your car services done here! Call or come see Adrian and I guarantee you won't be disappointed! I am a very happy repeat customer! My journey began with a new stereo and speakers, and a couple of months later a big subwoofer. Adrian helped put together a package much cheaper than other quotes I had gotten, and the work was done quickly. Yesterday I went in for a dashcam, and discovered they now have an offroad person there. With his help we planned out new tires with a lift kit and spacers - all on a budget that a single mom can afford, plus with 0% financing. Next stop will be new upholstery. Thanks, Adrian and crew!! read more

Huge rip off. The screen they installed in my car is repeatedly malfunctioning. Very frustrating. I went in to see if they could fix it and they said no bc it had been over 3 months and when I was first there the guy had said 1 YEAR warranty. The sales guy is a liar and a con. Lost $550 on that alone. I also bought light bulbs and headlight "restoration" for $300. Worst f*** ing purchase ever. One of the lightbulbs already died and it's only been around a few months. Never coming here again. I can get a headlight restoration for $20 from a guy at Northgate parking lot and for only a 5 min wait and looks just as good. I'm so unhappy with this place. That guy is a huge jerk and they're going to steal your money and give you bad parts in return. read more

Quick response and friendly demeanor. Although I didn't use them, I appreciated the information in a timely manner.

Don't bother. They try to act like they hooking you up price wise. Pfffffft I went elsewhere for HALF THE PRICE to install and amp and sub that I already own. Make sure to get another quote elsewhere!!! Adrian acted all nice and like he was going to "hook me up". Pffffft! Can't stand dishonest businesses and people read more

I am not to big into writing reviews, but I feel like with this I needed to 1st, Adrian was AMAZING, he sat down with me, and we pulled together ideas and he had many suggestions with what he thought I would like. Adrian is very passionate with what he does, and he will let you know that. He does a great job at building a rapport with his customers and ensuring they know EXACTLY what they are buying. 2nd, The installer, Flavio, took off my door panel and found a potential complication and Adrian called me right away to let me know what was going on. With this, we were able to come up with a plan on how to go about the situation to ensure I was happy with the product! 3rd, I told them I needed it done in one day, and Flavio worked ALL DAY to ensure it was done and had zero worries about being without my vehicle. Visited stereo depot on 3 different occasions, all of which have been extremely professional and exceeded my expectations. The quality of workmanship, attention to detail, and professionalism is what keeps me coming back. Adrian and Carlos are subject matter experts and give their expert opinions without bias to assist in deciding what your sound system should be. I had an electrical situation with my car after having my amp, sub, and wires installed at another shop. The lights that are around the AC knobs were still on while the car was turned off and locked. Had no idea why it was doing this so I called and Carlos picked up. Gave me a couple of pointers to possibly figure out what the issue was. And one of them was that the amp has a RCA remote on and off switch. It keeps the electricity flowing through the amp, even if the car is off. I told him that the lights were not turning off, and after that suggestion turned off that switch on the amp and it finally shut everything off. I wanna thank you Carlos for giving me great advice and tips on what was possible. Had it figured out within minutes? Super happy that I called someone with good knowledge over amps! For some reason, this was never an issue with this app in my previous cars. If I have any more issues or want to do something new, I'm definitely coming back to stereo depot!! In short: Absolutely incredible service, great value, and a seamless experience that 100% makes me a new lifelong customer. In less short: I originally called Stereo Depot because of a deal they had advertised on their website for a CarPlay head unit and backup camera bundle. I ended up speaking to the MVP of this review, the infamous Adrian who you'll read about all over this Yelp page and who has earned every single shoutout and then some. I was coordinating everything from my home in LA while my car was down in SD getting other work done, and Adrian went above and beyond in providing all of the info I needed to make all my decisions remotely, which was SO helpful and appreciated! When I started doubting whether or not I wanted to go with the unit on sale that had caught my eye, or maybe spring for a better one, Adrian took all the features I mentioned to him and tailored multiple options for me to choose from. I'm familiar with the upsell game when it comes to these kind of things, and I love that I never got that vibe here, and that instead of trying to convince me to go with one option over another, he gave me different model numbers and encouraged me to look them over myself and to make sure I was choosing what fit best for me. Ultimately, I ended up choosing a higher model head unit and I am so happy that I did. The install was quick and the stereo is absolutely amazing, exactly what I wanted. Five stars for their huge selection of products, five stars for their excellent work, 10 stars for customer service. Adrian also mentioned that this a one-stop shop and can do way more for your car than just spruce up the stereo. Umm, sold. Say less . I'm glad that I get down to SD a couple times a year because I'm officially saving any and all work that my car needs for when I'm in town. If Adrian can do it and I need/want it for my car, as long as it can make the 2 hour drive to Stereo Depot that's exactly where it's going. read more
