This was my first time going to Jiffy Lube. I usually go to Valvoline, but since I recently moved, I decided to try the Jiffy Lube close to my new house. Unfortunately, it was a big mistake. When I first arrived, no one greeted me. Someone just grunted "oil change?" at me with a questioning tone. It wasn't very welcoming or professional. During the service, I thought everything was going normally until I heard someone from below mention an oil leak. I wasn't sure if they were talking about my car or another vehicle. When they were directing me to leave, I asked about it, and it turned out the leak was actually from my car -- but no one had planned to mention it to me. That was really concerning. After getting home and reviewing the service checklist on my receipt, I noticed several items marked as completed that clearly were not done. Seeing things checked off that didn't happen makes me question the honesty and attention to detail of the service overall. If corners are being cut on the checklist, it makes me wonder whether corners were cut during the oil change as well. Overall, the lack of communication, poor customer service, and inaccurate checklist left me with very little confidence in the service I received. I came for an oil change, mind you this is my first time coming to a jiffy lube. I usually do my own or go to valvoline, first off I came when it was slow. I was the only car and the staff seemed like a bunch of young high schoolers who had no idea what they were doing and were speaking very unprofessional. Not once I go somewhere for an oil change and leave with my car like this. There is no reason to remove the cover and if so make sure it's put back the way it was arrived. Spending $100 dollars or more for this is ridiculous. I will not be going back and I will not recommend this place for anyone. read more

Never got my free windshield wipers with oil change even though we just spoke about them two minutes prior from being done.

I came for an oil change today and had an overall good experience. Everyone was kind and professional but if I'm completely honest there was a guy named Alexton who was ALL OVER THE PLACE. Extremely loud, blurting out 50 cent quotes attempting to get 50's speech impediment, how he was up all night wired and how he hadn't slept. He was so distracted he had to call out various car lingo twice because he's trying to talk and be funny while also doing my oil change. The guy below the car was clearly trying to redirect the erratic behavior and another guy rolling his eyes wording "sorry about that" as I was leaving. The only reason I'm leaving this review is in case something happens to my car because he was working on the front end and was clearly distracted. I'm sure he means well but that type of energy while working on someone's car creates room for error and could honestly be a liability. read more

DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE! I've been here a handful of times and I never had any sort of issue with my car, no oil leaks prior to having them service it. The same day after I brought it in, it starts leaking oil. I come back to let them know and the manager tells me he remembers my car because he was working with his tech that day to change my oil. What really irked my nerves is the fact that I was not TOLD before I drove off that my car had an oil leak, they simply noted it on my receipt and let me drive off thinking the car was fine. When I mentioned that was unacceptable and irresponsible, the manager blamed his technician and said he'd talk to him about it despite the fact that he was overseeing his guy working on my car. The manager did absolutely nothing to offer even a partial refund for my troubles. I've called corporate twice now who told me they will "escalate my case to the owner" for review which has been well over a week and a half ago now and here we are, still no word from the owner. Do yourself and favor and avoid this location like the plague, your better off literally anywhere else. read more

I was the only customer at the time. My service took fewer than five minutes. When I got the checklist on the receipt, I started asking about the things I knew had not been done - but were checked off- such as the wiper blade check and the widow cleaning. For $100, I'm not even 100 percent convinced they changed my oil. The one guy said they'd check my tires "again." Turns out, the wiper blades did need replaced. I told the manager they were liars. He put his fingers into a small gesture. Needless to say, I don't recommend this place. read more

I recently had an oil change for my truck here, there's a skid plate that has to be removed as part of the process. While I was paying the bill I overheard the technicians were having difficulties re-installing the skid plate. I should have checked before I left. I got home and noticed that in addition to changing my oil they installed some new scratches in my bumper. I reached out to Jiffy Lube Customer Care, and was told that this is independently owned and operated, and they would pass my comments onto Team Care Care West, LLC, and opened Case #00418035. The only response I've gotten is they've updated my case, I've followed up with JL Customer Care in multiple emails. read more

Arrived 45 minutes before they were supposed to close. I left early from work to get an oil change, as soon as I got there it took about 5 minutes for someone to come and greet me but I was greeted with "We had one guy go home already and I just clocked out and the other guy is working on his wife's car so we can't do your oil change today" then proceeded to try to get me to goto another location across town "maybe you'll make it before they close" Why have hours if they aren't respected? Handling the wife's car and clocking out early on a Monday afternoon is obviously more important than providing exceptional customer service at this location. Go elsewhere read more

They aren't pushy in trying to "sell" you . They suggest things but don't make you feel pressured. After calling 10 other places and wasting my time, some of which wouldn't even work on an audi or when I showed up for an appointment they didn't have the filter, or another place I called asked me to go buy the oil myself and was still going to charge $250! Went there Saturday July 1, 2023, for oil change in Ram truck. Called first to be sure they could do the exact make and model and they said yes. Then 3 out of 4 employees couldn't do it and the 4th had to instruct them. Got home and neighbor and landlord alerted me oil was leaking all over ground. So much oil covering bottom of truck, we couldn't tell until next morning if it was leaking, over-filled, or they just let oil run all over everything and didn't clean. Called customer service on Monday and it connects to Philippines. Someone said franchisee would call within 48 hours and it has been double that time. As far as we can tell, the oil pan underneath is also now moving around more than it should. Stay far away from this location!! read more
