    Oh yea needed to move the battery, they didn't properly reconnect it or the hold down. You didn't want a running car did you?

    Less than 1 mile and $500.88 and waiting 11 days after having the Bozeman firestone repair a leaking hose which was misquoted and went from $150 to $500-$700 ive learned my lesson. I brought it in on Wednesday 7/15 at 3 I was told it should be done on Thursday and shouldn't be more than $150 or so. Sounds good I'll be down tomorrow evening to pick it up. Called Thursday 7/16 at 4 pm. "Sorry cars not done we couldn't find the hose. It's going to be about $750 we need to pull the timing cover as well" this was relayed to me after I had taken time off to pick up the car and believed it would be ready. Fine let's wait. It will be ready next Tuesday 7/21. Tuesday 7/21 I call the shop at noon. Sorry the car isn't going to be done today the master tech called out sick. We got the part in Monday night and were ready to go but Yea the guy is sick. Again the shop didn't call me or communicate any issue with me until I was planning to pick it up. This was extremely frustrating. Wednesday 7/22 The first time THE SHOP CALLED ME, not the spineless manager Micheal who knew how badly he kept screwing up but another low level employee. "Sorry we got the wrong part won't be here til Friday" yea it's going to keep dragging on. Now I've lost a weekend, taken 2 days off to pick up a car that wasn't ready and I'm being treated like Im an idiot. I let the emotions calm and decided to pick the car up Saturday 7/25. First the cashier rang me out and never gave me a receipt, then we spent 10 minutes looking for my lost keys while "Micheal the super competent manager was on hold trying to reset his password for his firestone account". Found the keys went out to start it and it's dead, no lights no bells nothing. An employee comes out and jumps it and I made it less than a mile before it dies again. It was apparent the battery wasn't reinstalled properly as the hold down wasn't reassembled and the cables were loose. Called the shop and the manager said have it towed somewhere else he was expecting it to break down. I spoke to Brent Reed the district manager +(1 (360) 820-8611 in case anyone else needs to contact him here is his cell) ended up talking to the store manager and getting him to agree to tow it back after telling me that I was being a "tough customer". That was a good chunk of my experience not including the amount of time I've spent on hold and losing half a weekend to take my vehicle to another shop to fix the things these guys failed to fix. Would you return? No I didn't ask for any discounts I just asked it get done right and that they treat the customer with more respect. Don't waste the customers time.

    Michael got our method wheels & BFG tires in super fast. Places online said you couldn't even get them with Covid. He got them fast & at the best possible price.

    Here's the part we ended up buying for 90% less with free shipping and a one-year warranty.

    We were driving to West Yellowstone early morning and ran over something on the interstate. We…read morewere able to limp into Bozeman on a flat tire and saw Tire Rama and pulled in. We were really upset because we had planned this trip for a year with our young grandson, and since the floods closed the north entrance we were staying by, we had a long drive that morning to get to West Yellowstone. We had only that day to tour the park. It was early and Lane didn't have his full staff in yet and had other appointments he had to take care of. Our tire was destroyed, so it was going to take some time to first get to it, then to put a couple new tires on, since another one was damaged as well. We were looking at 2-3 hours minimum. Our day was pretty much shot. We went across the street to a cafe to eat breakfast resigned to the fact we weren't going to be able to do everything we planned. Within 45 minutes, Lane called me and told me they were done and the car was ready to go! He got someone in there and they got it in so we could have our day. I can't thank Lane and his team enough. The compassion they showed us reinforced our faith that there are great people out there, and several of them work at Tire Rama.

    I arrived to an unfriendly bunch who treated me like a nuisance rather than a customer. After I…read morestarted unloading my wheels and tires a tech immediately came outside and barked at me to move closer to the building. I never asked for help. As I was backing up to the building the tech rolled their eyes and waved their hands faster as if I were moving too slow. Then they threw down my tailgate so hard and rubbed their lazy body up and down my paint rather than let me the customer hand them down the wheels. All 4 of my wheels were perfect when I dropped them off. All 4 are now gouged from an inexperienced tech. This was absolutely the shittiest experience possible. I feel violated big time.
