They refuse to even speak with the shop or look at inspection reports to take responsibility. So now Im stuck with a blown motor on my 2021 vehicle that doesn't even have 32000 miles on it. Staff is extremely immature and full of attitude. They also failed to get any of my information correct (first, last, and phone number). Would NEVER recommend.

I then drive 45 minutes, wasting about $20 gas there and back, where the salesman proceeded to tell me everybody wins $1000 and that I have to play a 'rigged' electronic spin machine to really get my price. I won a fitness band, but he had the audacity to offer me a $2 lottery ticket instead. The entire encounter was rushed and he tried to get me in and out as quick as possible saying as little as he could...treating me completely subhuman. I was just a task. This isn't how you treat people and I would never ever buy cars from a business that sends out scams. I'll take this review down the day you honor your original lottery pamphlet and hand me my $1000 Walmart gift card. I expect this from online scams but not from real people, especially in a small town. I am furious because you've wasted my time and my money. DESCUSTANG. What a master mechanic found was that someone had damaged a critical part of the cooling system, & never mentioned it. They cracked it, put a clamp on it, & connected another part incorrectly, causing the "small leak"...which "suddenly" occurred after my previous oil change on 8/28/25 here at "Speedy Lube"! Furthermore, he checked a few other things & noted that the OIL FILTER HAD NOT BEEN CHANGED! $90.00 for a "FULL SERVICE" oil change, & the receipt shows "2. Oil Filter Replaced". It gets worse: My right windshield wiper doesn't even touch the windshield, & they never recommended replacement: #18. on their list is "Wiper Blades: CHECKED." And coolant? Absolutely DRY! NO COOLANT at all! The Technicians' initials who did this oil change are Upper: DLK. Lower: JPS. My previous "full service oil change" was on 8/28/25, & the one before that was on 5/19/25: My point is this--NO ONE ELSE has BEEN "UNDER THE HOOD" for ANY SERVICE EXCEPT SPEEDY LUBE! I'm NEVER going back after discovering how they have been deceiving me--it's a shame. They aren't the same precision operation that I trusted for more than the last two years.

When I came out after paying they were fumbling with the hood as it wasn't closing tight! Another guy came out and slammed it down.... I didn't realize anything was wrong until I tried to wash my windshield and my wipers weren't working... my windshield was all wet, can't see now driving down 19th in the dark! Pulled off at Lowe's to discover my wiper inside my hood at a 90 degree angle... I think it got bent at the connector to wiper motor! I highly recommend you do not go here!
