I originally purchased 3900 extended warranty for the jeep. After consideration I decided to cancel my extended warrantee as the jeep only had 12K miles. I filled out the form with Tony in finance department and he said he would fill in the rest and fax the form to the warranty company. He stated the warranty company would send a check to Billion and they in turn would send it to the bank that had the loan. 45 Days later this had not happened. I followed up with the general manager of the dealership and he personally handled the paperwork to the warranty company. Today December 1,2017 I called the warranty company and they said the check had been sent on November 22, 2017. It should not take eight weeks to get this fixed. Be careful with extended warranties they are grossly over priced and Mopar will sell you a 100 k warranty for roughly 1/3 the price.

She lives in Livingston, had it towed to Yellowstone Motors. They were willing and able to replace the engine in a few weeks. My son owns his own company and purchased several vehicles from Billion as well. He had a horrible time with said service department, and wrote an awful but true review on Google. The next day Chris did a tie-back with my daughters car which made it to where only Billion could do the work. It took Billion over 7 months to fix it, oh, and they do NOT HAVE LONER CARS, so they take their time. Got there to pick it up, no AC. They forgot to charge the AC. Filled it, one week later no AC. They couldn't get it in for two weeks. Took it in. They told my daughter it was a broken line and would have to pay deductible AGAIN. They had to disconnect it when they changed engines. Tony said that was not true. We had another company look at it while waiting 2 weeks, so we knew it was their fault. Tony said to come get her car Billion would no longer work on her car. Steve GM., refused to talk to us. NEVER BUY ANYTHING THERE!!! There service department sucks, except Tara. She is the only silver lining. The rest have No integrity, no sincerit, and unethical practices!!!

We were really upset because we had planned this trip for a year with our young grandson, and since the floods closed the north entrance we were staying by, we had a long drive that morning to get to West Yellowstone. We had only that day to tour the park. It was early and Lane didn't have his full staff in yet and had other appointments he had to take care of. Our tire was destroyed, so it was going to take some time to first get to it, then to put a couple new tires on, since another one was damaged as well. We were looking at 2-3 hours minimum. Our day was pretty much shot. We went across the street to a cafe to eat breakfast resigned to the fact we weren't going to be able to do everything we planned. Within 45 minutes, Lane called me and told me they were done and the car was ready to go! He got someone in there and they got it in so we could have our day. I can't thank Lane and his team enough. The compassion they showed us reinforced our faith that there are great people out there, and several of them work at Tire Rama.

As I was backing up to the building the tech rolled their eyes and waved their hands faster as if I were moving too slow. I surfed the web and found Bozeman Community Auto. It had great reviews. I had no choice but to try them. My daughter goes to Montana State in Bozeman and has my Jeep Wrangler. My daughter has had a couple of issues with her car. They fixed my daughter's car at a great price. Their technicians were very knowledgeable, explained exactly what the problem was and what it would take to fix it. Having worked on my Jeep Wrangler before, replacing the cam and rocker arms, I was very familiar with the types of issues that are common on the Jeep. Their assessment was right on! I highly recommend Bozeman Community Auto. Because of their popularity, they are busy. It will take a week or more to get your vehicle in. It's well worth the wait.

They were awsome...I would give them 10 stars...Eric was right on top of my issue....heater hoses connection had corroded and needed new hoses... he solved the issue and had me rolling again...I don't think it was more than an hour and I was rolling again. When I came out after paying they were fumbling with the hood as it wasn't closing tight! Another guy came out and slammed it down.... I didn't realize anything was wrong until I tried to wash my windshield and my wipers weren't working... my windshield was all wet, can't see now driving down 19th in the dark! Pulled off at Lowe's to discover my wiper inside my hood at a 90 degree angle... I think it got bent at the connector to wiper motor! I highly recommend you do not go here!

Sadly I was rather busy and figured it would be easier to just bring it in. Kirk's communication was less than ideal. I spoke with Kirk on the phone 5 times. Every time I called. This was slightly annoying but acceptable. The true tragedy of my visit to Avalanche Auto was when the car was finally finished Kirk charged me 25% more than I was originally quoted. This was an upsetting surprise. I payed what was asked even though almost 600$ is absurd to replace a wheel bearing. Kirk is the owner of his shop and that is admirable I would hate for him to loose business. This being said I believe there are much better local shops in the Bozeman area. If you use Avalanche Auto I recommend talking to Kirk in person if you would like to be treated like a person.

I had an honest conversation when I came back with a friend and would not lower the price knowing he was ripping me off. It takes 30 minutes to replace spark plugs and he didn't even have to get under my motor. I just moved to Bozeman and thought there wasn't rude people here and this guy honestly ruined my experience of having such a positive outlook here. NOT TO MENTION - my check engine light came back on the next day!
