UNCONSCIOUS BAISED CUSTOMER SERVICE: There were two employees at the front. One was taking an order, and the other walked right past me. I was the only person at the pick-up counter. She didn't say hello or ask me if I was picking up. She walked by me as if I was invisible & started wiping down "clean" tables. Once the other employee finished taking the gentelment's order. She also ignored me. She looked at me, walked away, went to the sink & started rinsing out a rag. I had to say something to her. Then, she addressed me. Another customer entered. That customer was not only greeted, but the employee who was wiping tables walked back over to the counter to ask the customer if she was picking up. They were happy to greet and serve her. I was still trying to give them the name of my order. It was one physical difference between me and the other customers. I don't know why they felt it was okay to treat me like that. The only color that should matter is GREEN. It was very applauding to witness. I politely let them know that it was in very poor taste how they both ignored me. They both apologized and took responsibility. I appreciated the apology, but I would rather not have been treated so poorly. Moving forward, I will order from the Downey location.
