Great new BBQ experience to enjoy in Murrells Inlet SC. Had the Blue Motorcycle, a twist on the traditional LIT which was enjoyed with sprite and blue Curacao. Had the " Not Your Momma's Brussel Sprouts" which were fire roasted served with Chipotle Blue Cheese Aioli & Sea Salt. Amazing! Sampled the Hog Fat Fried Skins also a treat with their homemade ranch. Main meals we went for the huge pulled pork BBQ sandwiches of course. Came out piled high on a soft brioche bun with their horseradish pineapple slaw which we voted together as a taste winner. Ordered Grandma Ethel's potato salad too as an extra side which was great. All of the sauces to accompany the Q were good too from the mustard Carolina style to the vinegar based one. I used them all on my sandwich. Topped it off with DEATH BY CHOCOLATE PUDDIN' made with Double Espresso & Dark Chocolate Custard, Sweetened Cream . Kudos to this chef driven concept. First time at this restaurant and we were not disappointed. The staff was excellent. Our waiter Jerry took the time to explain the history of the business. He went over the menu and made some great suggestions. The brisket was very good plus the sides were different but a good change from the norm. The beer was cold, and the dessert, death by chocolate pudding was a fine ending to a great meal. Very nicely done! We got takeout and it did not disappoint. The Barba-Q -Terie Board was a fantastic combination of great tasting, fall off the bone ribs, bbq chicken, and tender brisket. (I think they forgot the pulled pork, but everything else was so good, we can overlook that!) The cornbread was flavorful, light, and fluffy. The owner was very nice. Decided to stop in and so glad we did! Got the meat board for 3 with a side of burnt ends. The pulled pork, wings and ribs were all fantastic!! Burnt ends were on the dry side but it was end of the evening. For sides we had beans, Mac and cheese and house chips. All of those were pretty good and the I have to give the cornbread props. It was really good! The owner Raymond came out and spoke with us. Awesome guy; we laughed about the cornbread being from "up north" so he explained more about it. Our last night in south Carolina took us to fire to table. We were greeted at the entrance by smokers and once you enter the restaurant it just keeps getting better the waitress ( Lily ) was outstanding and was very knowledgeable the food and drinks were money the smoked burnt sausage ends were great and the brussel sprouts were off the hook after dinner I had the banana pudding I highly recommend it! Pricing was perfect and after dinner we sat outside on the porch for live entertainment and a cocktail by the fire pits now I am a bit of a food snob and finally tried another very popular BBQ joint in North Charleston it was rather disappointing I won't say the name, but after eating at fire to table I have to say they are the real OG to smoking meats and my spirits were lifted again for some really great BBQ. I highly recommend fire to table to everyone. Great food and atmosphere. read more

We had our son's rehearsal dinner here on Friday 9/20. When you live out of town and book something site unseen you always hope you made the right decision. It was amazing from the food, service and atmosphere. Ray and his staff made us feel welcome and taken care of from start to finish. The ribs was delicious, cooked to perfection. Absolutely incredible. We went as a family on our last night at Myrtle Beach. Live band was entertaining. Inside and outdoor seating. Drinks and food were great- we highly recommend the blackened catfish sandwich. Even better than the food was our service. We love you Nina! I can not remember our servers name- he was a big guy with tattoos- was amazing. He was so friendly, attentive, explained the menu, and was quick to bring food and drink refills for the teenage boys we had at the table. The ribs were huge and cooked perfectly. The mac and cheese was creamy and delicious and the corn on the cob was amazing. I personally loved the corn bread and brussel sprout appetizer as well. Even the sweet tea was just so good. Wow! Is how I'm compelled to start this review I don't usually gush when I write reviews but here comes some "gushin". I went to Fire the other night and I was immediately knocked over by the smell my mouth started to water smelling the smoker and I couldn't wait to see the menu. My husband & I had the brisket with slaw it was the best I've EVER had and I'm not even joking the meat was so tender and it was seasoned to perfection, the coleslaw had a great tang to it that paired perfectly with the meat. We sat at the bar and the bartender was attentive and knew her stuff but what is going to make Fire to Table a success in my opinion is the owners they came to us and everyone else to introduce themselves ask if everything was good you got the feeling they were welcoming you into there home for a family meal and let's face it we don't see that much anymore. They have the best bbq we've had in a long time!!! We arrived during happy hour and chose the hog skins. Holy crud, it came on a platter that was heaped with them! Drizzled with bbq and white sauce. Totally embarrassed to say we almost ate the whole thing, after we both finished our meals!! Did I mention they're $5 during happy hour?! For our meals, my hubby had the ribs with chips and potato salad. Ribs were literally falling off the bone and perfectly flavored! Great brunch on weekends in a nice indoor or amazing outdoor space. Service and food are outstanding. Dinner options are limited but all made to perfection. Forst time visiting Fat Boys with my hubby and son. The food was delicious! we started with fried Brussels sprouts.. They were so good we could have had it for a meal. My so and husband.d had fire roasted oysters and said they were juicy and delicious. We each ordered a separate meal..me the ribs, my son the brisket and hubby the plank salmon. Everything came out together , hot and ready to eat. we shared and loved it all. Fall off the bone ribs, moist and flavorful brisket, and flaky tender salmon.
