As soon as we walked in just a crooked white piece of paper saying "No Saturday Passports". Nothing about temporary closures. Nothing about why or how long they aren't available (despite usps.com saying otherwise). We were trying to do this on our way to Flagstaff to visit family, so it was on our route anyway. I obviously can read the posted time 6PM hence why I called, seems the "business customer service" is another reason this location has awful reviews, with that response it makes sense. I rather get my package out first thing tomorrow then run into having to go after work and running into this same issue, the truck will leave earlier than when I can get into a UPS location with nice staff. I will not be doing business with you tomorrow or ever. I should have read the reviews before considering this location. I called and a woman answered, I explained that I was on my way there and my maps said I would get there at 6:01, I asked if they could please do me this favor I have something important to send. She said "you're not going to make it." So rudely. I understand you close at 6, but that's early for people who get off later in the day or someone like me who's trying to get my kid to soccer. Their computer saves all the addresses where you mail packages, so everyone's info was in the computer from last year, making it a very streamlined and quick process. But then the icing on the cake was last night after hours, I called the owner, Jason Lindgren, on his cell for help to find a mis delivered FEDX pkg containing original signed closing documents for a real estate transaction closing today. The pkg had been delivered to a company we did not know. Jason went personally and was at the door before this company even opened this am. Like a private detective, Jason was able to talk this person into looking deeper for the package (which he insisted was not there) and was able to secure it and hand deliver back to so that we were able to close escrow! Well Jason saved the day! I could not be more grateful! If there were 10 stars, I would give them!
