A review that's been due over a year now. Having just left this site yet again for Amazon drop offs. I love going to this place. Every single time I go, EVERY SINGLE staff member is awesome, attentive, professional and courteous. And they have all been here so long too. That says something about how this location is run. I have complimented the manager in person about her staff being so great. Sorry I took so long to post this well deserved positive review. I'm sorry I cannot recall the names... but once I had a copy order I needed pronto and last minute. It was near closing time and the two fellas whipped that order out for me so fast! We were in need of a notary service while visiting the area & stopped in at this location. Rodney provided excellent customer service. We were a little disorganized when we arrived but he was a pro. Verifying all our information & even assisted with making photocopies. He informed us at the beginning of additional charges which we of course were ok with. Jenn, one of the managers, is the best. She went WAY beyond helping me get quotes for my mother. I needed guidance on how to ship antique furniture and fragile small items and she knew just what I needed. Rodney, the store manager was also very helpful in working with UPS freight for me. It's a decent place that does your normal UPS shipping needs. They don't do fingerprint services anymore, but a lot of UPS Stores stopped that that used to do it, including the one in Prescott. It's clean and has a nice feel to it though it's a little smaller in size than others. Thank you. read more

Went in today to return an Amazon package. The kid with the black hair working today was so rude to us we ended up walking out. we didn't understand the process of returning an item from Amazon. It was our first time. Instead of explaining how it works, he just said you need to print the label and come back. Do better UPS get some people that work there that have people Not skills to be rude. read more

This isn't the closest location to me. In fact, there are at least six print shops closer to me than this one, but I had a last minute print job I needed and I needed it done well. I gave my husband the phone number of the four best rated print shops close to us and asked him to call and determine which had the best pricing, but could also have it all completed within six hours. It was a little daunting to order it all sight unseen, but this UPS store rocked it out. Great communication, a little bit of a price break, and great final products that accurately represent our business. Thanks, Rodney and Jen (hope I remembered your names correctly!), for your help. I appreciated being able to examine the other types of paper for future printing needs. (Wow, I never thought I'd say THAT.) Love these people, absolute heroes. Had a business document I needed printed and bound with a ridiculously short deadline and they came through. Updating to add the note that it was already sufficiently packed given that it was literally in the box it came in. As I took it to the next place down the road that takes Amazon returns and they took it as is putting a strip of tape on it and accepting it. The employee here tried to get me to pay 20$ for a box to put my already boxed product in. This response from the manager is a joke and just shows how little they understand my issue here read more

Very friendly service. I live close to the Tramonto location but still will drive the extra distance just because the people who work here are friendly (Plus the parking lot isn't always busy like the Tramonto one) Most of the time I'm there to just drop off Amazon returns cause I'm a fool and buy things sometimes that I like but don't need. Tuesday I was there to send a *gasp* fax. The prices were very affordable and the lady working behind the counter was friendly and quick. I was in and out and less than 5 minutes. Came in to get warranty product sent back to company. They said no problem they can send it then go and charge $2.80 to use the computer to print the label off charge for the paper to print it and then charge additionally after that without saying anything. Staff very rude and don't explain charges before being charged. Complete rip off and again horrible staff read more

I had a mailbox here for about a year, and had a great experience. Since I came in several times a week, I got to know the staff and they were quite helpful. Living in Anthem, you can feel really far away from everything, but this store had shipping services, US Postal Services (though they charge a bit extra). They have notary services as well and everyone on staff is knowledgeable and friendly. A great thing about this location is that with your special key, you can get in to your mailbox even when they are closed. Also, the location can't be beat--you can hit the UPS store, grocery store, grab a Starbucks, some sushi or mexican food or pizza, get your dry cleaning, even get a massage--all in one trip! read more

Quick and easy plus they do USPS. I don't like doing a lot of trips with what we are all going through. Less exposure is better for me and who wants to wait at USPS in that line if you can help it. read more

This is a well run location of the UPS Store. They are always extremely helpful whenever I come in. Typically I am there to drop off my Amazon returns; I'm sure they make no money off of offering this service. However, they still always smile, take my return, and offer me a receipt for proof of drop off. I rarely need them for anything else, but if I did need them for any of the services they offer then they would be my first choice. read more

I don't go on here to often to put up reviews. But this one is well deserved. I have been here multiple times and I can say it's one of the best experiences you will have. The staff is amazing and always willing to help. The second you walk in you are greeted with a smiling face. Even if I drop of a package they are willing to help. Last visit I shipped something and the packaging they do is amazing and don't overcharge. Also awesome to deal with if any questions are needed.
