It was our first ever visit to this store since we went to this neighborhood for something and so decided to do our package & notary task here instead of the usual UPS store where we go. There was a queue but multiple assistants at the store so it moved pretty fast. The staff attending us was courteous too and even engaged with our toddler boy. Service was quick and done very well without any hiccups. I would recommend this UPS store. read more

I overnighted an envelope from this location to Denver for a very high priority delivery before 8:30 the following morning. I paid $132.50 and was told that it would be "guaranteed" by 8:30 in Denver on the 7th. It was not delivered on time in fact was not delivered until the following day which caused me to have to Uber to several places and pay to replace a number of things in the package because of the inconvenience that cost me several hundred dollars. I get it, things happen........ When I said, I just need my refund because it was guaranteed by 8:30 AM the next morning and it was a full day late, the gal at the UPS store said "you normally don't get a refund if it's a weather-related delay." These crooks lied to me, took my money, and now won't reimburse a guaranteed delivery??? I was on a plane to Colorado that same morning and got to Denver just fine without any delay. Typical dishonest business in it for just the $$ with zero customer service! read more

if I could just give ZERO stars!! We had a real estate closing and went with the documents about 3 pm for notary service and overnighting. One document required a witness and even though there were multiple people there, we were told that we couldn't ask any of them and one of us had to solicit total strangers in the parking lot for help (we were told differently on the phone before even coming). Once it was all finally notarized, we paid $65.01 to have the documents overnighted with delivery time by 10:30 a.m. However, they must have missed a cut-off deadline or something because the package got stuck in Goodyear at the hub and we got ZERO help from either UPS itself or this UPS store in getting any updates or notifications that it would be there at all. We do not understand HOW their computer could have clearly offered us a date & time of not only 10:30 a.m. the next morning but even 8:30, if that was the case!?! Did we mention that these were legal documents and very, very important??? Due to the complete lack of communication with all parties and not getting any updates at all, we then had to make alternate emergency arrangements with a signer & mobile notary and send an early overnight with FedEx, who did get it there as promised for $111 and beat this very, very delayed package. In addition, we returned to this UPS store for assistance, only to be greeted by a rather surly young man in a totally empty store who was clearly not interested in helping, refused to do anything - not even look up the tracking on his computer, and just said "call UPS for a refund" which was a total LIE!!!. UPS will not refund from UPS Stores as they are independently owned. What a complete and absolute waste of $165 dollars and we have taken the matter up with our card issuer and filed numerous complaints. AVOID THIS PLACE LIKE THE PLAGUE!!!! read more

Ive had a UPS PMB for years and years and this particular location needs to adhere to the business practices of UPS stores that I'm familiar with when it comes to customer service and their PMB holders, when this is your bread and butter of the business. I've been using UPS Stores for our business mailbox for years, and recently switched after moving our business to the area. This is by far the worst UPS Store I have ever used. Every time I go in here the place is jam packed full of people, and it always takes 20 minutes or longer to pick up a package. It doesn't matter if I go at 10 AM, lunch time, or afternoon. Unless I get there right when it opens, there is always a line. The reason the place is full of people is not unusually high volume. This is one of the least trafficked UPS stores I've been to. One reason why it's so busy all the time is that it doesn't matter how large or small a package is, or whether it actually fits in your mailbox. If it's not a letter you have to (1) get it from someone at their front test, and (2) sign for it. This leads to a huge back up while people wait to get their package. Every other UPS Store I've used places every package in the mailbox unless it doesn't fit. If it is too big to fit in the mailbox, there is no signature required unless the sender requires a signature. 90% of the packages I've received here were small enough to fit in the mailbox, but I had to wait behind half a dozen other people (most of whom are also waiting for their tiny package). The other problem is that they lack fundamental common sense and multi-tasking skills. If you're going to make 500 copies for someone, don't stare at the copier of 5 minutes watching the copies pop out. Take 30 seconds to grab someone's package. If you're helping someone and it's clear it may take 20 minutes, politely excuse yourself and help the next person in line who is only there for a package. That customer will understand. Or even better, get rid of the ridiculous policy of forcing everyone to waste time getting the package from the front desk. It's so bad that I am now having business packages shipped to my house because I simply do not have an hour to waste during my day to drive down there and wait to collect a 3 ounce package that would have easily fit in the oversized mailbox they forced me to buy because of their policy on minimum mailbox sizes for businesses. Why does a business need a large mailbox if every package has to be picked up at the front desk? Unfortunately this is the only UPS Store in the area, but hopefully someone with better customer service and management skills will open a competing location soon. read more

First of all, I've been using this UPS store for three years now. Up to approximately a year ago there was a wonderful manager that left. She was amazing. . I have packages that go out daily. Today when I walked in, there was not a soul in the store. I had an Amazon and a UPS package. I was told that I could no longer bring my package to a person, that it has to be scanned going forward, 1st of all...This is your job you get paid for this. You're a shipping service Why would a customer, while you're standing there doing nothing have to go do her own processing. I am utterly disappointed in UPS. I will just have to go to another location now. . I did go to the one in anthem two days ago and they had no problem taking my packages, so I guess this location just doesn't want to provide the customer service! read more

I do NOT recommend using this store. They mishandled an important package I shipped with them. The tracking number on my receipt is 'invalid' and was replaced by another tracking number several hours later. Now the package is lost: the second tracking number shows 'label created' but the store employees say that it was picked up and is no longer in the store. Management will not return my phone calls and is not accepting responsibility or taking it seriously. I trusted this store with my package and will never visit this location again despite it being the most convenient location to my home. I would not recommend trusting them with your important packages. read more

I came in to have several documents notarized, but quickly learned it was $10 per signatures. I had 16 copies that need notarized and I think it's a bit excessive to charge $160 for what may be one of the most simple skills- signing your name and placing a stamp. This is highway robbery. The girl who was helping me was absolutely rude... while I was talking she closed her book and walked away. I asked to give feedback to the owner, left my number and she never called. I was willing to pay something, but I don't expect to be robbed. The bank across the street did it for FREE. read more

Your current Manager Ruby Hixon provides exemplary Customer service. Her personality coupled with her professionalism is one any business owner should covet in their employees. Moreover, her leadership and customer centric focus has become contagious and has carried over to her coworkers Hanna and Patrice. The entire team provides quality expeditious service no matter how busy they are. As a result of their collective professional efforts I have discontinued using a FedEx facility to copy, assemble, and bind multiple Awards and other legal papers and now have solely converted to this location for these important and time sensitive tasks. I could not be more pleased with their efforts. Each, in their own way, have made a visit to this store a very pleasing and rewarding experience and one I frequently look forward too. I am beyond grateful to have this UPS store by my house. I took a photo in that I had for a while and wanted it blown up for my daughters first birthday. Sadly I am not very tech savvy and was struggling with the quality. Ruby was able to get the photo and enlarge it off my thumb drive to a 4 foot by 4 foot image with excellent quality. While working with Ruby she mentioned that if I had the photo printed on canvas vs paper I could have it a a keepsake for my daughter and would not risk any damage during the party. Today I picked up the final product and it's beautiful. Thank you Ruby and UPS for helping me. My daughter sure will have a wonderful keepsake. So I'm a former employee. I just wanna state that the management here is absolutely horrible. I was laid off due to management ( Louise ) not liking me. I have personally seen her discriminate against certain box holders due to them bringing in to many packages. There are way too many Post Office/UPS Store/Fed Ex/Mail places out there to even bother with this one anymore. It's super convenient to my house, but I will just go somewhere else. I have been twice. Both times different people have helped me. The first time, the gentleman was just plain rude. The second time, the lady (his daughter?) was just plain rude and he was standing there talking to her the whole time. They don't bother to help you with shipping between USPS and UPS, something other stores will gladly do so that you can get packages to your destination on time. They don't bother to help you tape up a package, rather, buy $5 tape that you can use once. They don't bother to even say Thanks on the way out. Don't bother with this family-owned business. Too bad, too, because I genuinely like mom-and-pop operations. read more

The Hall family ran a great ship. I could always count on notification of my packages and prioritization of the same since I receive multiple packages a day. Disappointed to see they sold recently so I have no opinion yet on the new owners, let alone their help, all I can say is I'm disappointed to see the Halls go. By the way having read the one and two star reviews earlier it makes me laugh. If you take time to relax get to know people you'd find that the Hall family is absolutely one of the most giving and magnanimous groups you'll ever run into. Hate to see what becomes of this store now that it's bought by an owner that has multiple stores. Heard during the financial negotiations that they almost didn't get the financing because they had too many stores will see how it all unfolds since they're absentee owners. read more

Passive aggressive behavior. If something is off on my package, minutely this place will send it back. Interesting how my husband's packages always seem to be okay. The manager is rude and juvenile. The staff is constantly changing. Customer service is so important but this manager picks and chooses who she likes and it's usually men. I heard her call a customer "love ". How unprofessional! Yes, this store is horrible. I rather stand in line at the post office. This place is family owned and operated, in which the family members are normally working. They actually stop me from asking a question so that they could talk to each other to figure out what to get o eat and drink.
