As for the staff, from the moment I called to inquire, Cheryl was so kind and helpful in securing my reservation. Upon my arrival, both Cheryl and Ed bent over backwards to help me with my Pods delivery and unloading. I couldn't have done this without them! :) For those complaining about a rate increase over time, that's normal, unfortunately... try storing at the big corporate storage facilities... every 3-6 months those ones raise the rates astronomically. :/
