The most reliable courier service I have ever used in my 35 years in the Title industry! I have moved companies twice and insisted we continue to use them. But then the icing on the cake was last night after hours, I called the owner, Jason Lindgren, on his cell for help to find a mis delivered FEDX pkg containing original signed closing documents for a real estate transaction closing today. The pkg had been delivered to a company we did not know. Jason went personally and was at the door before this company even opened this am. Like a private detective, Jason was able to talk this person into looking deeper for the package (which he insisted was not there) and was able to secure it and hand deliver back to so that we were able to close escrow! If you are looking for a job here turn around. They offer a base pay for 3 months. They will tell you you can make more when you are put on commission only. Lets just say 40 to 50 hours on that first commission only check was 250 bucks and i paid 120 in gas that week. Horrible managers and owners. dont fall for their scam. thats why there are new drivers every 90 days. you can make more money doing door dash and working less hours. I searched Yelp to find a local courier and found Coyote Courier Services from Chris W's stellar review. I ended up using this company today to pick up an envelope and deliver it to my office. It was $17 for a trip that would've taken me almost two hours round-trip. I'd say that's worth it! I called and spoke to Stevie on the phone to set it up. She was friendly and made the process extremely easy... I'd definitely use them again. The only reason I'm giving four stars instead of five is that I requested a receipt be delivered, faxed, or emailed to me. I think that if you review a place and give an awful review, and the business fixes what they did wrong or attempts to make it right..........you should update your review. Its only fair. In that regard, kudos to coyote courier. It took them awhile, but they now leave delivery under mat and don't knock or ring bell............as requested. 5 Stars, No Doubt! A group of girlfriends and I just flew in to Phoenix for a connecting flight to Cabo from Dallas, TX for a bachelorette. We all have matching shirts, but realized we left one shirt at home once we boarded the plane. Fortunately, we found Coyote Courier Services and called them to explain our dilemma. Not only were we able to arrange for a pick up for the shirt supplies at the nearest Michael's, but the courier arrived at the airport in only 1 hour after our request! Thank you Coyote Courier. Just like the speedy Coyote in the cartoons, you came through and saved me time and late charges today! After an event, I had some lovely black linens to return and needed to do so before end of business day. I called Coyote in the late morning and crossed my fingers for availability. Not only was the service incredibly friendly, they also said they could deliver it in time ... and on such short notice too! While I waited for the associate to tell me how much it would cost, I anticipated many dollar signs considering it was kind of a long drive. However, it was practically less than the gas it would have cost me to drive there -- only $17!! Wow. What a great company from start until finish. I work for a small company in Atlanta, GA, and we had a shipping issue with a product shipped on a Monday for Tuesday delivery in Arizona. The package was delayed and would not arrive on time. I cannot understate how important this box was for our company ($$$)! We were all in a panic. How were we going to get a replacement box from Atlanta to Phoenix in a single day? I called Coyote and on the first ring, a wonderful woman answered the phone. Sam, could not possibly be more helpful and kind. I needed a package delivered in Phoenix on very short notice. Given that I live outside of Arizona and the package was especially important I contacted a friend who has a business in Phoenix. I called and spoke with Michael at Coyote Couriers at around 11:30am to have some documents taken from central Phoenix to East Mesa to release a check. A courier came to pick up the paperwork within 45 minutes of my call. They were in Mesa by 1pm and back with my check by 3:30pm the same day! Amazing and quick. Cost was around $50. Highly recommend especially if you can't be in two places at once. I paid by credit card and they emailed me the receipt before I hung up the phone. read more

Coyote Courier Service came to our rescue! UPS incorrectly sorted our package and this would cause a 1 day delay receiving timely meeting materials and would not work. Sami at Coyote Courier gave me a 2 hour window they could get a courier to the UPS facility in Mesa and make the 25 mile trek to our destination well before the meeting. This was much better than reprinting the meeting materials at Kinkos too! The materials were delivered as promised in the 2 hour time frame, however the only issue: I did not receive was a confirmation email from Coyote as promised upon delivery however I received a call from the recipient.
