Absolutely excellent service. Went above and beyond and was extraordinarily thorough and communicative. I've worked with many process servers in my time and this has by far been the most pleasant experience. I will be coming back with future business and recommending to all colleagues in the greater Phoenix area. read more

Great to work with! Very responsive and flexible. Customer service oriented. Helpful with my specific needs.

When I needed a courier service, I turned to Yelp. After some research, I created a project within Yelp and requested quotes from a few companies, including Rocket Courier. Two responded with the same pricing, but Rocket Courier was more responsive and conveyed complete confidence with my delivery. I needed a large painting picked up from the framing store and delivered to my home. They told me they had experience with delivering art and a large box trailer, which gave me extra peace of mind. I had never used a courier service before, but Rocket Courier made it easy. We traded details through the messaging system on Yelp. Once everything was finalized, I received an invoice by email. Two days later, the courier stayed in contact via text, updating me throughout the pick-up and commute. Upon delivery of my painting, I paid via Zelle to avoid the credit card processing fee. Thank you, Rocket Courier, for the assistance! This was an excellent service! read more

Rocket Courier provided me with outstanding customer service for my recent need of service. They answer their phones, and if they miss your call....they call you back quickly. Emails and texts were also responded to quickly. Yes, that's a big deal to me....and greatly appreciated. Just outstanding communication overall, and professional service! I highly recommend! read more

Hands-down, the best courier we've ever used. I can't recommend them enough and will definitely be using them from here on out!

They were fantastic to work with for my process service for small claims. They responded quickly, and communicated with me often. I appreciate them being persistent with someone who was trying to avoid service. The sent me all the documents I needed to file with the court. They made it easy. I hope I never have to have anyone served again, but if I do, I'll use their services again. Thank you so much! read more

Paid 85 dollars and never heard for this company again. Had a man name Wayne contact me and I zelled him and he disappeared. I requested a refund via Zelle he responded he will not be refunding me. I had to pay someone else to have person served. Ridiculous!!!!!!!!!! read more

Rocket Courier was phenomenal and I highly recommend this business. I received a call back after 6 p.m., and furthermore, Rich understood how to get my notices delivered to the proper party and therefore saved me the cost of another unsuccessful delivery attempt. Not only did he explain it, he took me to the AZ Corp Commission and showed me why I would be unsuccessful sending my notices to the address I'd found online. In a highly stressful situation (for me), he went above and beyond my expectations. Furthermore, his price was extremely reasonable. Thank you to Rich and his team at Rocket Courier. read more

I would give them 10 stars if I could! Had a last minute Answer to file at the San Tun courthouse in the Tempe area (I'm in a different state) and there's no e-filing allowed, so I contacted Rich and - voila! - he had everything done and dusted within a few hours. He is now on my Useful People List and I'd recommend Rocket Couriers to anyone. read more

Rich with Rocket Courier is perfection. He doesn't make mistakes. He gets the job done right the first time. He is a pro at what he does. He gives every client his very best. He explains every detail and answers every question. To be blatantly honest, for his expertise, and knowledge in his field...he should charge more than he does! I will only use Rich for my process server needs. This young man is exceptional, unmatched and in a league of his own. He stands out from other process servers because of the quality of work that he does. You will see all that I have mentioned for yourself. You can be reassured with all your important documents in his hands. read more

I got lucky!!! The owner was 15 minutes away from Indoor Comfort Supply, the only place in Maricopa County, to get an evaporative cooler pump for an Australian plastic body swamp cooler. It was 105° and my brother in law needed relief. The store closed 10 minutes after Rich, the Owner, picked up the part. He delivered the part the next morning. Hooray!!!!! read more

This is literally the best company on the planet. In one call they handled everything I needed... Rich is unbelievable!!

I am not sure sure how this business has five stars because they are absolutely horrible. I requested service 6 weeks ago...I didn't hear from them in the first week so i messaged to see what was going on. He stated that he & Wayne had been sick & they would try to serve soon. A week went by and still did not hear anything. They received my payment but never updated me on the status or have had any response. I'm sure I'll hear back from them after this review but frankly I'm not interested in what they have to say...I'll never use them again. read more

Prompt, efficient, cost effective. Really appreciate their late night response that got my pickup where it needed to go. Communication was outstanding. read more

I'm writing this belatedly, but wanted to give a shout out to this company, who helped me with an eviction order for a tenant, back in March. Both Rich and Wayne were very professional and prompt. Wayne went out of his way to text me a recording of the girlfriend, who accepted the order, and was humorous as well. Good job, guys! read more

I rarely give 5 stars, but Rocket Courier's Wayne deserves one. Fast communication, clear pricing (very reasonable), and no BS. I highly recommend him for any document related services that they provide. read more

I work for a County Attorney's Office in the Midwest. I need to serve people all over the United States. When I call an office and get a voicemail or a recorded list of 10 choices to choose from, I move on. I saw that this company had many good reviews and people mentioned the guy's name in their reviews. Good signs! I called and Rich answered right away. I told him what I needed and emailed him the paperwork. The party was served the next day! I keep a list of people and companies that I work with all over the United States. Rich and his company are already in my book. Absolutely excellent service was given and I would highly recommend Rocket Courier. read more
