I needed a large painting picked up from the framing store and delivered to my home. They told me they had experience with delivering art and a large box trailer, which gave me extra peace of mind. I am not sure sure how this business has five stars because they are absolutely horrible. I requested service 6 weeks ago...I didn't hear from them in the first week so i messaged to see what was going on. He stated that he & Wayne had been sick & they would try to serve soon. A week went by and still did not hear anything. They received my payment but never updated me on the status or have had any response.
