When I needed a courier service, I turned to Yelp. After some research, I created a project within Yelp and requested quotes from a few companies, including Rocket Courier. Two responded with the same pricing, but Rocket Courier was more responsive and conveyed complete confidence with my delivery. I needed a large painting picked up from the framing store and delivered to my home. They told me they had experience with delivering art and a large box trailer, which gave me extra peace of mind. I had never used a courier service before, but Rocket Courier made it easy. We traded details through the messaging system on Yelp. Once everything was finalized, I received an invoice by email. Two days later, the courier stayed in contact via text, updating me throughout the pick-up and commute. Upon delivery of my painting, I paid via Zelle to avoid the credit card processing fee. I got lucky!!! The owner was 15 minutes away from Indoor Comfort Supply, the only place in Maricopa County, to get an evaporative cooler pump for an Australian plastic body swamp cooler. I requested service 6 weeks ago...I didn't hear from them in the first week so i messaged to see what was going on. He stated that he & Wayne had been sick & they would try to serve soon. A week went by and still did not hear anything. They received my payment but never updated me on the status or have had any response.
