He came to my assistance last minute end of day nobody else would serve these papers and he did this for me and I was very grateful

We contacted Rocket Courier AZ, as we needed a Process Server for an Injunction against Harassment (IAH). This is the first time I have had to deal with this type of horrific situation. Wayne Holcomb responded immediately to our inquiry. He explained the procedure and was very professional. Within 24 hours of our call and within 5 hours of my securing the documents from the court, Wayne served the IAH. I know this is only the first step, but my sense of relief is enormous. I hope I can now have a restful night's sleep. We have lived in Phoenix for a very long time and appreciate the value of professional customer service (especially at a fair price). I highly recommend this service. www.rocketcourieraz.com 480-217-0933 / 480-251-9580 holcomblegalservices@gmail.com read more

We bought a large painting and it was picked up and delivered with care. These guys are great!

Wayne and the team are the best! Had to serve my first IAH and I had concerns about the defendant being served with children in the house and they worked around the schedule I gave them for what was most safe for everyone. Wayne communicated with me via text through the whole process, it was like a trusted friend serving papers for me. This is who you want if you don't know the process, they work for and with you. Can't say enough good things about my experience. Also the price was more than reasonable! I was expecting to pay way more. read more

I was dreading this part of the court process because it was expected that my ex would attempt to be elusive for as long as possible. Rocket Courier made it so much easier than I would have ever imagined. Perfect preparation was taken to serve my ex the first attempt even though he tried to deny his identity. Rocket Courier was able to serve someone who has made my life difficult for 17 years ...in less than 24 hours. HUGE relief. Highly recommended!!!!! read more

Rich at Rocket Courier was available immediately and extremely punctual and efficient in my somewhat complicated delivery situation. Dealing with a unreasonibly vindictive ex-wife has put me at a need for this type of service on several occasions. Rich was the best by far. Ray B. read more

Rocket is Amazing! They always get the job done in a timely manner, even when I have to update them mid-stream with new information for the Service, they adapt and overcome! My company (law firm) was happily using them when I was hired 6 years ago and we have continued that great relationship! We have used his services in all of our cases! I reach out at all hours and Richard responds in a timely manner. I have used Rocket with a few personal needs and he has taken care of those also. I am very pleased with everyone at Rocket. Wayne performs most of my Service needs, I am kept up to date and they always meet the cut-offs. I never need to worry IF my documents are going to be handled professionally and on time. I have recommended Rocket to many friends and business relations and they have all reported back that they also had great service! Richard has been in this industry for a long time and he has a lot of knowledge of how the process works. I will always use and recommend Rocket Courier! I am confident that you are in good hands with Richard and his team! read more

I should start off by saying I rarely need a courier service, and have no prior business relationship with Rocket Courier, but that did not matter....I called them at 6PM on a Thursday evening with an urgent, last minute need for a courier service to pick up a delivery in Phoenix Friday morning and deliver it to Prescott by 3:00 PM the same day. Rich was AMAZING!!!! He not only made the pick-up and delivery happen on-time, but was so kind and patient, as my vendor who was preparing the delivery was not ready when he arrived, so he had to wait 45 minutes for package. I felt terrible, but Rich did not seem upset at all and just reassured me those things were just the nature of the business. He let me know when he was finally able to get on the road and sent me updates on when the delivery would be made. He arrived before the delivery time as promised. He actually was a life saver as if I couldn't find a service I was going to have to rearrange my schedule to make the trip myself. I highly recommend using Rocket Courier and would not hesitate to use them in the future. read more

I am living out of state and have court proceedings in AZ next week, on my birthday no less. During the entire pandemic I have been filing paperwork electronically, but was advised there were specific forms that had to be filed in person - by yesterday at 5pm. I found this all out yesterday morning. Needless to say I was panicked, looking for flights to AZ or someone local in AZ who could help me. I found Rocket Courier and was told Wayne would call me within 20 minutes. He called in much less time and I immediately was put at so much ease. I explained everything and he was as cool as a breeze in assuring me that filing my papers would be no problem. Within a couple hours, I sent my documents to him via email and he walked them into the courthouse himself - he even arranged them for me. Ultimately, we found out that I COULD file electronically (I was misinformed by a court clerk), but that does not change the fact that Wayne was a godsend and without his help, I would not have made my deadline. I will use Rocket Courier from now on! read more

I have never had to use a process server before and came to yelp because I had no idea where to start and what to expect. I sent the generic message out looking for a quote and Rocket Courier responded within mins and asked me a few basic questions and was able to give me a quote and timeline right away! I was so amazed at the urgency with his response as well as how easy he made things. Since I had reached out pretty late in the evening last night he told me to call him today if i was interested and we can discuss everything. I called him at around 2pm today. He was available and walked me through what he needed. He started getting everything for the service set up right there as we were on the phone! I was amazed at how easy he made everything and very impressed with his sense of urgency as well as his professionalism. Also, I want to mention I needed fast turnaround service since The service was for Emergency Temporary Orders and needed to be done by Friday. Can I also say the pricing of his services is UNBEATABLE considering how urgent he is and how easy and straightforward he makes things. Even the sheriffs office isn't this affordable! His communication was there every step of the way and the timeline from when we spoke on the phone to the time he served the orders was about 3 hours!!!! You will not be disappointed if you choose Rocket Courier! Plus don't forget to tip because it's not always easy to find such great service and it is more than earned! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!!!!! read more
