I should start off by saying I rarely need a courier service, and have no prior business relationship with Rocket Courier, but that did not matter....I called them at 6PM on a Thursday evening with an urgent, last minute need for a courier service to pick up a delivery in Phoenix Friday morning and deliver it to Prescott by 3:00 PM the same day. Rich was AMAZING!!!! He not only made the pick-up and delivery happen on-time, but was so kind and patient, as my vendor who was preparing the delivery was not ready when he arrived, so he had to wait 45 minutes for package. I felt terrible, but Rich did not seem upset at all and just reassured me those things were just the nature of the business. He let me know when he was finally able to get on the road and sent me updates on when the delivery would be made. He arrived before the delivery time as promised. He actually was a life saver as if I couldn't find a service I was going to have to rearrange my schedule to make the trip myself. I am living out of state and have court proceedings in AZ next week, on my birthday no less. During the entire pandemic I have been filing paperwork electronically, but was advised there were specific forms that had to be filed in person - by yesterday at 5pm. I have never had to use a process server before and came to yelp because I had no idea where to start and what to expect. I sent the generic message out looking for a quote and Rocket Courier responded within mins and asked me a few basic questions and was able to give me a quote and timeline right away!
