I was at risk of losing my home, and the court-appointed server had already tipped off the person by ignoring my instructions. Russ clearly knows the process inside and out. He pulled up all the information and paperwork in seconds, so I didn't have to put anything together myself. I texted him photos and told him where and when to find the person, and he followed my directions exactly. The location was an elementary school, where staff gave him a hard time about being there, but he stayed persistent and professional. He called when he arrived, called again as soon as the person was served, and had everything uploaded to AZPOINT within the hour. If you need someone served fast and done right, call Russ.

My husband and I recently retired to Arizona from Rhode Island, where we had created a family…read moretrust. When we moved, we discovered that the family trust required amendments to better conform to AZ statute. Using an online search, I contacted a number of estate attorneys, including Jeffrey Hall PLLC. Mr Hall was the only one who personally responded directly to me via email. We were impressed and reassured by his personal response, which led to an initial free consultation during which he advised us that the best course of action was to rewrite the family trust rather than amend it. His very reasonable fee structure, together with his friendly and relaxed personal desk-side manner, convinced us that we had found the right estate attorney for us. We could not be more satisfied with his work and have no hesitation in commending him to others. Mark and Al.

Extremely frustrating experience. I hired PSA on Tuesday and actually called BEFORE paying because…read moreI wanted the first attempt made within a day or two and asked if I should pay for rush service. I was specifically told not to bother because standard includes a first attempt within 72 hours and they usually get to Chandler within about 48. Well, the full 72 hours came and went and not a single attempt was made. I also received NONE of the email notifications or GPS tracking they advertise, and despite calling multiple times, I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone or give me an update. The person being served lives and works from home at the address I provided, so locating him was never the issue. By Friday I had wasted several days on a time-sensitive matter and was left scrambling to hire another company for rush service anyway -- literally the exact situation I was trying to avoid when I called them in the first place. Obviously no process server can guarantee someone will successfully be served, but I absolutely expect them to at least SHOW UP and make the attempt within the timeframe I paid for. Especially when they're the ones who told me I didn't need rush service. The email notifications, GPS tracking and video proof sounded great and were part of why I chose them, but those features are pretty useless when nobody actually goes to the address and then nobody answers the phone. Would not use them again.
