I was at risk of losing my home, and the court-appointed server had already tipped off the person by ignoring my instructions. Russ clearly knows the process inside and out. He pulled up all the information and paperwork in seconds, so I didn't have to put anything together myself. I texted him photos and told him where and when to find the person, and he followed my directions exactly. The location was an elementary school, where staff gave him a hard time about being there, but he stayed persistent and professional. He called when he arrived, called again as soon as the person was served, and had everything uploaded to AZPOINT within the hour. If you need someone served fast and done right, call Russ.
