We called several process servers to serve a summons and complaint on a private person. Most process servers told us to they would not make any attempts to serve the documents within the first 3 days unless we paid twice as much for "expedited service". Needed process server to serve a creep. The creep was supposed to be at court for another hearing but because of the covid all hearings were being done telephonically. Had it scheduled for service at the courthouse. We were very dismayed and thought we lost out on an opportunity.
