Micheal immediately emailed me instructions on how to get the process started. The same day, I emailed my complaint and paid the invoice online. Twenty-four hours later, I received an email from Michael stating that the complaint was served. I was not expecting such quick results. Extremely frustrating experience. I hired PSA on Tuesday and actually called BEFORE paying because I wanted the first attempt made within a day or two and asked if I should pay for rush service. I was specifically told not to bother because standard includes a first attempt within 72 hours and they usually get to Chandler within about 48. Well, the full 72 hours came and went and not a single attempt was made. I also received NONE of the email notifications or GPS tracking they advertise, and despite calling multiple times, I couldn't get anyone to answer the phone or give me an update. The person being served lives and works from home at the address I provided, so locating him was never the issue. By Friday I had wasted several days on a time-sensitive matter and was left scrambling to hire another company for rush service anyway -- literally the exact situation I was trying to avoid when I called them in the first place. Obviously no process server can guarantee someone will successfully be served, but I absolutely expect them to at least SHOW UP and make the attempt within the timeframe I paid for. Especially when they're the ones who told me I didn't need rush service. The email notifications, GPS tracking and video proof sounded great and were part of why I chose them, but those features are pretty useless when nobody actually goes to the address and then nobody answers the phone. I hired Process Server Associates of Arizona and paid $125 for routine service, which advertised 4 attempts with the first attempt within 72 hours. I provided detailed times and locations to help complete service promptly, but communication quickly became a major issue. Aside from two automated emails confirming unsuccessful attempts, none of my emails or repeated phone calls were returned. Multiple additional service attempts were never completed within the stated timeframe. Because of these delays, I was forced to file a motion with the court requesting additional time for service, something that likely could have been avoided with proper communication and follow through. The company advertises: "We will meet or exceed the service level you select, or give you 100% of your money back. Guaranteed." In my experience, the promised level of service was not met, and my requests for updates, resolution, and a refund went unanswered. I also filed a BBB complaint and did not receive a response there either. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company based on my experience. read more

Best service I ever done I'm glad I worked with them I they served same day with no problems

Very happy with this service. I needed their service urgently after filing court paperwork to remove a tenant that was living illegally at a rental property. They were easy to get hold of and submit order, affordable, they fulfilled the service promptly, filed at the court on my behalf and most importantly when the judge looked at the summons being served property had no problem to sign off on the judgement. After that the tenant was out in one day. Could not be happier with their service, they are professional and know what they are doing which is exactly I needed, highly recommended. read more

The entire experience was disgusting. Michael Offred me a free ($49) service to the plaintiff's attorney if I wrote a positive review on Google and I did. (So for anyone looking to hire this company, some of these reviews, for a FACT, are fraudulent.)SO what happened was: I already paid $95 to serve the plaintiff. Then I wrote my fake positive review for the company to get a free $49 attorney service also. One day after I felt like It was strange I haven't heard from the company, I called Michael to check on my case. Michael casually laughs to me on the phone and says the papers they served to the plaintiff was only one page. I had about 8 pages. He was "in the process of fixing it" he said as he laughed. So I asked for a refund and he straight up said NO he said he didn't see why I would even ask that. So I said it is what it is and then I tried to hang up the phone. Michael said "no, no, it feels like you're upset, ok, you get the refund and ill serve both parties for free in your case." I said what? Don't give me a refund for the sake or giving a refund. You probably just don't want me to write a bad review. Michael caught an attitude and said ACTUALLY YOU CAN WRITE WHATEVER YOU WANT then he didn't even tell me how the refund process would work (you can tell he doesn't give them out- Ever) So I acted like the adult and confirmed so: I guess I can expect a receipt and an explanation of this refund emailed to me? Michael made a generic speel heard often in customer service and sent me the refund receipt within the hour. A JOKE. THE WHOLE COMPANY IS A JOKE. It seems like they paid for a answering service that forwards calls to their cell phone and it seems like only Michael works at this company. read more

I am so grateful for Michael and the Team at PSA. I needed to have legal documents served and had no idea where to begin.
