I was at risk of losing my home, and the court-appointed server had already tipped off the person by ignoring my instructions. Russ clearly knows the process inside and out. He pulled up all the information and paperwork in seconds, so I didn't have to put anything together myself. I texted him photos and told him where and when to find the person, and he followed my directions exactly. The location was an elementary school, where staff gave him a hard time about being there, but he stayed persistent and professional. He called when he arrived, called again as soon as the person was served, and had everything uploaded to AZPOINT within the hour. If you need someone served fast and done right, call Russ.

Stop looking. Call Greg at Arizona Quick Serve. Despite their impeccable rating and reviews,…read moresomehow they were far down the list of Process Servers that I Googled. I called three other companies with acceptable ratings at first. I had to leave a voicemail message with each one. Then I scanned the list some more and found Arizona Quick Serve. They had a great rating. I called, and got a live person. He explained the process. I emailed the paperwork, and he sent me a link for payment. As a retired business owner, "Ease of doing business" is an important factor. And it's the little things that make the difference. When I accepted payments, I would have loved to have been able to send out the simple payment email I got from Greg. Very quick and simple. Yeah, OK. He answers the phone and the payment process is easy. But how long did it take him to get the defendants served, you ask? That very same day. I emailed the payment at 3:00, and the papers were served at 5:20, a little over 2 hours later. Maybe they don't all happen this fast, I don't know. Maybe the defendant happened to be home, maybe he was expecting company so he answered the door when he knows I might serve him, and maybe the server was down the street when he got my paperwork. But here's the thing. It doesn't matter if all the planets in the universe lined up to make this happen. If a company's obsession isn't to be in the right place at the right time, an opportunity can be wasted. Preparation makes good things happen. I've never had to serve anybody before, and expected the Service Process to be a problem. It wasn't. In fact, after all the BS I've gone through with the Neighbor-from-hell, this was surprisingly the smoothest part. I'm grateful to Greg and his staff for making this part of my adventure stress-free. By the way, of the three other companies that got voicemail messages from me, one called AFTER the papers had been served, and I haven't heard from the other two.

The second time, I was present, I wanted to see her in action. She quickly walked up to the served party, asked a few identity questions, stated that they were served and was done. She is a great service and I know if I need anything served that she will be the one to do it. I do want to mention that other process servers charge extra for multiple locations, but she is extremely reasonable. I asked her to swing by a few "known" locations and she had absolutely no problem doing so without giving me a hard time. This was the main reason that I insist on using her. She took the complexity out of this process. She is very reasonably priced (about $70 a serve). Granted, I live in her area of service, but even so, she attempted to serve/served with little to no hassle, questions, problems, etc. Definitely recommend this process server!! She is excellent in the two times that I have had hired her to deliver. Either way, she will give you excellent documentation (either Affidavit of Non-Service or Service). She is excellent in her own right and I am happy both praise and utilize her services again in the very near future!! Great Job Monica!!! R/ Tom Chavez
