In my initial phone call I explained my situation and that the people that would be served were shady husband and wife personal trainers who were both previously incarcerated and know the law and how to dodge servers. I had hired a previous Process Server who could not get the job done. J&L more willing to work with me on price and assured me the service would get done. I submitted all my paperwork online which was a breeze and the very next day the husband and wife personal trainers were served. It took them 1 attempt to do what the previous Process Server couldn't do in 5 attempts. I was emailed that night that the service had been done and the next morning received all my subsequent paperwork for court and they filed the service with the court for me. I had a tenant skip out on months of rent and needed to serve her a small claims summons. On top of the thousands of dollars I was out, I had to pay for the court filing and then pay for a process server. The whole thing made me nervous because I didn't want to pay for service multiple times and the defendant is rather unpredictable. Hire, Hire. Hire these guys! I called around and chose J&L not only for their competitive fee of $85 and being family owned but because of the initial phone conversation. They were extremely detailed in explaining what the fees where, what it would cost, and explaining what to expect and their services. Their website was very easy to use, and their email communication of keeping me posted was awesome. I paid J&L on Dec 6th and they served the other party on the 7th (even tho their disclaimer noted the first attempt would be in 3 days). I was very impressed.
