We recently used Mr. Hall to establish an Estate Plan (Will/Trust). We saw more than one attorney for a consult and he was by far the best. Mr. Hall was very patient in explaining the decisions we needed to make and the things we needed to consider. We never felt rushed or intimedated to ask questions. The entire process only took a few weeks and I know now that if something was to happen to my husband or I those we left in charge or our children and our estate are in a much better place than where we started. Attorney Hall was professional, efficient, knowledgeable and responsive to questions regarding setting up our trust. The price he charged was competitive, appealing and in line with the work performed. The only advice -- know what questions to ask about moving or not moving things into your trust before you go. He didn't readily offer advice unless asked, so if you don't know the questions, you may find yourself in a surprise situation or put an asset into your trust that you shouldn't. We would have liked to have been counseled more on this. It may have been helpful to have a checklist or maybe a Q&A type of list of typical assets -- house, car, boat, motorcycle, jewelry, stock, life insurance, etc., -- and then maybe a comment next to each one on whether or not to move it to the trust, and why or why not. read more
