Husband made a appointment with the friendly office person. Prior to our appointment we talked with Jake to discuss what our wishes were and had quite a few questions for Jake since we were novices in this field. Jake was very very nice and patient with us. We later(after a few weeks) met with Jake to go over our wills and other directives at his office. During this meeting we went page by page through our legal plan.
