Contacted this firm after my husband passed away. Admin who answered phone and helped with paperwork was very nice. They offer free consultation and allow a decent amount of time for that. Jaren Martineau was the one who did the consultation. He was nice but not overly kind. Worst part was when he kept contacting me after the consultation. Two different times he sent me emails stating he "found" more information which I never asked him to do. And each time I replied to his emails he became more and more rude. My husband and I had been having some marital issues at the time of his death. Jaren advised me that I should look in our safe at home, that is if I have the combination and I may find a whole new will in there that doesn't even have my name on it.
