Maybe business is great, and they don't need more clients, or money? I called Meyer Law, had a somewhat undesirable experience. On the particular day I called, I spoke with a pleasant lady, who said a Nikolina would call me back. Approximately 15 minutes later Nikolina calls, and I immediately felt like a number, not a customer a business would be looking to form a relationship with. All I got from her were, short answers, rushed information, and a complete lack of customer awareness. She proceeded to take my information, set an appointment, and notified me than an email containing all required information, and documents would be sent to me. Guess what? I did not receive an email, a phone call confirming the appointment, not a peep from Nikolina. In the end, I took my business over to Neeley Law Firm in Chandler. Spoke to a nice guy named Bruce. Bruce and I spoke on the phone for 30 mins, as though we'd been friends for years, and not once did I feel rushed. Neeley Law Firm charged a little more, however, I will hand over my hard earned money(I'm military) to a company that treats their customers more than just a number. I have now passed this experience on to friends and coworkers at Luke AFB, in hopes they are not treated the same way. I will definitely not consider Meyer Law for future legal matters. We were SLAMMED with crippling medical and legal bills accumulated through the years, and we could feel the noose squeezing tighter and tighter. When we made the appointment, we were emailed an intake form that we filled out to the best of our ability so Mr Meyer could get a good idea of what our situation was. Mr Meyer came out to greet us in his lobby when we arrived and ushered us back to his office. He perused our intake forms and asked more questions to assess things better. After studying our credit, and all of the entities we owed money to, he explained how we should proceed, what we needed to take care of, and - best of all - what we didn't need to worry about any longer. Immediately we felt a massive weight lift off of our shoulders. Mr Meyer explained EVERYTHING to us in a way we could understand, and the more he explained, the better the news got.
