These guys really take their time and explain the process, the fees and payments, timelines etc.. They're text friendly which helped me get them answers to questions quickly. At first when I reached out to Future First, they were very helpful via text and a few phone calls to set up their retainer. But once I signed on with them and paid their fees I feel I had to continually text for updates on my case. This was August 2023 when it started. I received a text saying there was a hearing scheduled. I received a video on Nov 7 explaining my charges. I had many questions on this but had no way of addressing them as my court date was the day after. At no time did I have the opportunity to sit down with or have a telephone conversation with my appointed attorney to explain any of my medical issues or concerns. Or to ask questions on the case. The first time I met him was when we arrived at court for my sentencing. To which I feel I could've gotten the same results if I had represented myself. I self surrendered as instructed by the court, but was refused on medical grounds, when i contacted my attorney's office their response was " We have withdrawn as your law firm so we can't contact the court on your behalf". SO BASICALLY WHEN I REALLY NEEDED SUPPORT THEY CUT AND RUN. I have spoken with many people convicted of a dui and no other attorney has dropped them before the proceedings have concluded. I am beyond disappointed in the service they provided and would never consider using or recommending this firm again. read more

My experience with this firm was impecable. Getting in trouble is so worrisome, especially when worrying about your future. Thankfully i put everything in the firm's hands and Ed Robinson handled my case. Ed is tough and firm! There was times when i was defeated and was ready to throw the towel but he would remind me that it would all turn out well and i was in good hands! The whole ordeal took so long due to the courts and my dates getting constantly postponed, but every time i had to make an appearance in court i was greeted by Ed and was given a coaching on what to do and how to handle things. Payments were easy and accessible and there was always a clear line of communication between the firm and I. I really loved that everything was conveniently electronic because the overwhelming sensation of having to do life while dealing with legal issues gets to be too much to the point where you don't want to speak and handling things virtually is much easier. I am forever grateful i found this firm and relied on them, they were able to land me an AMAZING deal and was reassured they will be in touch when it's time to seal my records. Established in 2017.

Zachary Divelbiss was born and raised in Apache Junction, Arizona. Growing up in Apache Junction provided him a unique perspective on life and helped him recognize the ever-growing notion of stereotypes that cause people to judge others based on unfounded-predetermined bias. Zachary attended ASU on a full-ride scholarship and majored in Justice Studies in an effort to better understand the inequality that divides humans. The teachings at ASU helped him understand where prejudice comes from and why people fear those who are different than themselves. It also taught him that individuals and groups are systematically discriminated against based on financial poverty, race, ethnicity, gender and other minority attributes. Zachary's goal after attending ASU was to help as many people as he could for those who need more assistance than others.

Zachary Divelbiss graduated from a private law school at the top of his class (honors) in two years instead of three years. He was the youngest person in his graduating class and received distinguished honors by accepting the Donald E. Lively Mission Pillar Award, which is only awarded to one person and must be voted on by teachers and faculty at the law school. Zachary received years of experience in criminal defense while in law school and received a select position to work for Maricopa County Public Defender's Office. There, he received continuous specialized training in criminal defense that can only be provided by a government firm. After gaining this knowledge and experience, Zachary started his own law firm so he could continue to help as many people as possible.

I turned the volume on my phone all the way down and you could still hear it from across the room. When the line was picked up, it was a man I didn't catch his name. He began to ask me questions surrounding the case(s). The moment I began to answer or put any input into the things he was saying/asking he would loudly cut me off or talk over me and on to his next subject. I am very aware of the number of years my loved one is facing and he was not sensitive to that in the least bit. The circumstances are a bit complicated, long story short we already have an attorney, my loved one received new charges and his current attorney wants the total cost up front to take on the new cases. We just can't afford it. So, we have been searching for alternatives. He explained to me that it doesn't make sense for us to have multiple lawyers asked me what we were paying them, asked how much more they want upfront and told me that the price they offered was cheap, not in a calm, educating manner, but in blunt, aggressive, insensitive manner. He then proceeded to tell me how much their services would cost. Seemed reasonable enough considering the large, complicated case but not once did he advice of how they bill their clients, what the options are, is there payment plans? Just well it's going to be 80,000 dollars. I would like to note that I understand the cost, the reasoning behind multiple lawyers, all of it. It's just the way I was bulldozed and ran me over the entire call. Thanks for your advice, dude. You rock!
