Under Arizona Rule of Professional Conduct 7.1, communications about legal services must not be false or misleading. Advertising a 'free' service and then switching the terms is a clear violation of that trust. Furthermore, the legal strategy suggested by Ryan Reppucci was incredibly reckless. He recommended that I voluntarily file for a Rule 35 psychological evaluation on myself. As a parent, I now know this is a dangerous 'legal trap' that would have opened the door for the opposing party to invade my medical privacy and attack my custody rights. Suggesting a parent voluntarily submit to a court-ordered psych eval--especially when only trying to resolve a fee dispute--feels like a setup designed to create more litigation rather than protect the client. I had requested an attorney and they stuck me with a different one who hadn't been practicing a full year, didn't care, fumbled my case and even put my home address on court documents when I am an ACP participant! Extremely Disappointed - Poor Communication and Lack of Urgency I do not recommend Valley Law Group for anyone facing a high-stakes or time-sensitive family law matter. Over the course of nine months, I was passed between three different paralegals and was assigned my third attorney -- none of whom showed urgency or consistency in managing my divorce case. Despite my repeated warnings about looming financial threats, including foreclosure on two marital properties, the firm failed to act decisively or file the necessary motions in time. Their lack of responsiveness and follow-through allowed preventable damage to unfold -- including potential harm to my credit and loss of valuable marital assets. My husband evaded service for months, and instead of taking swift legal action, the case sat stagnant. I had to push repeatedly for updates, and at one point felt like I was managing my case more than they were. I entrusted this firm with protecting my rights and future during an incredibly difficult time. Instead, I was left feeling abandoned, misinformed, and financially exposed. I'm extremely disappointed in my representation that I had. My lawyer, Jessica Hernandez was unprofessional. She missed a court appearance that resulted in a warrant being put out for my arrest and a suspension on my license. Throughout the entire time my case was active I had little to no contact with her. I had scheduled calls on multiple occasions just for her to miss the calls and hear nothing back. On the final court hearing we waited 45 minutes for her to get to the court so I could finally get my plea agreement. As far as the result of the agreement, I do think she did the best she could but regardless I'm still unhappy with my representation, Jessica Hernandez. read more

One of the worst experiences with a law firm ever. 1. Their billing department is cold, aggressive, and has zero empathy. The billing department is way over active. Even though I had half of my retainer still as the balance, they demanded I give them thousands more. Even after my case was dismissed. They called. They emailed. They threatened numerous times to end the contract even though they still had thousands in the retainer. It was completely unnecessary, unprofessional and, to be honest, it was absolutely disgusting the way they treated me. 2. Their lawyer intentionally called me without scheduling a call and giving me a purpose of the call ahead of time so I could prepare. I recieved two or three unprompted phone calls like this that ended up costing a lot of money that could have been avoided costs or, if planned, it could have been at a reduced cost. 3. The lawyer tried to set up and hold a meeting with my ex wife's lawyer and began the process before even speaking with me further ringing up charges. 4. I wrote both of the motions that they used to file and they still billed my full cost to research, write, and submit these motions. Overall, this law firm will try to take every dime you give them and their billing department are rude and aggressive even if you have paid them. I ended the contract and wanted to leave this review so others could learn from my mistake in picking them. read more

If you have a family case and are dealing with Jilyane Acevedo Henry and or Ludwig Alvarado be prepared for disappointment. Ludwig who they generously gave the title of "Client Care Specialist" appears that he has obtained his knowledge from an outdated Chatgpt. Nothing he claimed was accurate and it only cost me 7500 to figure that out. Jilyane who I thought I had retained as my lawyer was actually my opponent. She reached out to the opposing party and told them what my plans are. Disregarding the relationship that my daughter and I share. In doing so the opposing party has ripped away my daughter and ran down to the San Carlos reservation to evade any court proceeding. I have had to endure months of grief because Jilyane acted in the opposing parties best interest and not mine. I'm leaving Jessica Garcia for last because at least she was empathetic and caring. Though not an attorney she treated me with respect and was apologetic for the circumstances that her "colleagues" created. I hope that she finds another employer who is worthy of her hard work. I have now retained a different lawyer and I hope there is resolution in the case. I caution anyone reading this to really listen to Ludwig's "speech", I can guarantee you he will mention all of the positive reviews they have on this very platform. Reach out to people and ask their experience. They may have great lawyers and staff there but the two individuals I have mentioned are not among them. They are the most disgusting and vile people that I have ever encountered. A complete disregard for an individual's situation. I retained Mr. Reppucci for my divorce case after he thought my case was something he personally wanted to represent me on. He represented me well for the first two months and then handed my case off to Corey Keith who in my opinion was not prepared. He ended up getting warned with sanctions during our first hearing. Response times from this firm were below my expectations and I never really received a plan of how they were going to represent me. I ended up dismissing them and hiring another attorney who ended up doing a great job seeing me case all the way through trial. read more

Cory advised me to follow incorrect court orders not once but twice, even after confirming multiple times. Due to this, I ended back in court for not following judges orders. When I reached out to speak with Cory regarding going back to court the front office schedule a meeting but then he refused to take my meeting and stated it was due to a due balance of $300. Cory didn't even care to ask the reason for my call. Coincidentally enough right before this occurred I received a notice of attorney withdraw, however I never agreed not was notified of this ahead of time. I clearly still needed the services since I was advised to follow wrong orders. This could have cost me my parenting time with my kids, not something this office cares about. My case was botched multiple times, the first time Cory didn't time it right and we ran out of time for me to speak. Second time I had reppucci represent me which he did the opposite. I had clear court orders revolving something, over the phone reppucci made it sound like it was an easy win and there was no reason for the judge to fault me when the court orders were clear. When it was time to be in front of the judge he stayed silent and I was left in tears while the judge scolded me due to following Cory. Again, this could have seriously cost me my time with my kids. Which they don't care about, they simply care about obtaining your money and overcharging for under delivering. You will be just another check to cash for them. Please do your due diligence and find another place to represent you and your children. One bad court proceeding can cost your time with your children and it will take more money and more time before you can go back to court to try and correct the mistake that was done. read more

The worst experience I have ever had with an attorney. They overcharge for work that is not done. Mr. Repucci represented to me that he had my X Husband's completed AFI several times, months down the road and thousands of dollars later it turns out it was missing 3 pages the entire time. They also had someone in their office go through my X Husband's bank records and credit report and represented to the court and I that they had all of my X's information, they did not. They missed a very critical and very obvious account that would have been crucial in my child support number. Fast forward to them not representing me, they were supposed to hand over all of my documents to the next attorney. Months later this still has not happened. Their office is completely disorganized. They expect you to log into the court system to get updated on your case instead of letting you know if there are updates. They are completely disinterested in anything but racking up fees. I had high hopes for this law firm and have been extremely disappointed in every aspect of their representation. We hired them to assist with a temporary emergency court hearing, which was obviously a really big case considering the circumstances. We spent over $4k for just this one 30 minute hearing and some phone calls. Not to mention all of the phone calls were a complete waste of time because all of the information we continued to provide to the attorney was never used as evidence in the trial. Not even the emergency supplemental exhibit we paid extra to include 2 days before trial happened, which was extremely critical in this trial. Our attorney didn't even bring it up, but the opposing lawyer did. Our attorney completely was not organized or prepared for our trial. He kept pausing, got lost easily and hardly presented any valid evidence. They definitely overcharge for their firm and representation. They are not interested in winning the small trials because they want you to go to the long, expensive trial, that will rack them up tons of money. Now that we have withdrawn from their counsel after being completely embarrassed in court they are giving us the run around regarding our remaining retainer fee that we should be refunded for. I have sent 8 emails and they only responded to 1 since 9/4/2020 and it wasn't a resolution. Please save your money, save your time and do your research!! I wish we did! If I could give less than 1 star, I would! Very disappointed. :( read more
