I had a criminal speeding ticket and reached out to John for representation. He responded to me within an hour of my initial contact. He was always very responsive to my questions and made the process easy for me. As a former Prosecutor, John has extensive knowledge of the system. I had the answers before I could even ask the question, he is THAT GOOD. Communication was impeccable. I hope I never need John's services again, but if I do, I know I have someone in my corner I can depend on. Thank you for everything, John! read more

My experience with John and Pinnacle Law was nothing short of amazing. From our very first phone call, John made me feel completely comfortable during a stressful time. He was incredibly honest about potential outcomes, took the time to clearly explain the process, and patiently answered all my questions. It is apparent that he is highly respected by courts throughout the State of Arizona, including Navajo County. As someone who had never needed to hire an attorney, I could not have asked for better guidance. John walked beside me every step of the way and was always accessible, even providing his cellphone for any concerns. His dedication and expertise ultimately resulted in a complete dismissal of my case. If you are nervous--especially if this is your first time facing serious consequences or if you have a rocky past--I promise you want Pinnacle Law and John in your corner! read more

John is incredible. I had a pretty serious speeding ticket and he managed to get it reduced with just a fine, exactly what we had planned and discussed. What stood out was the service throughout the whole process. Before going with Pinnacle I consulted with one of the bigger firms in the area and it was a mess of being passed around from a receptionist to senior lawyer to junior associate. No direct point of contact. With John it was the complete opposite. He texted me while he was literally in court and called me from his personal cell the second he walked out. He handled everything start to finish, kept me in the loop, and never made me feel like I was just another case number. Trustworthy, personable, and clearly knows what he's doing. If you want someone who actually picks up the phone and treats you like a person, I'd go with Pinnacle every time. read more

I cannot say enough good things about my experience with John Rhude. I had been pulled over for excessive speeding while I was on my way to a family emergency. The officer was not listening to me and talked to me like I was a terrible person, and a terrible mother for not setting a better example. It was horrible. From our very first call, John was professional, attentive and genuinely interested in understanding every detail of my situation. He took the time to explain the law in clear terms, laid out all of my options, and guided me through every step of the process so I was fully prepared. What impressed me most was his responsiveness and confidence. John knows his stuff. His advice is thoughtful, but most importantly, he clearly knows what he is doing. His courtroom presence was confident and poised, and his advocacy skills were second to none. He is who you want next to you. Thanks to John's experience and legal expertise, we achieved a much better result than had I gone at this alone. I highly recommend John Rhude. He turned an overwhelming situation into one that I could navigate with confidence, and I am very grateful for his help. read more

Pinnacle Law Group defended me in court (criminal traffic violation), my attorney John R., came well prepared and ready to win. They know what works best, and they know the courts and how they work in our State. He got me the decision he said he would, but with no fine, I expected to pay something to the courts. Thanks again John read more

I contacted Pinnacle Law on July 12th, 2017 to help with a traffic case from 2007. In all honesty, I don't even remember being pulled over. John Rhude, the attorney, immediately jumped on a call with me to walk me through the exact steps he was going to take to have my matter resolved and discuss potential outcomes. Following my initial call with John, Janine Rodriguez and Brittany Rogers from him team regularly followed-up with updates by email and phone. I never had to chase them for answers. The Pinnacle Law team had my case dismissed by August 18th, 2017 - with 0 points on my license. I didn't have to appear in court. I didn't have to pay any additional fees. It was a great experience. If you're looking for a hands on approach, where the staff treats you like family, I highly recommend reaching out to Pinnacle Law. read more

I was facing some pretty serious charges. John and his team was able to get most of them dismissed. They were very professional and kept me updated on everything throughout the case. I hope I never need an attorney again but if I do I will definitely use Pinnacle Law. read more

Great experience with this law firm. This review is long overdue but several months ago I hired John to be my attorney. He got my case resolved in a timely fashion. He is an excellent negotiator. Very professional. The girls here are super sweet and answered all of my questions. I never once felt judged or inferior when speaking to my attorney or his staff. The cops harassed me and left me psychologically traumatized with threats of jail time, heavy fines, etc.. They never gave me a presumption of innocence and made me feel like a worthless criminal. John and the rest at PL reminded me that I was a human being... And that I had rights! Imagine that... John made me feel empowered and gave me hope that my situation would work out. It did He fought for me and I'm so grateful I called him. Highly recommend!!!! Don't call anyone else. Pinnacle Law is the best. read more

After reading several reviews on Pinnacle Law, I decided to hire them for a recent ticket that I got going 70mph in a 40mph. Not my best decision as this is a criminal offense and I haven't been pulled over for any offense for at least 15 years, so I had no experience with the process or what could happen to me or what price I would have to pay meaning insurance increases, lawyer fees/court fees and most important how much time would this cost me. I was pretty scared when I looked up the offense and learned that you could serve time in jail! I'm so thankful for Attorney John Rhude and his team as they made the process so painless for me. Brittany would occasionally call and email me to check in and update me on any change or just to inform me that we're still on pace. The customer service this team offers is second to none and the fee's were reasonable for the service and results you get using Pinnacle Law. I would've been lost without their guidance and most likely would've paid a ton more in the long run without the help of John and his team. I thankfully came out of this with the penalty of attending an online driving class. The results were priceless to me and I now have a teenager driving, so I'm grateful to have this legal team on my side. Thank you Team Pinnacle! read more

Highly recommend! John Rhude was able to get my husband's Glendale speeding ticket (16 mph over limit) reduced to a non-moving violation, thus saving my husband's CDL. A big thank you to John and his team! read more

If there was a way to rate John as more than 5 stars, I would! He is THE lawyer you want to have on your side. He is experienced, kind, professional and so helpful. He and his team (Brittany and Janine) could not have been nicer or more personable. It is never easy to be in legal trouble, but, they all made the process more bearable. I knew I was in good hands, and it made all the difference. John was able to get three out of four of my charges dropped. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Pinnacle Law! read more

You know for someone who's not got a lot of experience working with attorney's I was happy to be greeted by Brittany when I called in needing help. she took all my information and told me not to worry. She went over all of the information that I needed to know. she told me who would be contacting me and when to expect to be contacted. She immediately got on the mission. I called on a Friday and Brittany said that Janine would contact me on Monday since it was closing time. That fair right, well Saturday came and of course Brittany had already sent me everyone's contact information. So I was shocked to see Janine pop up on my caller ID. I immediately picked up (because of course if she is calling on Saturday that must mean something was really wrong) Janine confirmed that she was speaking with me and asked if I had a few minutes. I said of course I do, she explained that she saw that I had called in and that she just wanted to follow up with me, instead of waiting till Monday. WOW, I told her i did not expect a call till Monday, she told me that she just like to make sure everyone is happy and reassured during the process. the whole time everyone communicated with me very well, I received phone calls and emails to confirm and sometimes just to check in. Fast forward to my court day, I meet John in the court room and you could see the confidence he had as he walked in, ready to handle everything. John took care of everything and it was a cake walk. Thanks John, Janine and Brittany! You guys rocked!! read more
