The value of the service was in turning years of information, exhibits, court history, and concerns into a focused strategy I could actually present within a limited hearing. Robbie provided high-quality, practical guidance. He helped me understand courtroom procedure, prioritize my strongest evidence, prepare for questioning and cross-examination, and manage realistic expectations. He was candid about what he could and could not do, never promised an outcome, and made every consultation productive. When the hearing arrived, I felt prepared rather than overwhelmed and was able to present the evidence that mattered. There's a saying: you get what you pay for. Well, Robbie's services do not come at a discount, but neither does his knowledge or the value of his experience. When I weighed the cost of his services against what was actually at stake--precious time, access, and the opportunity to have a meaningful relationship with my child--the decision was easy. There was no hesitation that this was a sacrifice worth making. I wasn't simply paying for consultation time; I was investing in being as prepared as possible when the stakes could not have been higher.

Upon retaining an attorney, one would expect attention to detail regarding specific documents that…read morewill be filed to obtain a favorable outcome. This was not the case with my experience with Steve Sufrin. Dissolution of Marriage documents were drawn up, reviewed as the proper documents, and filed by Mr. Sufrin, eventually resulting in a virtual Default Hearing with the Judge. It was discovered that after the Hearing which granted dissolution, the wrong papers were filed with the court. This resulted in my having to request the court to nullify that ruling, refile, and reschedule yet another hearing using the CORRECT documents outlining the terms that they were originally supposed to reflect. Mr. Sufrin assured me that he will make this mistake right and alluded that the court clerk had made the mistake with the improper filing. ?? In the meantime, I arranged the terms of the divorce to be favorable to all parties but was told by Mr. Sufrin that he doesn't get out of bed for less than his hourly rate and would be charged for his representation a second time. Hardly, his making it right. I will add that I pointed out several of Mr. Sufrin's errors while he was preparing documents. He joked that it was the software and the use of electronic filing. All in all, it cost me nearly one year of my life as well as an additional amount of money for his neglect/mistakes. At this point, I am grateful to be divorced and finally being able to move on with my life, but I would entertain a comparison with this attorney to Saul Goodman.

I consulted several lawyers regarding my case, and most of them couldn't take it. My friend introduced me to Steven. Only Steven was willing to take my case and wasn't deterred by the ongoing divorce proceedings in my home country. With a firm heart, I trusted that he would help me, especially given my limited financial resources. In August 2024, he filed for divorce in Phoenix. Steven always said, "Let's wait for the decision from there and be patient." Thank God, in October 2024, I won the case in my home country, and Steven immediately resumed the divorce proceedings that had been pending in Phoenix. Finally, in September 2025, we were officially divorced in Phoenix. Steven has a lot of experience; he is firm and serious, but sometimes he likes to joke. Thank you, Steven, for helping me so much with my very unique case, which he said was the first of its kind he had handled. I have no doubt about Steven's work; he is very busy with several clients, but he will never forget you. Maintaining communication and honesty are crucial for achieving success. Keep up the good work, Steven! I will recommend Steven to anyone who truly needs a lawyer, especially for problems that other lawyers can't handle.

The following…read moreare the TWO FACTUAL EVENTS that occured (a few more, but in the interest of time I've limited it), so, please read on and you can then decide for yourself if you'd ever care to have such slippery snakes in the grass ever represent you, and then turn around and get bit. I base my above stated personal opinion and warning upon the following FACTS: #1. My partner and I were represented by this firm in regards to the 2015 (completely settled in 2018) real estate related civil suit filed in Maricopa County, AZ. This firm consistently generated on their own, and sent me MULTIPLE account statements, over a multitude of months, indicating and assuring me I had a ZERO balance, YEP, ZERO, and I never heard another word from them, as one would expect.... end of story?? NOT EVEN CLOSE!!! Any reasonable thinking human being would be led to that conclusion, BUT this doesn't describe reasonable thinking individuals. Well, fast fwd almost a year later after receiving all the ZERO balance statements, only to get served with a surprise lawsuit in 2025 (by this owns firms Partner's little shady side hustle "collection agency LLC" PROFESSIONAL ACCEPTANCE LLC), making outlandish claims that we still owed some sort of debt, via an "assigned" debt from this firm. SAME BAD ACTORS, just conveniently operating under this new name. Worst yet, they had all of our current contact info, yet instead of simply reaching out and even attempting to resolving the matter or clear things us they just plowed right ahead to run us over without any warning (I warned you this would involve unreasonableness). It should also be noted that my partner hadn't been ever contacted in any way by anyone since 2018, NOPE, not even a single time. #2 (Can't even make this kind of stuff up, it actually happened possibly due either outright harassment/vindictiveness or a data breach/breach of confidential client information) This firms partners, acting through and on behalf of their "collection LLC", took my partners PERSONAL INFORMATION and filed and publicized it in completely unrelated Court pleadings, which is a public forum, that had absolutely NOTHING what so ever to do with them, nor involved them in any way, shape or form, in support of asking the Court to approve Alternative Service for one of their other "victims" that they were having trouble getting served with their latest lawsuit, outright falsely claiming that my partners info had anything at all to do with this person. So, you can plainly see what lengths they'll go to. **BEST PART OF ALL THIS: When all of the above stated was brought to their attention, they flat out refused to even respond or offer to correct THEIR ERRORS and instead insisted upon proceeding with the lawsuit, flat out refusing to acknowledge correct THEIR mistakes or be held accountable for any of their egregious actions. Completely UNETHICAL on SO many levels in my opinion and only goes to show what a complete lack of moral fiber and integrity looks and acts like. *PM me and I'll be more than happy to provide all documentation. **cross-posting on multiple platforms and finishing up dedicated website in order to warn other unknowing possible innocent victims like ourselves.

Lauri set up my appointment with Michael as she felt he'd be a great match for my needs. I walked into their beautiful office and was treated as a client before I even agreed to a retainer. Michael is very empathetic yet professional. He was fully engaged in our conversation typing notes regarding my situation. After I immediately submitted the retainer these guys got to work. I had never hired an attorney to help me understand my rights as a parent. I didn't know what to expect. My greatest concern was that because of my inexperience I'd be taken advantage of -and overcharged. However I never felt that was. I wasn't receiving pointless emails or sneaky unexplained charges on my bill. This is an established practice of professional attorneys. The conclusion of my case was positive as I was able to gain a peaceful agreement from the opposing party on absolutely everything that was important to me. We were able to resolve our matter in arbitration which speaks to the caliber of my attorney. The only regret I have is not seeking representation sooner. There were a lot of things that I didn't have to endure over the years as I had rights that were unbeknownst to me. Seeking representation for my case is the best decision I've made for my children and myself. Los errores son constantes y los resultados simplemente no existen. This firm showed me a pattern of behavior that no client should ever ignore: Basic mistakes on simple tasks like change‑of‑address forms- repeated, careless, and never corrected. Constant turnover of paralegals, forcing clients to repeat the same information because no one communicates internally. Misleading "Spanish‑speaking" advertising. Only the paralegals speak Spanish. The attorneys do not. More communication from billing than from the attorney. When the billing department contacts you more than your lawyer, the priorities are clear -- and they are not the client. The attorney introduced at the beginning was NOT the attorney assigned after payment. That switch alone is a major red flag. My assigned attorney does not appear anywhere on the firm's own team webpage. That lack of transparency is unacceptable. Online reviews show a pattern of detailed complaints that match my experience, yet the firm responds with generic "contact us for feedback" messages instead of addressing the issues. The money disappears fast, and the work does not reflect the cost. The value, communication, and results do not match what they charge. Something is off about how this place operates. The mismatch between their five‑star ratings and the consistent complaints about money and lack of results is impossible to ignore. I'm writing this so others don't have to go through what I did. The lack of consistency, transparency, and professionalism is alarming, and the firm's priorities are nowhere near where they should be.
