I hired Craig to defend me for a speeding charge in Scottsdale where it was stated that I was going almost twice the posted residential speed limit. Anything over 20 mph in Arizona is considered criminal speeding in Arizona and classified as a misdemeanor charge. I have a clean driving record but was an extremely concerned and nervous with the possibility of such a charge. Craig was well versed in the driving laws and worked with me to build a strong effective defensive against the charge. Due to the Craig's approach, the charge was ultimately dismissed by the court.
