Will work out payment plan with you. One of my concern was getting transportation after filing bankruptcy. Again no worries they got recommendations for that too. The Neeley Law Firm was responsible for saving my family from years of financial misery and I truly can't overstate just how pleased I am with their services. My wife and I had exemplary credit and a relatively strong income, but got caught up in the commercial real estate bust and were hundreds of thousands of dollars underwater on a commercial office suite. Making the payment each month was destroying us and the bank made it very clear that they had, "No intention of settling for anything less than the full remaining balance". We visited several bankruptcy attorneys, one of whom had my wife in tears by the end of the conversation. According to this attorney we could look forward to years of financial restructuring under a chapter 11 bankruptcy that essentially put us in servitude to the bank. Another attorney implied that we didn't know how to handle our finances (perfect credit scores, no other financial issues whatsoever). Then we found Ken Neeley. Mr. Neeley made it very clear that our bank was very difficult to work with, but he was still confident that we had a good shot at a settlement regardless of what the bank rep had told us. Let's just say that several months later when the bank accepted our settlement offer my wife and I had a party that weekend to celebrate. While the original debt was close to half a million, I was able to write a check to settle the debt and move on (and trust me, my bank account at that time was nothing to brag about). Mr. Neeley didn't even feel it was necessary to broach the bankruptcy topic until AFTER we had exhausted all other less expensive and less painful options. Since they do more than just bankruptcy, they will ensure that you take the best course of action, not just the one that is the easiest (or most profitable) for them. The Neeley Law Firm really go above and beyond when they represent you. My Wife and I had used them for Bankruptcy in 2012. They did an excellent job and were with us every step of the way.
