I'm not a client, I'm a bankruptcy lawyer who is usually on the other side of Mr. Neeley's firm. Despite usually being an adversary, I have a lot of respect for Kenn and his firm. They are passionate and dedicated and clearly care about their clients. Filing bankruptcy is never an easy decision, but if you hire them, you can feel confident that your case will be handled competently, professionally and with compassion. read more

I did my bankruptcy through Neeley law firm in 2015 and they were wonderful. They walked me through every step, were supportive and understanding and it was the best decision I could've done to repair my credit. Which is now back in the 700's... yay! Thanks Neeley! What I appreciate is that they help you figure out what's best for you, even if it means not needing their services. I brought my mom here a week ago as she was considering bankruptcy. Geoff was so helpful to my mom and helping her walk through what would be best for her, which was not a bankruptcy at this time. Thanks, Geoff! Everyone I have referred to them has been beyond happy with the service they provide. They are wonderful and can't say enough good things about them. HIGHLY recommend! read more

I'm not embarrassed to say I had to file for bankruptcy this year. This can be a very emotional time in your life and at times you can feel like a loser. I am so happy that I found Neeley Law Firm. The staff here is professional, nice, and are happy to help you. They do not judge you which is something I appreciated as a client. Geoff is a wonderful attorney and knows his law. He is well versed in his profession. He took his time to meet with me, discuss my finances. I also learned about the different laws in Arizona regarding bankruptcy. They offer payment plans with zero down to get started. Mr. Neeley has a wonderful team at his practice. I recommend this law office for anything related to bankruptcy. read more

Best law firm ever. They're professional, eager to answer all your questions and concerns, will return your phone call in a timely manner. No large down payment to take your case. Will work out payment plan with you. One of my concern was getting transportation after filing bankruptcy. Again no worries they got recommendations for that too. They even provide you with a list of rental agents that work with bankruptcy. The filing was easy and didn't even have to go into office. Was able to file in the privacy of my own home. I would highly recommend Neeley Law Firm. read more

We have been using Neeley Law Firm for our BK needs for the past 1.5 years. Kenn and our Paralegal Jody have been a huge help with navigating our case and being a great conduit between the Trustee and us. I hope that we will never need their services again. However if we did we would recommend their services to any person that may have some financial "hiccups" and need help we would turn to Neeley Law Firm. read more

After internet searching firms we found Neeley Law in our part of town. Their website was informative. The pre appointment process was simple and straightforward. We liked that it seems to be a smaller, local firm with personal service. We met with Nick who was very professional yet nice and helpful. He had good advice in our initial visit and we would not hesitate to go back or to recommend him. read more

The Neeley Law Firm is the friendliest, most helpful and kindest bankruptcy firm I have ever dealt with. Now, granted this is my first filing but I did a lot of online reviewing and a lot of in-office interviewing before making my decision to hire Neeley Law. They are professional yet friendly, qucik but not sloppy and efficient without losing the smiling professional touch. They don't mind lots of questions and they take their time to make sure you understand all of the processes. We worked with Christopher and he was superb. They are a solid 5.0! read more

I called and was immediately able to have a phone consult. I spoke with Nick Van Vleet who was very helpful and very nice. He listened to my story and concerns and was able to give me appropriate answers. We don't necessarily need to file for bankruptcy so he gave me so tips to take care of things by myself as well as explaining the possible outcomes of them. This was a very pleasant and helpful experience and I highly recommend this law firm. read more

Everyone at this firm is professional and kind. Deciding to file bankruptcy is a very stressful decision and can be cumbersome at least. I would recommend this firm to any one hands-down, they made me feel extremely comfortable during the entire process and guided me in the way that I needed. My case was a little different and they were prepared to handle it just as hard as they would any one else's case. I am very pleased with my results and they even give you tools to continue on to raise your credit after everything is said and done and it works!!! read more

I contacted Neely Law Firm for my father to seek advice on a legal issue. I had planned to make an appointment for later in the week. Instead of coming into the office, they were able to help me over the phone. Neely Law Firm took the time to listen, were compassionate and steered us in the right direction. Although that was a free consultation the help they provided was above and beyond. If I need legal help in the future they are who I am going to call. read more

The Neeley Law Firm was responsible for saving my family from years of financial misery and I truly can't overstate just how pleased I am with their services. My wife and I had exemplary credit and a relatively strong income, but got caught up in the commercial real estate bust and were hundreds of thousands of dollars underwater on a commercial office suite. Making the payment each month was destroying us and the bank made it very clear that they had, "No intention of settling for anything less than the full remaining balance". We visited several bankruptcy attorneys, one of whom had my wife in tears by the end of the conversation. According to this attorney we could look forward to years of financial restructuring under a chapter 11 bankruptcy that essentially put us in servitude to the bank. Another attorney implied that we didn't know how to handle our finances (perfect credit scores, no other financial issues whatsoever). Then we found Ken Neeley. Mr. Neeley made it very clear that our bank was very difficult to work with, but he was still confident that we had a good shot at a settlement regardless of what the bank rep had told us. Let's just say that several months later when the bank accepted our settlement offer my wife and I had a party that weekend to celebrate. While the original debt was close to half a million, I was able to write a check to settle the debt and move on (and trust me, my bank account at that time was nothing to brag about). Mr. Neeley didn't even feel it was necessary to broach the bankruptcy topic until AFTER we had exhausted all other less expensive and less painful options. Since they do more than just bankruptcy, they will ensure that you take the best course of action, not just the one that is the easiest (or most profitable) for them. In our case, we never even needed to discuss bankruptcy since he they were able to get us a fantastic settlement. Being able to trust your lawyer is every bit as important as being able to trust your doctor or accountant. I've referred several of my business associates to the Neeley Firm because I trust them so explicitly. Definitely take them up on the offer of a free consultation; you will be very glad that you did. read more

The Neeley Law Firm really go above and beyond when they represent you. My Wife and I had used them for Bankruptcy in 2012. They did an excellent job and were with us every step of the way. Ken Neeley and staff really treated us like family. I was really blown away by the treatment and follow up service if we had any problems, in case we were harassed , which we were not. In addition we used them for litigation in 2016 over a medical bill dispute. Ken and the Office Manager (Great Guy) recommended Nathan Finch whom is on staff another Great Guy. He resolved My Wife and my Medical Bill issue in less than an hour. It went from about seven thousand to a few hundred. I wanted to cry. the Hospital had been blowing me off every time I called for months. I literally had to ask Nathan if I could hug Him which my Wife and I both did. I can't say enough about this company. I had gone there on a referral, now I am giving mine! read more

My experience with the Neeley Lawfirm has been exceptional. I was completely unfamiliar with the bankruptcy process and I was totally nervous about going through it. Mr. Neeley and his staff have been a tremendous help; Always there to answer my questions and guide me through the process.
