One Hour Messenger is really great - they're friendly and efficient on the phone, they ALWAYS pick up and deliver exactly as we ask, and their rates are really reasonable. We made a mistake in the delivery address once or twice, and each time they caught it and called us for clarification; they didn't just let it go, or return it as undeliverable. They've been a lifesaver for our business! (shhhh, sometimes we even used them for personal things we were too lazy to get in the car and deliver ourselves...) We use One Hour messenger many times throughout the week and have been doing so for the past 6 months or so. In our first few times using them, the weather here in Arizona was starting to change and it started getting hot outside. Some of the items we deliver are perishable and can melt in the heat. As a small independent provider, many times needed contracts, reports etc.. delivered quickly, and with traffic in Phoenix and under deadlines, felt it was a worth a try to contract with them. Never used a courier service, today needed documents sent to north phoenix, I googled courier services, picked a couple and they all asked me to fill out forms and I would receive a quote in a few hours. I needed it delivered by then, One hour messenger, sent me a quote within 15 min. The actual cost was less than the quote.
