Been waiting for over 20 minutes for my food. And no trash can. The one in quivira Kansas.

Day before yesterday i paid a little visit to fazoli while my way home from movies. This wasn't my first time there. As I had always enjoyed their food, especially the warm bread sticks. The food is comforting, made with fresh ingredients. When you dine-in they bring warm bread stick, which i really like. I get my southern style sweet tea, which you don't find up here in Kansas or Missouri. They do take time to fix up your order in drive thru. So i always feel it's better to dine-in. read more

Truth be told, it was my first time in a Fazolis, and the welcome I got was top notch. :) I've worked in customer service and management most of my life, and I loved seeing the family type interaction and atmosphere. Terrible customer service. Always messing up orders and never doing anything to make it right. I hadn't gone here in over a year for this reason but was hoping it had gotten better it has not. The drive thru is unbelievable slow and the food isn't good. I will not be back and would recommend you not bother going here. read more

This place is very hit or miss. Service is usually pretty bad, ESPECIALLY in the drive through. Don't even try with that because you will be sitting there for 15 minutes waiting. Food is usually hot and fairly good. Pizza is great. Pasta is very average. Desserts are good but expensive for how small they are. Eh. Now, the 2 breadsticks were really good (okay the one that was hot was), but for 2 slices of below average pizza, 3.99 is a bit steep, when I could have a little better pizza and breadsticks with a drink for around $5 down the street. It seemed a bit chaotic, and I can only imagine how it is on Tuesday's Kids Night (I will NEVER make that mistake!!). This Fazoli's we visited was very dirty with all the tables having crumbs or spills on them. I myself went up to ask for a dish cloth so I could wipe the table off myself so my mother and I could sit. The floors were very sticky and there was old broccoli under the table near us. The food was dry and the sweet tea tasted like unsweetened tea. I went back up later on to ask for boxes and the employees were all chatting and were not paying attention to their customers. It wasn't until an employee named Wayne actually went out of his way- he put down his tray of food to get me boxes and a bag when the other employees were hanging out at the register. read more

Fazoli's is all new! Remodeled! New attitude! They bring your food to you now trying to position themselves as somewhere between fast food and a sit down restaurant. But.... This place is still WAY over priced but the food was greatly improved over the last time I had went. Everyone was friendly EXCEPT the manager who appeared to be just going through the motions. All of the changes they have done is nothing more than shining a turd. Go to Mac Grill you'll be much happier for the SAME money. read more

I've driven by this place so many times, and finally felt like I needed to stop by and give it a try. I walked in and stood at the counter and people kept telling me they would be with me, but no one actually stopped to take my order for a while. (I was getting it to go) After placing my order, I had to ask for my cup so I could get my drink while I waited. All my food was there and good ( I ordered some kind of sampler) so I really couldn't complain there, but I feel like my spaghetti is just as good. And their chick Alfredo cracked me up they have Alfredo noodles with a hunk of chopped up chicken on top, they didn't even mix it together (but that could be a personal preference.) The lasagna was good as well. The bread sticks are awesome...so I would go back and order a ton of those and on a night when I don't want to cook, I could see me going back. read more

Fazoli's has gotten a little fancier in the past year or so. You now order your food/pay at the register and get a number for your table. While you wait for your food to be prepared, grab your drink and silverware at the waiter's stand and choose a table. The staff will bring your food by and give you some (FREE) breaksticks. These are made with a little bit of Heaven cooked inside. There's a variety of Italian options to choose from as well as combos and salads to be added. Fazoli's has dessert options (the chocolate cake is delicious!) and Italian ice to treat yourself. Nothing is very expensive and it is very family friendly and you can move tables to accomodate your group's size. Also, I was at a Bridal expo last year and learned that Fazoli's will cater any event you have. read more

We came here on a Sunday night around 6 and it was fairly busy. We ordered our food and within 10 min it came out. The food was delicious as always. I thought this fazolis did a good job at delivering food in a timely manner, it was also very clean and the workers were friendly. I especially liked Wayne. He was nice and seemed to generally care about the customers. read more

Terrible experience at this Fazoli's. They were out of everything! Lids to cups, fettuccini noodles, Caesar dressing. Very unorganized. Still brought me my Caesar salad even though they didn't have the dressing for it. We will have to try a new location if we ever want fazolis again because my kids love it! read more

Terrible drive-through experience tonight. Missing a breadstick, the Penne Romano was way too peppery, the salad was not even close to fresh, and it had no visible ingredients beyond lettuce, and the Baked Ziti had added mushrooms for some bizarre reason. It will be years before I'm willing to give this location another try. Until then, make the trip out to Olathe. Or just stay away! read more

Fazoli's what happened? I remember the good ole days when all the booths were full and the person would come around passing out fresh hot bread sticks. They were so buttery and fresh. The spaghetti was fresh, the meat sauce had meat in it. The sauces were rich. It was a actually an overall great environment and experience. Today it was not the panacea it once was. Today there was one other family and a few seniors. Our food came and my daughters spaghetti with meat sauce had only a few flakes of meat. The breadsticks were old, cold, and tiny. My "Ultimate" Spaghetti was rubbery and flavorless. The sausage was really hard and stuck together. I couldn't eat it and I'm not picky. There was no bacon in the dish at all, only mushrooms and dry meatballs. It was such a letdown. I doubt we will be coming back. While I understand this is a fast food restaurant, you should still try and produce edible food. This is a sad example of a company that has lost its direction and mismanagement. read more

I usually enjoy their parmesan wings pretty well. But their app is glitchy and their customer service is terrible. I placed an order through the app specifically because it came with a free order of wings. Without choosing my payment info, it said my order went through. I needed to cancel it because the card I thought it used would be overdrawn, and the app said I needed to call the store. So I did! It turned out that on their order, it didn't even say that I had used the coupon. The app said the coupon was redeemed, but all they could tell me was there was nothing they could do because the app wasn't them. "Just bring in the coupon to the store and we can redeem it here." I told them repeatedly that I couldn't bring the coupon in, I had already redeemed it! Didn't matter. I was told that even if I brought in my phone that said I had used the coupon WITH THEIR STORE, they couldn't honor it. Buuut they also couldn't refund me, either. Absolutely ridiculous. read more

Waited 10 min to order then waited for 45 min to get Mac and cheese.... the restaurant is less then a quarter full and when we finally got our food we didn't even get an apology for the wait. The Fazoli's on Quivira is awesome. Chicken Alfredo, lasagna, and spaghetti with meatballs was excellent. Phillip the "certified trainer" was there and couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. I live 100 miles away and wish there was a Fazoli's near me! read more

Service was fast. Food was edible but not anything I'd buy again. Alfredo tastes like a pepper shaker and meatball sandwich was dry.

Went to this Fazoli's restaurant today for lunch with 7 of my friends from work. We go there quite often, actually. Our food today was very good and they even brought me out some plain breadsticks as I didn't want any garlic breadsticks. Our server Quentin was very friendly and we enjoyed having him as our server. He went above and beyond to make sure we were all taken care of. Funny personality that we enjoyed visiting with him for a bit. We will definitely go back to this Fazoli's again. read more

I personally like the food. The fettuccine Alfredo is great when you add a little bit of salt to it. The hot breadsticks are tasty. The problem is that they take forever! We're right down the street so we often do takeout from here and do the drive through. Last night we were in the drive through for 15 minutes with only three cars in front of us. It was nice of them to give us 2 extra breadsticks for our wait, but this seems to be an every-time-we-go wait time over the last 6 months. That said, we keep going back. read more

They are highly under staffed. The lady at the cash register(who was really nice) after every order she took had to run and order that was sitting in the window out to a table. We waited at least 15-20 minutes for our food to come to the table. We paid $48 could have been a lot more (that included 3 kids meals 2 were for our teenage kids). They gave us the salads that the lettuce was very weak looking and limp. The salad was lettuce and onion and a couple tomatoes. Our food came out and was not hot at all. We looked for napkins at the tables but had to ask up front. We had to tear paper towels off the same roll they use for the bathroom rolls. All wanted was one large sprite and two waters. There was ONE car in front of us. It took 5 mins to get there order taken. Then we sat for another 15 mins behind them before I finally got out and asked politely for the car in front of us to drive around front so I could leave. DO NOT EAT HERE!!!!! If I could give it zero stars I would. The place is DISGUSTING. Nothing is being cleaned at all. The floor is covered in trash, the tables are caked with old food. Even the utensils had dried on food on them. I had to demand plastic ones just to eat. THEN they bring out the pizza slice that comes with my meal. Burned to black. I told him that was badly burned. He went to get another. He brought out what was obviously another slice from the same burned pizza, but he put a layer of cheese and pepperoni on top of the burns and microwaved it to look fresh. But you could see the burned edges and that it was burned under the new layer on top, plus the oils from microwaving the cheese was bad. And to end it, it was 20 minutes until they closed. The guy working went into the lobby with a stereo and put on terrible rap music, quite loudly too. That was so disruptive we finished eating as fast as possible to get out of there. DO NOT USE THE DRIVE-THRU! She didn't give me a fucking straw for my soda. I had to repeat myself at least 4 times before she heard the order She presumably hadn't showered in at least 2 days, hair was incredibly greasy and I could smell her from the window. Very negative person in general, only spoke to ask for the payment and to let me know that they had to redo the order! (Didn't say sorry or anything like that, just said "We have to remake the order, so it's gonna be 15 minutes"-- Might I add, it took 30+ minutes. (Not that these two things were important) Breadsticks were the only great part of the entire ordeal, smothered in grease and butter just like I love them. I'm assuming the pasta would've been great too! Had the cover not been placed on fucking incorrectly and spilled all over the bottom of the fucking paper bag. read more

Only giving ONE star in order to write a review. This was the first time ever trying this place. First, the dining area looked messy but I overlooked it because it was lunchtime and there were a handful of young kids running around. Secondly, I took my son to the restroom and one stall was out of the order and the other was saturated In pee. Once again, I overlooked it considering lunchtime and young kids had probably been in and out of the restroom. Next, we order food in which the guy at the register, quite frankly, seemed to be stoned, he seemed lost and careless. We sit down at the only table that was decently clean and waited for our order. We begin to eat and as my mom goes to eat her salad there is a HAIR wrapped around a Roma tomato. SMH. So my mom tries to get the attention of the not so attentive kid who took our order but he was too busy in the back chatting with the cooks, even after my mom waved him down he took his time to finish his conversation with the boys in the back before asking what he could do for her. So she asks for her money back for the salad. No one apologized, no one was compensating, everyone just kept saying "it wasn't their hair" so I decide we are done here. I ask for all of our money back. We are disgusted by the hair and just would rather get our money back and leave. The guy I was speaking with at this point was a manger, he directs the first guy to "get every item off their table now" .. still no apology. And when he went to get everything off our table we notice he has open, fresh sores all over his arms, disgusting. His sleeves should have been covering his arms. Then a general manager comes out and is told we asked for the entire bill back.. and he looks at me and asks "why are we giving you back the whole amount?" Excuse me ?!? There is hair in our food and not one person is being apologetic about the uncleanliness of your restaurant. So I explain that we will not be eating our food considering the cleanliness of the restaurant was slowly taking away our appetites to eat in the first place and then there was hair in our meal which most definitely shattered any appetite we had left. One guy tells the other "just give it to her" so he hands me the money and then tell the customers behind me, more than once "sorry about that!" needless to say, the first apology should've been to us, and furthermore we will never be back. Having moved here to Kansas just a few months ago this was beyond the worst experience we have encountered as far as cleanliness and customer service. read more

I haven't been to Fazoli's in almost a year. I stopped coming due to the absolute slowness of the service and the staff. I am writing this as I have been sitting in drive thru for 24 minutes and there's 3 cars ahead of me. If I could back up, I would. Never have I ever waited this long for a drive thru service. The food is consistent and good in a pinch. Sometimes the drive-thru is closed off by a white van with a hand-written note that says "out of service" taped to the back window because apparently they don't have have enough help. If you're dining in, the atmosphere feels very hollow. There's beige walls and a few stock photos of people laughing as they're eating their pasta. All in all, it's not a bad place but just keep in mind what I told you and you won't be disappointed. read more

Worst restaurant I ever ate at we had a group of about 30 volleyball players after we were served one of the coaches noticed her dish was dirty started looking at others noticed over half of everyone's dishes had food still on the bottom of them from the previous customers. Considering calling health department and letting them know I better not get sick from eating here I had already finished my dinner when I noticed my dishes were not clean. read more
