Talking with owner Clint Thompson made the experience even better. He grew up in Tampa and has his Cuban bread shipped from La Segunda Bakery in Ybor City--the same bakery that's been making Cuban bread since 1915. Okay I'm a pizza Eating expert it's my Togo food of all time. every time I'm on the road i look for the best pizza joints in the city. I'm a chef by trade and the reason for this is it's my comfort food. Sarpino's did not disappoint!! at all. if you want cheap crap go to the other chains !! you want top quality a pizza that says HELLO I'm worthy. they are worth every penny. extremely polite on the phone when ordering and extremely helpful when you want something from the norm. delivery was supposed to be 45 mins and as I'm sitting here waiting for this pie of glory they were here in 20 mins mind you this was at 7 pm! quality quality quality product crust was perfect and the sponge was amazing. tipped with quality cheeses that you can actually taste. thaey serve every pizza with a dipping sauce i suggest the marinara sauce. my only complaint is that i should have ordered more pepperocinni peppers. this was by far the most perfect pizza i have had in a long time. the delivery driver was so polite and extremely nice even though it was raining outside he was like it's no problem sir we are like the post office wind, rain, snow or sleet we cant be beat. that's what he told me hum Impressive. and he told no lies! so if you want cheap go else where!! you want quality that you will remember and a pizza that worth getting up at 3 am and eat whats left. order Sarpino's when i move here this will be my neighborhood pizza!! great job, great product, great staff guys you really hit a home run with me. again I'm in the restaurant business and this company is spot on. try it you will see what I'm talking about. read more

Best pizza ever and this was our first time trying them. The pizza is a slight more expensive than other places but it's definitely worth the money. They certainly have gained a customer. My kids are very picky but once they took their first bite even they couldn't stop raving about how delicious the food was. I ordered online and it was really easy and received a text saying 40-60 minutes but was texted 10 minutes later saying it was on the way. I have nothing bad to say about Sarpinos. I order their pizza 1-3 time a week and it never gets old. The pizza is phenomenal, I'd even go as far to say it's the best pizza in the metro area. I've tried just about every pizza joint and this is the one I keep coming back to. We were in beginnings of ice storm, knew I wouldn't want to get out next day. So I stopped in to get something I thought would reheat well. And it was great the next day for lunch!
