But they were loaded with toppings and spread pretty well so that you didn't get the 4 chips with everything on it and the rest of the chips being naked. It was a good even amount of toppings on all of the chips. The chicken taco was really good. Great Asian slaw and crispy taco shell. I wish they didn't put tomatoes on it because I didn't think it went very well with the slaw but overall that taco was really good. The carnitas taco was just ok. Not bad by any means but I think I just really enjoyed the nachos and other taco more. Great truck to get if you are needing to cater to a large group of people.

I got a torta de asada: comes with onion, avocado, and some cilantro. I added the grilled onions and put some of the green salsa on and it was 10/10. I ordered tacos al pastor (marinated pork) and these were tasty but definitely add toppings as the meat itself doesn't hold too much flavor.

Brisket was unwrapped near our table and was dripping juices - spice rub and doneness was right on. Pork Burnt ends aren't my favorite but these were tasty, very well spiced and were complimented well by the P&F sauce. While I thought the brisket was the star of the show, the smoked and fried chicken wings were a close second to the brisket and seemed very popular with the crowd at Discourse. When chicken is smoked well, it carries the smoky taste throughout tender and juicy meat and these were smoked well. Can't forget Discourse Brewing, I tried their Used 8 track Dortmunder Lager. I like German style lagers and pilsners and this choice well complimented P&Fs BBQ. Before finishing for the evening I had a Platinum Label "I'm a Dinosaur" Helles - it was light and not too hoppy. I'd have both again. Wednesday is Trivia Night at Discourse and while I didn't stay for it, the place was packed an hour before trivia started. All in all a great evening.
